Good stay. Pictures are similar but the hotel has had its share of ware & tare. Pool was very cold..

Very quiet, nice spacious room, very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, swimming pool was actually open, clean, & warm water, had a guest washer & dryer to use, great experience.

first thing was to pay a 30 dollar deposit during check in. while the persons pre teen daughter checked us in you can see the cover up paint since it did not match, walls, ceiling. had carpet baseboards that was peeling from the wall, sheets, blankets had very noticeable stains. the indoor pool was not cleaned, can see the dirt on the bottom of the pool. trash on the grounds, the ash trays where full of trash and not been cleaned, same stuff in there and then some during the stay. came outside for a smoke and a tow truck and cops where in the parking lot. i mean yea for a place that cheap i would hope for slightly better. the TV would cut off every so often and when watching a show on the tv it would be in spanish and no way to change it. breakfast was ok, the basic usual. for a place like that, it should be like 40$ a night instead of the $70+ they ask for

We're handicapped. No elevator. Given different room. MULTIPLE burned out electric outlets. Smelled REAL bad. Holes in walls. Sink faucet ran constantly or you had to reach under the sink to turn both hot and cold to stop constant run. Permanent Water pooled on bathroom floor near wall and toilet but not seen to be impacted by use of the toilet. New shower but rusted curtain rod and towel holder. Inside bathroom door horribly scratched up. No glasses or ice bucket, but no ice in the dispenser either. Good bed. Nice pool. Continental breakfast extremely limited. Only one handicap parking space. Another guest said their room had comparable issues and had noted the same burned out and broken outlets in the public areas and the room. Duct taped carpet. Staff were polite but unhelpful. Due to a local event drawing 40,000 people to area meant we could not go to a different location.

Place doesn't look anything like it does on their website. After 8 hrs of driving was looking forward to a swim but the water in the pool was ice cold. Room was clean and lots of channels to choose from. But all in all, generic.

Holes in the walls. Very out dated. Pool closed. Continental breakfast has six options waffles plain bagel white and wheat bread cereal and yogurt.

Our 1st room was on the second floor and they did not have an elevator and the room was dirty and furniture was broken. They ended up giving us a room on the first floor which was in better condition but the furniture was dirty and there was poop on the bathroom wall.

While the staff is friendly it cannot make up for the pool closed by the local health authority or the dirty sheets on the beds.

Run as far away from this place as possible! Absolutely the most disgusting hotel ive ever seen. Pet hair on the bedding, giant mold spot on the wall by ac that was broken, and taped together. Huge water stain by the ac disgusting brown "stuff" smashed in the carpet. Sink was non functional but had a steady trickle you couldnt shut off. Honestly so much more. The best thing would be to burn this place to the ground and start over the owners should be ashamed of the level of disrepair, mold, stains, and horrible uncleanliness. House keeping also removed my phone charger from the room and i now have to buy another. I would not stay here again if they payed me 10x the amount they charge.

After we checked it we went to the room to check it out. It was very dirty with mold on th ac unit , stains on the sheets , and 2 little beds with 3 dirty pillows. Since there was going to be 4 of us we just decided to go find something more appropriate. We should have told the desk we were leaving but we were tired and just wanted a decent place to stay

This place should be condemned. Vomit on the bed blanket, old food in the fridge opened containers in the shower, dity carpets a/c only had a fan, no cooling. My wife slept with her clothes on for fear of disease

The pictures were deceiving. It appeared to be a decent hotel. A group of 7, we got 2 rooms. I walked into my room, the heat bursted out the door as soon as I opened it. Rich with the scent of dog urine. It’s pet friendly, but whoever had pets was not. They picked the feces off the floor but left whatever stuck to the carpet. I have never seen anything as disgusting. My mom came in. She ended up getting us about her room. It was even worse with the smell. We opened the windows hoping to air it out. We all rode in silence to get dinner. All in shock. As we came too we realized we are not that desperate to accept those conditions. We got back. I walked into my mom’s room and I was shocked at how disturbingly stained her carpet was. Not an area of the carpet was unstained. I’m not even exaggerating when I say we couldn’t even take our shoes off in there. Back to airing out the rooms it actually seemed worse. It was appalling. My mom’s room actually had blood on the wall and a used bar of soap in the bathroom. I don’t know what kind of operation they are running but hotels.com needs to take this off the site.

Weird smell and the carpet felt a little sticky. Staff was nice bathroom was clean. Cheap

Super gross. Linens/towels pretty much all stained. Broken down structures. The first room they put us in AC was broken. Bad smell. Messy hallway. The actual housekeeper did a good job given the terrible situation they're working in.

Rooms were clean. The carpet was stained up, but overall, rooms were clean, the beds were clean, the bathroom was clean. I can't comment on the pool as we did not get the opportunity to enjoy that. The breakfast was very minimal, but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through that needs a place to lay their head.

The WIFI was so slow it barely worked and the AC unit was load and sounded like it was breaking. It is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for but I would never go back. Not a good place to stay for any price.

The beds were not very big and hard. Had some wall damage and holes in the wall. Water damage from ac in the wall. Only nice thing was it had some really great water pressure in the shower.

As cheap hotels go, it was solid. Got a room for the college world series. Beds were comfy, shower was hot, room was clean. My only complaint is that the rooms were very very hot even with the AC on full blast the whole time.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There was a plastic bag tied around the smoke detector (which is illegal, unsafe, and not up to code). When we asked about it they said yeah it doesn’t work. The sheets were dirty and stained, when we asked for new ones they handed us a pile of sheets to change them ourselves. There were holes in the walls, trash in the room from previous guests, the floor was sticky and squished under you when you walked, and there was mold everywhere. The air conditioner in particular was covered in it. When we asked for a new room they told us that was all they had. Terrible experience.

This place was old, run down, dingy and very, very noisy. Sandwiched between railroad tracks and the interstate, with walls so thin you could hear cars coming and going closing in the parking lot in addition to anyone walking down the hallway. There's no way it should have the star rating it has ... I trusted Orbitz and feel like I was completely misled. I would have never stayed there had the stars and reviews been accurate.

We had 2 rooms. One had great AC. The other could not get cool. The beds are not comfortable. There’s a train that sounded like it was going to come through the hotel.

This place needs a major renovation, the tv had no sound, the window wouldn’t close, the shower dripped out of the head and had very poor water flow.

Took 15-20 minutes to check in not because it was busy, but because the workers had not been trained well. The bathroom mirror was dirty. There was a syringe in the parking lot.

When I checked in at the front desk, I was charged again for the room I had booked online & paid for at that time, at that time I was informed that my card would be on file for incidentals, I was not told that they were charging my card $200 for said incidentals at check in I requested a late ✔️ out of noon & was told that was fine & would not be an issue. Once I was in the room I found the TV did not work, & talked to the night clerk & asked to be moved to another room with a working TV. Was then told no, they could not move me, & they were sorry about the TV not working but I was more of less just out of luck. In the morning, I was sleeping and the house keeper let himself into the room, then told me check out was at 11, it was 10:50 at this time. The front desk called the room reminding me that check out is at 11, and I reminded him that I was a late check out for noon. While on the phone with the clerk/owner I addressed the issue of the TV not working and was wanting to be compt for the room and the inconvenience for not having a TV that was in working condition. The owner/ clerk had then Started to argue with me, I hung up the phone. 2 minutes later he was knocking at the door, & when I answered the door, he pushed himself into the room, & continued to want to argue about my request to have my room compt'ed & that if this was an issue I should have said so at ✔️ in. I felt bullied as well as attacked. I left the motel @11:20 am. Very upset, my personal space violated.

Front desk was on a personable phone call and annoyed that he had to get off the phone! At checkout, even though the bell was rung multiple times, no one came to the front desk! Not greeted when I arrived or thanked when I checked out!

Computer didnt work. Air conditioner is more like a fan. And we were not able to connect to any internet. Breakfast is cereal or waffel. It was a lil ik but staff was very nice and that goes a long way.

I was there 3 nights, had 3 different rooms. A/C quit and/or just not working. No apologies from staff. When I first arrived staff just said “ you have reservations?”. Not hello, welcome, etc. Not once was I greeted when I entered. No apologies for having to move to 3 rooms. Owners apparently live there, and it often smelled like onions, etc. Place is very run down. Many wall switches do not work. I’m 70 years old and had to carry my suitcase up the stairs, while male staff member watched me struggle. No offer to help. Not once did they check to see if my trash needed empty, or if I needed towels.

they are disrespectful , they cancelled my booking and told me i was the one who did it , then said it was hotels . com who did it, when in reality it was their manager because they double booked ! they canceled the day before my stay and i had no idea about it until i showed up to the hotel. never staying there again

Next to major highway construction.

This was the optimal place to stay for attending a concert at the Westfair Amphitheater- took 10 minutes or so to get there. The hotel smelled good, room was clean, parking was great, and the staff was courteous.

Good for a cheaper motel. Room was large and clean. The whole place is a little run down but good enough. Breakfast was what you’d expect, it was ok, wifi was good. Not a great location but that’s why it’s cheaper.

Great hotel but the environment around made me very uncomfortable

Easy access off I-29. Bar & Grill next door. Older looking facility but was clean.

The property is maintained very cleaned. The personnel is highly courteous. Very good customer service. Parking lot is ample. The only thing was that my room face it train rails and I listened to the passing wagons.

The place wasnt bad for the price, but it definitely needs some actual cleaning done. The carpet needs cleaned desperately. The pool itself was decent but the bathroom/shower area was absolutely disgusting. The sheets/towels in the rooms were clean but were very worn out. The couch in the room should just go to the dumpster. The toilet and shower drained very slow. The breakfast was very basic and the milk was expired previous day. The yogurt had a couple days left. The food license had about a month left and i never saw the actual hotel license which is supposed to be posted in a visible location. But overall they need to actually clean the place. But was greatful for clean towels and bedding.

TV was not working, shampoo was watery, poor quality breakfast and waffle machine was a mess, ramp back onto the freeway was shut down. When we asked for directions due to ramp being shut down, he could not provide directions. He was polite however, and appeared to be working hard.

This is a cheaper hotel. Ice machine was good. Breakfast wasnt great. Entryway was pretry dirty. Pillows were not good.

overall was pretty decent stay. loved the fact that breakfast was included, and had a pool. but cleanliness could have been a lil better. and hallways had a strong odor of some sort, almost smelled like marijuana and cig smoke. but i could be wrong, staff was nice.

Property is in poor condition! The first room we were put in the air conditioner blew out hot air and the shelf was falling off the wall. We ere moved and that was better. The parking are is very poor and the breakfast was bad, we grabbed a banana and it was bruised and rotten. We definitely would not stay there again

They need to update their photos. I’ve included photos to show the stains on the towels, some kind of liquid running down the walls, the shower head coming out of the wall, and so much more. The lamp pic alone will make you wonder when the last time it was cleaned. It was quiet. The breakfast was simply mediocre. Expected more.
