Staff were pleasant, room was nice, enjoyed the hot tub! Only thing to take note of was theres a military base across the street and the hotel is in the flight path of planes landing. Its not frequent, but just be aware.

Had to ask for body wash. No elevator on Tues on 3rd floor! No water on Wed my 70th bday! Breakfast cold on Monday..not as good as Sleep Inn! Barbara, mgr real nice!!!! Marvaline overnight was great!

Hotel was very convenient to the Hunter Base. Breakfast was decent. Staff was extremely friendly. Pool was heated which was nice and having a hot tub was a bonus. We got a 2 queen bed room on the 1st floor. Really my only complaint was the location of the room 106. We happen the have the last room closet the the lobby and the staff laundry which was a little loud early in the morning. We will be staying again when we come back to visit will just be requesting a higher level room next time.

The people were wonderful and tried to help as much as possible. The elevator was often not working, which was a problem for my 90 year old mother, although that may be just unfortunate timing. There was at least one day when housekeeping did not come to our room, so that was a drag, but mostly it was kept very clean. I suppose our experience was mixed.

Breakfast attendant was attentive to replacing items used , cleaning food areas and tables. Even though he didn’t speak English he could understand enough to help us. He was very good. Did report air not working in our room reported it to the front desk in the morning and it took two days to finally get it working.Need a longer time for the free cookies to be out . Location was great to downtown, parking was good, it was quiet. Better communication to rooms being done with the front desk cause we were given a room went there and it was not done being cleaned.jacuzzi and pool were nice and beds were comfortable

Only stayed one night as my wife and I were passing through Savannah. The facility was clean, the beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to attractions in Savannah from there. Young and old alike were having a great time in the indoor pool. We would be happy to stay here again sometime.

This hotel is directly across the street from a military air base so helicopters coming and going consistently. The AC unit does not turn off unless you unplug it from the wall. Key card stopped working after one day and had to get a new one. The indoor pool is laughably small. Wasn't expecting much for the price but still not a relaxing experience. Will not be staying here again.

Close to shopping and various restaurants. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Hot breakfast options as well as the normal staples. Nice stay . Late checkout is great!

The staff was very kind. The shower had mold and was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves to get it to our standards. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. We asked for an extra mattress pad and that didn’t help so we went to Walmart and got extra bed padding, which helped. The hallways constantly smelled liked weed when the cleaning staff was working. Breakfast was great. Price was great. Staff was wonderful. Wasn’t a great location.

I am not sure who is giving this hotel a 10/10 because this hotel is no where near a 10. Upon arrival the front desk staff was friendly and greeted us. The hotel is NOT Clean at all. When we entered our room it looks like they never swept the entrance of the room and there were a couple of dead tiny roaches. And there is also this stain of some sort of white liquid that doesn’t look like it was wiped clean. This is terrible. Will never stay here again. So glad it’s just one night. Requesting another room but not sure it’s going to be any better. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This is not it.

This hotrl was clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was hot and fresh. The only complaint is thay the towels are thin and rough. Thicker, softer towels would make it better.

The hotel is old and not properly maintained. There are rust everywhere from the door to the cabinet and even the tissue box. The hallway at the 2nd floor smells bad. My 7 months old daughter was bitten by bed bugs proving the room was not cleaned well. Not recommendable hotel to stay in that area.

I like that it was quiet and out of the way of traffic. What i didnt like is the carpets in the hall was dirty and smelled. Trash was overflowing on the 3rd floor, and it smelled. My bathroom was clean, but had a funny odor, and my grand daughter's bathroom as well

My first room had soap scum and hair all in the bathroom. Second room had moldy cookie stuck to a bag behind dresser. Garbage behind chair. They need to recheck after the useless maids. I cleaned the room with 409 and lysol. Breakfast very Little nothing healthy. will not be visiting this hotel again.

We were there for 2 nights. Both nights were very noisy because the walls are paper thin and the doors are so heavy that they shut loudly. The people in the next room were talking loudly and we could almost hear their conversation. When we said loudly "Well, I guess we won't get any sleep tonight with them talking!", they heard us and started whispering. The hotel is also next to a military base air strip that had planes landing late at night. Very noisy!! Only got 3 hrs of sleep last night. But the room was nice and clean.

Overall it was an okay stay. We booked knowing it would rain and they had an inside pool. It was very small. Does not seem to be a size intended for a hotel, it worked but was slightly disappointed. All staff interaction was wonderful 10/10 for that. The room was spacious and seemed clean. My biggest concern was how muggy the room was. The bathroom has a small ventilation fan that didnt work well and you could tell ventilation wasn't the best as there were spots with what looked like slight molding on the ceiling. Location was about 20 minutes to Riverstreet, 15 to Grayson stadium, and about 40 to Tybee Island. But all very easy to get to, tons of shopping and restaurants near.

Not bad for an overnight stay. Staff was very nice, Room was decent. Biggest complaint was the WIFI was awful. Ended up having to just use cell hotspot for laptop and tablet to run.

The room was large with a seperate sitting area off to the side. The facility, grounds and room were very clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast included a variety of hot and cold food. There was plenty of well lit parking. Since it was next to a military facility, helicopters were flying during the day and late evening. This did not interfere with sleep. Overall the hotel was very quiet. Much quieter than hotels closer to the historic downtown.

First room we were given we went to leave and you could open the door without the key card and staff argued with me because they locked the deadbolt and then shut it. When they tried the key card and opened it and closed it again they then saw that it was in fact able to be opened by turning the knob and pushing it open. The person working also said our room number out loud as we checked in and then again when she moved us rooms. Staff was not super friendly at check out either.

They gave us a key to another persons room. We checked in walked up to the room they assigned us and opened the door to find someone getting changed. We came down to tell the staff and all they could say was oops there wasn’t supposed to be someone in there. then proceeded to assign us a diffrent room like nothing happened

I arrived at appx 10pm with my two small children to check in only to be greated with the receptionist in the front telling me that I have to call expedia to get a refund because they do not rent to locals. This is not listed on any of the hotel info on expedia and definitely discriminatory in nature. He pulled a paper sign from the office door that said "Stop renting to locals". Not to mention my license address is old as I no longer lived in that area which I also explained. I will be reporting this and no member of my family will stay at Country Inn again.

Ashley from the front desk was phenomenal. When we checked in there were a few issues and she helped us out with everything! She made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed! Great service and very comfortable stay.

The staff was never at the front desk during my stay unless someone was checking in. They were always in the back office, so unable to see people coming, going or needing assistance. If they were out no smile and couldn't tell the staff from the guest, they didn't seem open for helping the guest. There were only 2 staff members helpful Ms.Sylvia (laundry) who helped a lot during breakfast time/ breakfast area and another lady (tall, slim, long hair, African american). The front desk staff didn't seem like they wanted to be at work Jasmine, Ashley, can't remember the other girl. They just weren't friendly at all. The property needs to be updated badly at least the carpet.

It’s in a good location, we went to Tybee Island, River Street and Tanger Outlets and it was 30 mins to each location roughly from the hotel. Mall is across the street with other restaurants and stores around (Ross, TJ Maxx, etc). Breakfast includes cereal, juice, eggs, sausage with another side- either hash browns or French toast, waffle maker- cookies at the front desk. Overall not bad!

Super close to restaurants and not too far from the historic downtown. I like that it’s free parking coz at the downtown the daily parking is crazy. The daily breakfast was warm and filling. The room is standard and clean.

We stayed out of the historic district because of our budget. This hotel fit our price point and we found it wasn’t a hard trip to get down to that district. The staff was friendly and checking in and out as easy. The breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast so we knew what to expect but they had a variety of items to eat. I highly recommend making your own waffle

Many options were already gone, with no refills for waffles, sausages, and barely any hot potatoes available. It was clear that there was a lack of oversight to ensure enough food for all guests.
