Great stay! I went for a staycation and it was just what I needed

The staff was a little rude! Other than that great

Our room smelled strongly of smoke and the hotel was overbooked so we couldn't change rooms. The room felt dark and dingy.

We stayed here on our return trip from North Carolina. The Front Desk lady was much more attentive this stay. Food was plentiful and good. The room was clean with the necessary amenities to make our over-night stay comfortable.

The 4 ladies at the front desk did not welcome us, did not even acknowledge us for a while we waited to check in. I understand they were learning a new computer system, but having worked in the lodging industry for many years, I would find this attitude unacceptable. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast choices and the food were good. We were traveling north and on our trip stayed a second night on the return trip south.
