I was very disappointed that the fire pit was gone and not available. It was on the site . One of the reasons why I booked.. parking was hard to find be issue the front of the hotel and lot was down for hurricane repairs. Wish I had a heads up before booking . I came from out of town

The lady at the desk provided excellent service. The bar tender woman was excellent. Provided great service. Happy hour wine and salsa and chips were an extra treat. We then sat outside by the fire-pit. A very pleasant stay.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Only two criticisms. Only one elevator was in service causing wait times when busy and the god awful arched shower curtain rod. Was either broken or improperly mounted like EVERY hotel ever. Caused significant amounts of water on floor after use.

This hotel was fairly new, so everything was modern, clean, efficient. The firepit out back was a nice touch. Happy hour was ok. My husband had a beer. I had nothing because I don’t drink beer or wine. And neither of us had any of the chips and salsa as it was very spicy. But good try.

Arrived, walked in, they had my key ready for me and were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing each morning, the gym was nice, the pool great! All-in-all it was a perfect stay!

Property was very nice and quite new. Staff were absolutely the best. Very friendly and went out of their way to assist me. When we arrived we were greeted with happy hour which was free wine and chips with salsa which was wonderful after a long day on the road. Happy hour was from 5:00 pm to,7:00 pm. Hotel room was very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good, lots of choice and very nice. Supper for fast food eaters was very close by and for those who like a nice dinner it was about half a mile away. Overall the facility was perfect and very close to I-75. We would certainly stay again.

Great for a quick one night stay while traveling. Just off the highway with excellent restaurants nearby. Ok breakfast and a very nice happy hour with beer, wine and snacks. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and quiet with a large tv.

Bathroom had hair everywhere. Office table had something sticky all over it. Refrigerator had an open water bottle at the top that we didn’t notice and it leaked all over our food. We got the food out this morning and it was all wet and ruined.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and modern. Our room was very humid and the AC/Heat unit was not working on the heat setting. Air would not blow out and it made a loud clicking noise for about 30 seconds every couple of minutes, made it difficult to sleep. Our floor was also very dirty- our toddler was picking pieces of things off the floor it was that noticeable. We had checked in at 9:30 pm so it was too late to ask anybody to come sweep or fix the heating unit. Breakfast was delicious in the morning though!

Animal hair was all over room. In the bed, the floors, the sofa. I complained Friday and was told nothing. Asked to switch rooms, they say they couldn’t because it was full. Even offered to mop the floors and get up the dog, cat hair but was told they would do on Datirday and no one never came. Asked for a full refund but yo only get one night free. I will be contacting corporate in the morning.

Guys checking car handles upon arrival. Got to our floor smelled like everyone on that floor in the hotel was having a drug party. Got to the room, pubic hair in beds. Possibly bed bugs. Black stuff all over beds. Possible poop on bed sheets. Drink rings and sticky stuff on tables. Pee on the toilet seat. Toilet paper next to bed.

It felt like the hotel was brand new, just opened. Everything, including the lobby, elevators and rooms were clean and smelled great! Friendly staff, and the best breakfast of any hotel we have tried so far. 10/10

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The bathroom had a pretty strong urine smell, but looked clean. I think maybe it was from the caulk around the toilet. It was discolored quite a bit for a newer hotel.

I always stay here when traveling between Atlanta and Port Orange FL. I have a dog and she is always welcome. This time was no different except the price was higher, but they didn't have WiFi, which is important to me. I disagree with charging more for less amenities.

Ac hvac unit started buzzing around 1:30 am, call to front desk eas usless. Pillows were tiny, about 18inches square? 1 tiny bar of soap for shower and sink area? 1 plastic cup for 2 of us in coffee station? Newish property needs management with a more detailed eye. I brought up the issue of the hvac unit with the GM, he decided to tell me about how many hotels they owne in the area and that they were all booked, what's that got to do with my stay? Not a 9+ rated hotel.

unbearable, uninhabitable, unlivable conditions. The humidity level was so high in the room that the bedding was damp to actually wet. I wouldn't believe this was possible if we hadn't actually experienced it. Clothes left in the room were wet after only a couple of hours. The AC was working - but just got the room colder and wetter. Obviously the drain line was plugged so the humidity was not being removed from the room. I was told the "dehumidifier system was down and they weren't sure when it would be repaired, but engineering was working on it and there was nothing they could do now". The rooms actually have their own individual AC units - no central HVAC in the rooms. The hallways, stairs, and common areas were all very comfortable - only our room was at the 100% humidity level. A check of a few other guests rooms demonstrated no humidity problems at all either. The staff didn't even bother to go to the room to verify the problem which leads me to believe they already knew about it and just didn't care. The hotel refused to refund our money even though I had to take the kids to another hotel and pay again so we could actually get some sleep. I will never book a La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham again. Hotels.com gave me a 50% credit to use toward my next hotel stay booked through them. Better than nothing but unacceptable treatment from La Quinta. Took me a few days to calm down to write this.

The room was very spacious. With 6 people in it you still didn't feel like you were on top of each other. So this hotel is definitely one we will remember for future hotel needs.

A great hotel. My only advice to others, is to get a room away from I75. Truck and road noise from I-75 was loud. I had to wear ear plugs. Next time I’ll request a room away from the interstate.

A nice, clean, and well-staffed casual hotel that is slightly off the beaten path (about 4 miles to the north) from the hotel/restaurant cluster in Valdosta. Breakfast was well done and well attended. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Room was clean and roomy. Not crazy about the smaller sized pillows but they were fine and the 2nd floor was quiet. Great that the A/C fan could be set to constant, low or high. Would stay again if passing through Valdosta.

Looks like a nice hotel - clean and well maintained rooms. It’s close to the highway so if that noise bothers you it is something to be aware of try to get a room on the back of the hotel. I was front and center and thought the traffic noise would bother me but it soon became white noise. Nothing bad just something to be mindful about if it bothers you.

Apparently Waze sends people to the wrong location, even with the address copied from their information. ..staff was not helpful. Room is on the noisy side next to the interstate…thanks. Room is noisy in general, slamming doors, room upstairs.

Lady at check in was rude. We are diamond members of Wyndam but I felt like a red headed step child. My husband and I are both.disabled vets and we asked to be close to the entance or elevator. We were at the end of the hall. I did not realize that if I booked through Expedia that I would not get my Wyndam points. The room was lovely. The property was too but my check in soured the experience.

Some conditions should have been stated at check-in: 1. Housekeeping provided after 3rd day 2. You must request housekeeping otherwise Housekeeping will disturb you by knocking on your door more than 2-hrs before checkout! I dont like that at all.

Amazing staff !!! Our car broke down on the way to FL and had to be towed. Knowing tow drivers can only have one person to ride with them one of the staff when she was off work brought me and my children and dog to meet up with my husband at the repair shop instead of having to pay 40 for an uber for a 4.5 mile drive. I highly recommend LA QUINTA INN in Valdosta,GA. Thank you for your over whelming hospitality!!!

When traveling over 1000 miles I would hope for some flexibility with the check in time. I have never had a hotel strictly force the 3pm rule after mentioning the rooms should be ready by 2. Room was veey nice though. Very clean and AC worked great.

A nice, clean, and well-staffed casual hotel that is slightly off the beaten path (about 4 miles to the north) from the hotel/restaurant cluster in Valdosta. Breakfast was well done and well attended. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Room was clean and roomy. Not crazy about the smaller sized pillows but they were fine and the 2nd floor was quiet. Great that the A/C fan could be set to constant, low or high. Would stay again if passing through Valdosta.

This property is right off the highway. It is a newer property. Not sure it’s gonna stay nice and new. They will need to take care of it well. But it was a nice enough stay.

We only stayed one night, but it was a very positive experience. This was our second stay at this property and we'll probably stay again. A nice bonus perk was that they offered free wine and chips and salsa between 5 and 7 pm.

Nice facility but was disappointed with the breakfast offerings. Other LaQuinta’s I’ve stayed at recently in the state offered biscuits and gravy in addition to scrambled eggs and sausages - this one had a smaller offering with only scrambled eggs and sausage available to guests.
