Under reconstruction Should not have been open. Reconstruction job was being done very very sloppy. Did not replace the rusty hinges on bath room door. Tielot holder old and rusty. TV not properly installed.

It was horrible. Came for a celebration of life and unfortunately chose this motel. Never again. It was dirty, the AC leaked, customer service was not good. The pool was not open. All around bad experience. I am very disappointed of this Wyndham establishment.

Looked like renovation’s being done. Who ever is doing it leaving things laying on the ground. Boxes, area rugs and things laying in walk ways. Very unprofessional of who ever is doing the work makes it look bad on you. But as far as staff and cleanliness of my it was excellent. I’m sure once the renovate done it will be a much better place to stay.

Infested with roaches. On the wall and on the bed . Room was dirty , floors were not clean . I wiped down the shower wall my self . They offerer to move me to another room . I was afraid it would be worst . They did say they were going to spray . But they are so infested . The health Dept should shut them down until they clean house completely . One positive thing the bed was comfortable . How ever well Yes on top of comforter. I fell we should have got our money back . But it was not offered

Unfortunately it was totally disgusting. Non smoking room stink of smoke. Curtains wouldn’t close manager brought binder clips. Bugs on floor in addition to table for suitcase leg broke when I laid my suitcase on it. No shower curtain in shower. It was the worse property I’ve ever stayed in.

There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room. In the bathroom, one of the walls was covered in mold and clearly needed renovation. The bedding was wrinkled and stained, as if someone had already slept in it. The floors were dirty. But the most disturbing part of our stay was being woken up at 8 a.m. by a housekeeper banging on the door and yelling "Housekeeping! Housekeeping!" She woke us up, and when I opened the door—clearly just out of bed—I told her we were still sleeping. She nodded and left, only to return an hour later and try to open the door again. Thankfully, we had the security latch on, so she couldn't get in, and finally left. I really don’t understand — if check-out is at 11 a.m., what’s the point of banging on guests’ doors at 8 a.m.? That’s completely unacceptable. Breakfast was available from 6 to 8 a.m., but honestly, I’d suggest changing it to 6:00–6:30 a.m. to make sure no one actually shows up for it. On the positive side, the front desk staff was polite and friendly.

The room was absolutely disgusting.. There was cockroaches crawling on the walls. The bed had dead roaches on it the linens were dirty looks like they have not been washed forever.. The towels had stains on them scared to use as they looked like they were never washed.The floor was so dirty that if you walk on it without shoes your feet would be black on bottom because of the filth..I pulled in late at night so I had to stay but would never stay here again.The breakfast they had in the morning was not edible as everything was stale.. No cream for coffee was told it was on order.. Of course I was not eating because of the roach infestation.. They had wrapped pastries so figured was safe because they were packaged but when opened was stale and non edible.Do not book this hotel unless you want to take roaches with you upon checkout.. I never took suitcases in room because the fear of the roaches crawling in them..I have told everyone in my family not to stay at this hotel as we visit a lot to see family..

I booked two rooms. Both were dirty, torn curtains, room smelled of smoke. the smoke detector had been torn off of the wall. There was a strong scent of marijuana lingering outside of the rooms. There was a can of roach spray sitting outside of the door of one of the rooms. The toilet seat was dirty and there was hair in the shower left from the guest before. We did not stay. I turned in my keys and found another hotel. The pictures make it look nice but it clearly is not a nice place to stay.

How this filthy motel received an 80% satisfaction rate puzzles me. What we encountered was disturbing. The toilet wasn't clean, had a ring around it and pubic hair on the rim, we let that go. Then saw greasy sex handprints on the bed headboard. We let that go as well. The final straw was when my wife pulled the sheets back on the bed and discovered blood stains on the mattress and wrinkled sheets like they hadn't been changed . At that point I called Expedia för a refund so we could leave. Expedia called the manager of the hotel that refused to grant a refund with the excuse of us being there för over 2 hours. Well, I told the guy we tried to make it work but the sex stains and bloody sheets were the final straw. ILL BE FILING A CHARGEBACK!

It was alright, my room had a weird smell, AC was moldy and loud. When I came into the room all my towels were damp and smelt funky. My bathroom was the worst part, mold and mildew all over the place. Dead bugs on the wall, but room service was nice and very respectful.

I booked my hotel through hotels.com. I booked a room where I could pay at the property. I get an email at 2 o’clock in the morning because I hadn’t made it there yet because I didn’t get off work till late and drove 4 1/half hours to the hotel Only to get an email telling me that my reservations have been canceled because they tried to run my card at 12 and run my card at 2 AM when I was supposed to pay when I got to the property so I don’t understand why you have the option to pay when you get to the property if the hotel is gonna go ahead and try to run your card. I keep my card locked so unfortunately I will never be using hotels.com again! Amanda was the night clerk. When I called she told me what her manager told her to do so I said I was to pay when I got there and she said I did what my manager told me to do & hung up on me & didn’t answer when I called back. I’m 4 hours away from home & my room was cacncled. Why have the option to pay on arrival? I keep my card locked. That’s why my card declined they shouldn’t have been trying to run my card if I am a pay on arrival quest. I am so angry about this and will never stay at a Baymont inn or use hotels.com. When I called Hotels.com customer service I was on the phone with Ivan for over 45 minutes and still didn’t get any help. By this time it’s 3M and I’m 4 hours away from home and no hotel to sleep in.

If your looking for a one night stay, passing through and you don't have children with you then maybe its okay. The staff were nice. My concern was more in the atmosphere of the Motel. There was alot of "late night" activity, people sitting outside there rooms, others coming and going. This is very much a 1 star motel. I don't feel as if the pictures reflects the status of this place. The breakfast was pitiful, stale. The Circle K has better pastry’s. The room was run down with a new coat of paint. The sheets and bedding were not comfortable, thin and cheap. Again we stayed 2 nights and regretted it. What we paid was highway robbery. So disappointing.

This is by far THE WORST place I have ever stayed at... I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I regret every second of it. From the moment I checked in, the staff's attitude was dismissive and outright rude, I booked a double bed and drove 6 hours to get here, i was given a disgusting room with one King bed because according the front desk (absolute disgust of a human being) said " I dont care what you booked, this is what you get. You can take your key and go or i can cancel your room" then closes the window in my face and she is gone. The front desk clerk acted like I was an inconvenience, barely looked up from their phone, and sighed heavily every time I asked a basic question. I requested a room change because the one they assigned me smelled like mildew and had stained sheets, but the she refused, claiming they were "fully booked" (despite the empty parking lot and no signs of other guests). ." The staff's lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was appalling. This place clearly has zero standards for customer service and even less for respect. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. A park bench would offer better hospitality.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything looked worn and fabrics were stained, but it was pretty clean. For the price, a good stay on a long road trip. My only complaint would be that breakfast has no protein. Packaged pastries, yogurt, waffles, apples...plenty to eat, but nothing sustaining.

This was a sufficient place for a roof over our head for the night but that’s about it. The front desk associate sounded aggravated that we use a third-party booking, the room smelled terrible, and don’t get me started on the “hot breakfast”. There was a waffle iron that looked like it hadn’t been used in years and instant oatmeal, bread individually wrapped for toast, the tiniest cinnamon rolls you’ve ever seen & bananas that weren’t even ripe. I decided you can’t go wrong with cereal and I was wrong. It was stale and disgusting and I threw it away, the coffee cups look like shooter glasses. I will enjoy laughing about that “free hot breakfast” for years to come.
