Nice clean facility with ample parking, well it, and easy to find. Rooms actually match the pictures from their advertisement. An in-house restaurant is available for all meals, which is also convenient.

Azalea's Restaurant has a Waitress that made our entire trip! She is the friendliest person I have ever met! Never have we experienced a more enjoyable time. We will definitely be back.

Room was infested with bed bugs. Called to tell the general manager 5 times and was hung up on every time. Stay away. I was bit over 25 times and my son was bit up over 10 times as well. STAY AWAY!!!!! I wish I could post pics

Checked into room. TV remote not working. Service person came and put batteries in. I pointed out that the carpeted space between the beds had a strong smell of urine! He concurred and said he had smelled it when he walked in. I moved to another room.

It’s a really nice hotel. The people were nice, the room was comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was good. Bathroom had Dove toiletries - nice touch! My only comment was the room wasn’t as clean as you would expect. The chair by the door had not been wiped up and had something noticeably sticky on it. You have a really nice Keurig coffee maker sitting on a tray with white crust. The microwave hadn’t been wiped up - you could see smudges and food on it. Overall the experience was good / but little details can make or break a stay.

I was very disappointed with our room conditions. First of all, it looked as though the carpet had not been vacuumed in some time. I had a king room with the smallest bath that I have ever encountered. The toilet set in front of the vanity which prevented you from being able to stand directly in front of the vanity. Ridiculously designed! The hallways were dirty with the doors, baseboards and trim all dinged up and dirty. The elevator was even dirty. Not a good first impression. The only positive thing I can say is that the bed was very comfortable. The reviews were very misleading on this particular hotel. Will not recommend.

Nice place. The room I stayed in had a king size bed and the mattress needed to be replaced. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed because there was deep pockets on each side.

layout of the small bathroom was horrible, The commode seat was positioned immediately in front of the sink, meaning that one had to lean over the commode from a side angle to use it. Very inconvenient

overall a good experience, until the TV servicer provider went out, and was told TV was unavailable until, who knows. they don't work weekends, which I feel with a customer as Holiday Inn, should have someone on standby, just in case a situation to make customer satisfied.

The room was partially waned, not stocked with towels and rags. When I called the desk clerk to ask for appropriate supplies, she stated she had a customer in front of her and I needed to wait while she assisted that person. I waited 20 minutes on hold while another of my family members walked to the desk. The clerk couldn’t supply everything to them. Finally, I hung up and called back to ask when I could expect towels. I was out on hold again for about 19 minutes. The clerk started our telephone conversation assuring me my needs weren’t important, but that taking more money from another person was. Terrible customer service.

Great hotel - One suggestion, hotels need to find a way to check in within 2 mins of arrival. I had prepaid and still it takes 5 to 10 mins to check in. Really need to have items ready to hand to the guest upon ID and CC verification. Breakfast - why do hotels refuse to scramble fake eggs?

Our room was given away. We had to wait about an hour for the staff to try to find us a room that had accessible features. The staff did give us free drinks while we waited which was nice. They finall found us a room and we proceeded to complete our checking. The front desk staff person was extremely helpful.

I had a very long week testifying as a witness in a very important case. Having stayed longer than expected I was spent. The manager was incredible. Leaving a bowl and water for my service pup, allowing me to check out late for a later flight. It was a pleasure and I was so relieved to be treated so kindly. It’s only a 20-minute drive to Jennings GP, and the receptionist was kind enough to keep an eye on my bike, which was on an open hitch carrier behind my car, making me feel secure. Rooms were clean but walls were paper thin. Could hear our neighbors flushing their toilet & could also hear trains rolling at 2,3,4 am. Not quiet enough for sleeping. Also no continental breakfast which is not convenient for a wary traveler

Good hotel - I love the breakfast in the morning. Server was fast and friendly. No buffet but FINALLY, REAL EGGS! - Thank YOU!. Parking - I have a large trailer. Would be great if you could reserve parking in front of the hotel. Truckers take these spots and likely are not staying at the hotel. Fortunate I was able to find a spot to park.

The dinner I had at the restaurant (salmon with rice and green beans, a cocktail and dessert, all nicely prepared and delivered by friendly waitpersons) was surprisingly good, though the restaurant interior is very unassuming. The beds, bathroom, heat were all very comfortable and appear to have been recently updated. The hotel seemed rather understaffed and it took some prodding to get a replacement light bulb, though the person manning the front desk made it his responsibility to find me one himself and was very nice.

Stayed 1 night on our way to Daytona Beach. Hotel was very clean. We got up the next morning to leave and found out that the continental breakfast was extra. Almost $200 a night and then extra for breakfast (don’t think so) We try to stay at all the holiday inns but maybe looking for a different place

My 2nd time staying here and it was good. The staff is very friendly and kind. The room is large and bed is very comfy. Also I appreciated the black out blinds as I like my room dark and cool for sleeping. I had wings from the restaurant and they were delicious.
