Pool was nasty

Staffing was ok but the facility conditions needed to be updated.

The pool was green the ac was not working drugs infested and roaches no hose keeping could not get towels the place was not sanitary

I wasn’t happy due to the fact the pool was closed. I would have chosen a different hotel to get the full experience of a new place to stay and relax.

The staff was nice and friendly. The lobby area was well maintained and air conditioning was great. The hotel room was run down. The bathtub did not drain. The room door handle fell off. The pool outdoor pool was closed because, it had not been inspected. I chose this location because it was a "Expedia member special". Be aware....

We stayed at this motel as an evacuation site from Hurricane Milton. The property could definitely use upgrades and fixes to the room. There were spaces where the doors should be sealed - entryway into the room. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating considering the conditions they are working under. Breakfast items were not fresh, both hair dryers were broken, stained carpet and couch. Management needs to know they have a very dedicated staff and would benefit by upgrading the facilities.

I like that they have a little bar and a kitchen sad part is not being used and they're in prime location and I remember when they were operational I've even tried to get a job here I was told once they weren't hiring couple hours later I heard an employee tell her person on the phone to come on in and do that application they had a spot I've been here like 3 weeks now almost and it needs a little improvement but it's not bad I need the job I'm not asking them to give me anything but a job I help them they help me I need the job they need to work done I am an electrician I built houses for contract is at Buzzell heating and cooling on South tammy I've worked at Dow chemical in New Orleans and fruit of the loom in Chillicothe Ohio never been fired worked at the Georgia national fairgrounds and City Hall Dismas house Federal transition Center in Macon Georgia and to be totally honest out of all the job skills I have degrees and trades I would rather cook passion is something always want to do and it's not work to me cuz I love doing it they have a kitchen here we can help each other I help them boost customers and they give me a job I never write down a pay that I expect I leave that to the owner I expect them to be fair because whoever I work for I represent them so if they don't look good I don't have a job so I have to make them look impeccable but could y'all please look into my points I've been staying in this hotel while and I always have a discrepancy with how I pay

Front lobby was very classy and clean. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke and was very dated. I was surprised that Ramada allowed this hotel to fly their flag.

Pet friendly which was needed for our hurricane evacuation stay. Other positive was good sound barrier between rooms. Very little noise heard. Pool looked nice, but there were no pool chairs so we didn’t utilize the pool at all. The rooms are outdated and in need of repairs, ie. Door frames look like the doors were kicked in at some point, non-working telephone.. Semi-clean. We did find two dead roaches but none that were alive. The shampoo/conditioner they offer were not full and bottles were sticky. We opted to purchase some and hand soap from the nearby dollar store and Target. The breakfast in the morning is very limited, basically we only ate the pancakes and juice. There was a mishap with my reservation and they were able to refund me after my stay for the extra room that was accidentally booked and charged to my account which is greatly appreciated.

It was cheap , but you get what you pay for. I seen roaches and the security guard said they are known to have them but surprised I seen one in my room. They changed my room, but still felt worried they might come back. Pool was okay, son loved it but he’s 6. Not many people stayed there , come to find out it’s called the drug motel! Don’t think I’ll l stay again. Breakfast also was just pancakes, bagel (mini) mini muffins with apple or orange juice. But again you get what you pay for. Staff was nice and pleasant though.

Not happy with this place. We had to change rooms at bedtime because as we were getting into bed, the sheets in one of the beds were wet with what smelled like urine.

All of the rooms smelled like mildew. They were dirty. Everything was rusty. Our room did not come with any toilet paper. The towels had stains on them. I would never stay here again and if I could’ve got my money back and went somewhere else that night we would’ve

This property was very unsatisfactory. The door we had to practically kick it to open. The carpet was extremely filthy and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom had no tissue and the stay was just unbearable

Dirty to be a Ramada brand. The bathroom had a baby roach fed behind it. The toilet was dirty. The coffee maker had an old used coffee grimmes in it. The sheets were not stains. The room had an odor to it also.

This place was disgustingly bad. We reserved a newly remodeled room and in turn were given the key to the nastiest room my wife and I had ever set foot in. We didn’t even stay there the whole night we actually left it was that bad!!! I would’ve rather slept in our truck. It smelled like weed and we watched prostitutes walk past our broken ( yes actually broken ) window the whole time we were there… Ramada no more like the hole in…

Horrible place to stay. Hotels staff not friendly. Rooms were not clean and extremely outdated. Room had roaches. Had to beg for toiletries and fresh linen and towels, was advised they are only given out every three days. Handicap accessible isn't accessible. I'll never stay there.

After waiting for someone to even come to the front I finally got a room key. On our walk to our room trash was along the sidewalk and rooms in several places. Went in room and floor was not vacuumed. Toilet had pee on rim and paper in the bathtub. Ironing board cover was in plain view and stained all over. Microwave was chipping on inside. I would have not wanted to use it. No phone to call front desk in that room. I go back and tell front desk that it is dirty and she gives me a key to another room. Walk to front desk I noticed floor sticky and dirty. Got in there and immediately check the toilet. Same thing…pee on rim. I took a picture this time to show her. I said politely I could not stay there. She said she would not charge the third party I booked with but I would have to call them for a refund. Front desk was never rude and did apologize. I contacted hotels.com and they did refund me. Sad part was it was late and I had to try to find somewhere else to stay.

The customer service was great the tv never got regular channels had to call twice for help . The furniture was old outdated and hot barely worked when taking a shower

Terrible room we did not stay the door and air was broken and the ceiling is leaking

Rooms need to be updated for sure. Ceilings falling and cracking, sofa was torn to shreds, stunk in a non smoking room. Bed was comfortable though. Shower was not tightened so shot water to the ceiling and no towels when I arrived.

Very run down. Curtains were stained and yellow from age, the room hasn’t been updated, bed was old and broken in. TV didn’t connect to the satellite so no TV. Place needs a great deal of updates. Not what I expected for a Ramada.

The Staff was pleasant, however, the place was dated and we had to fight with the door to get it open. Otherwise we slept well

There were stained floors, torn carpet and dirty curtains in the 1st room and it also smelled of smoke. Also a mirror was propped up against the wall instead of hanging on the wall. Fortunately, the clerk changed my room although it has broken towel racks, a cracked toilet cover, and soot in the AC unit.

Our room had a shower faucet that leaked all the time, quite a bit of water. Our bed was so soft we sunk in it and the room carpet was musty. The fire alarm beeped so much they had to come and remove it because they could not fix the problem.

Overall it wasn’t so bad, but they can do some maintenance with their rooms. Our door knob had to be jiggled a certain way for it to open.

They front desk gave me room keys to a incorrect room that smelled awful! When I told the desk that wasn’t the room I booked, I had booked 2 beds and I didn’t even have to turn the lights on before I walked out of the room, they refused to give me a different room and cancelled my reservation! Now I’m fighting to get my money back because I was refused a room I had paid for! There was a giant party going on in the parking lot right out the desk area and the lady didn’t even care! Another man was at the desk asking for batteries and she told me “you can have some in a min!” This place is absolutely horrendous!!

Lack of service and one of the front desk was not professional.

The staff at this hotel was amazing I ended up choosing the mobility accessible room which is the handicap room and I didn't know it until the lady told me when I checked out but the staff was amazing I like the fact that they gave me an early check-in for an additional $25 because my bus got into town in the morning and instead of waiting to a regular checkout time they gave me an early checkout for an additional $25 my room didn't have a shower curtain or a microwave so they did provide me with that even though the breakfast is now what I expected cuz I expected more from The breakfast but it was nice and was good for the complimentary My overall experience and stay there was beyond phenomena and I love the staff for being nice courteous and convenient

The front desk staff has been awesome

We had a room with a dirty tub and it was clogged and the refused to move us for 3 days

There were spaces where the doors should be sealed - entryway into the room. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating considering the conditions they are working under. Breakfast items were not fresh, both hair dryers were broken, stained carpet and couch. Management needs to know they have a very dedicated staff and would benefit by upgrading the facilities.

TV not set to watch, only room available was on 2nd floor i have a below the knee prostetic, they couldn't accomodate with me , we will be notifying ADA, no decaf for coffee @ breakfast, no creamers, used milk for cereal, we stopped elsewhere for breakfast, they didn't provide suitable breakfast. wont stay here again. Jenifer said she would cancel the reservation but we were so tired from 12 hrs driving we stayed1 night.

The front desk reception was excellent. I think her name was Mandy. Very friendly and helpful.

Property and rooms are dated. Price is lowest in town. Free breakfast. Excellent staff!

The room was around the back of the hotel. There was some construction going on, and it was deserted, and had a very creepy feel to it. The parking lot was far from full, so I don’t understand why the clerk put me in a room at the back of the building. When I got to the room, food was on the floor. Everything had a Denji, dirty look and feel to it. I slept with my clothes on because it was late and I was too tired to complain. In the morning, I’ll let the desk clerk know that the room was not clean. She claimed , they are in the middle of staff changes. The whole place is rundown, and, in my opinion, Ramada execs should send a team there to inspect the place—pop inspection, Undercover Boss-style. I NEVER would have believed a Ramada property would be like this! Needless to say, I will not be returning!!!!!!!!

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They were close to shopping and many restaurants so every was easy to find. The property is definitely in need of some updating!

I did not like the end of town that it ended up being and didn't feel real safe in my room. The room did not have tissue nor did the refrigerator work that well nor did the TV work. not going again.

Felt unsafe at this location. When we arrived there was a woman screaming curse words at the front desk - the staff had locked the front door and had to unlock it to let us in. Cig butts all round our door like someone had been hanging out there. Rugs in room were filthy, hairdryer was falling off the wall. Do not stay here. We travel often and feeling unsafe is a rare but unacceptable property condition.

The problem is that their website says they have guest laundry but there were no machines and show pics of a continental breakfast that was not even close to adequate

Mr Thomas was exceptional during breakfast. He made my pancakes. I didn’t like the dirty hallways around the property. Carpet smells bad.
