When I was looking for a hotel to stay at, I was looking for 4 amenities: Breakfast included, distance from my destination, proximity to highway, and a charger for my electric car. I used Expedia because it gave me a wide range of choices. I chose this Comfort Suites because it fit all of the requirements. Upon arrival I noticed the EOS charging station in the front lot. Unlike other hotels Expedia has recommended in the past, this one charged a fee to use it. Since EOS is a new charging company, I was required to enroll using the QR code located on the machine. During the process it connected me to a 3rd party, and I had to provide my Credit card number. The charger still wouldn’t work, so I contacted EOS. They told me the chargers at that location had not yet been activated. That was when I found out that the link wasn’t theirs, but was a bogus company. The hotel had no help with chargers. In conclusion, I used this location based on Expedia’s description of the hotel and its amenities. This left me with a car that couldn’t be charged, and my credit card being compromised. I had to cancel that card. Finally, even if the chargers had worked, Expedia should have noted that there is a fee for their use.

I had a rather late, well after midnight arrival time and the property was obviously pretty full. There is another hoteI in close proximity to this one and while parking is available without much of an issue, but you should be prepared to hunt for theevery last spot if doing a late check-in like I was. When I arrived I was very pleased to be able to do the late check-in inside the building and the attendant was alert and attentive. The whole process did not take but a couple Minutes and I was ready to go on to my bed.

Parking lot was dimly lit and crowded when I arrived to check in. But the morning staff was awesome this morning at 4:30 am when it was time to leave. She already had coffee out and offered to grab me a yogurt

The property is right off the interstate, which I can say you cannot hear the traffic from the room. The parking lot is shared with another hotel if you get in late it may be hard to find a parking spot. Hotel is clean and up to date. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. The staff is so nice.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good for and economy hotel. The front desk clerk paolo was excellent. The pool is small but great for swimming with family as long as there are not too many people. There are plenty of food options around including close to mall. There is a small pond behind the hotel that has a ton of turtles in it. We counted like 30 turtles at one time. Over all this was one of the better hotels I have stayed in. I would say they do need to look into the drain in the parking lot cause it did flood over with some heavier rain, like a good foot deep.

Pool wonderful-pool towels were empty but just used bath towels.Hot breakfast great! Loved the lemon water in lobby was refreshing and looked so pretty. It was fun watching the turtles in the lake from the balcony by pool.The early evening treat to cheese crackers and wine was delightful Can’t say enough about our stay it was best hotel I’ve been to in awhile Thanks for a great night!

This was a nice place to stay for a night on our way to Florida. It was clean, staff was friendly and room was a good size. Breakfast options were great. The outdoor pool looked great, but we opted to not use it as hurricane Debby had come through the day before and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. This hotel was very convenient, right off interstate 75. We felt very safe at this hotel.

While the hotel overall wasn’t a bad stay, it wouldn’t be my first choice. The main drawback is the location — it’s right off the interstate, so we heard a lot of traffic noise. The room was clean enough, but the bathtub had a steady leak, and I found hair in several places — the bed, bathtub, couch, and floor — which was disappointing. Overall, the upkeep seems decent, though the property does appear a bit worn. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

I noticed my 10 year old had bite marks on her arm. I assumed it was from mosquitoes but, I got a second opinion and to find out it was bed bug bites. I call the hotel to notify them of the situation. I ask for a manager the young lady I spoke with told me that there was no one I could talk to but, she took my information down and stated that she would have her manager to contact me it has been almost a week and I have yet to sort this situation out. I wish I can post the pictures. So if anyone visits this hotel just be aware!!!!

Shower/faucet was in terrible and possibly dangerous condition. It was loose and wouldn't stay on normal hot and would move on its own over to hot scalding. Had to leave on lukewarm and watch to make sure it didn't move to full hot. The room itself was dirty - crumbs in desk chair, various items on the floor. Hair in the tub. Fridge door was sticky. Hair dryer covered in makeup. Had to wipe down all surfaces with clorox wipes.

The room was very nice and roomy. Decor very nice. Two things made the stay not perfect; there was a musty odor that was disconcerting and the air conditioner was extremely loud. Every time it cycled on it sounded like a jet engine revving up. It awakened me several times throughout the night. Being right next door to the ice machine was a bit annoying.

Great room and nice breakfast. The room only has a mirror in the bathroom, nowhere else, so a little difficult for several of us to get ready at once but that is the only negative we encountered. Friendly staff and convenient, comfortable room. Breakfast has both regular and chocolate waffle mix which is fun, bacon, eggs, etc.

From check in to check out, our stay was very pleasant. Tara, at the front desk, went out of her way to accommodate. Even with the lobby construction going on, we were pleased with the Hotel, the Staff, and the room comfort. We requested a higher level, which was accommodated, and never heard the construction.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by friendly staff and a clean facility! Staff handled our check in seemlessly. Directed us to our room accordingly and ensured we had all we needed. Decor was nice. Bed was comfortable. Amenities were available. Breakfast next morning was good. Enjoyed myself!

Room was great, however the front desk employee was incredibly rude and short with us upon check-in around 930pm. We hope this is not her normal demeanor. Every one has bad days but both nights we encountered her, she was not pleasant or helpful. The morning front desk employees were all great. We had a good stay!

I booked a reservation at Comfort Suites through Expedia's App for the 2-3 of August on August 1st because my family was driving across the entire state (200+ miles one way) after work for a family emergency. When I arrived, no reservation was found for those dates, it was apparently reserved for 8-9 of August. Despite purchasing the Hotel Protection Policy, which said that even though the reservation was non-refundable, I'd still get my refund, I haven't received anything back. My family had to pay high prices last minute at another hotel that was farther from the hospital than Comfort Suites is. According to the Customer Service team at Expedia, Comfort Suites refused to respond to them for the longest time about my refund because of the Hotel Protection Policy insurance I'd purchased. When they did respond, they still refused the refund regardless of the Hotel Protection Policy because the reservation was originally non-refundable. I'm out an entire paycheck - a truly outrageous price for one night (check in on 2 and out the next morning on 3) - plus the extra expense my family had to pay at the second hotel, all on top of the stress dealing with the family emergency. There is a distressing lack of genuine customer service.

When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and told us our room information right away. He also provided complementary water when we asked about water for our room. The breakfast area was well stocked and the person restocking the area and keeping it clean did an excellent job and was friendly. Overall there were a lot of breakfast choices with both hot and cold items. And it was good. The lobby was clean and inviting. Everything was well- kept and clean. We would stay here again.

The front desk attendant (sorry can't remember name-beautiful young lady), best customer service. She was fun and friendly. The happy hour was great! My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine/beer and my girls had and I quote "the best cookies EVER" and chips and salsa before swimming. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great. With about 10 minutes left, the wonderful staff were still replenishing items and made an announcement before cleaning up in case anyone needed anything else. It seemed the staff cared about the customers and you don't see that much these days so a big thank you from my family!

There were many food options close. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a strong odor when we enrered the room. It smelled like they sprayed room deodorizer that was burnt. Breakfast had good options, but the eggs were mushy.
