Very nice clean room and bathroom, large hot tub but pool was not open the night we stayed, nice breakfast

Rooms were clean, very friendly staff. Parking sucks if you dont get there early and if there is an event going on at mid america. Had to park along way away from hotel.

It has everything that one would expect from a hotel. You name it and you will get it. Friendly and serviceable staff, cleanliness, comfort, good AC, quality breakfast, quietness, a pool and hot tub with just enough products to do its work and not scare you out with the smell of chemicals.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are top notch and the best I've seen in my travels. They are large, with big windows and a textured floor. Even has an enclosed outdoor patio area!

Clean room, pool, hot tub, and gym area. Staff was friendly and attentive. Good stay.

Our rooms were okay but the pool had so many chemicals it burned my eyes and sinuses just walking in. I could barely breathe in the pool area and had to cut my kids swim time short. The breakfast was decent but I’ve had better at other hotels. Overall not a bad stay.

We enjoyed our stay there. It’s attached to the event center where our son was wrestling so that was awesome. Only downfall was the workout facility. It was not good at all.

We have stayed at the hotel every year for quite awhile, and it is consistently clean, and welcoming. The breakfast is always delicious, and the rooms are newly renovated!

Well, I do not have any complaints about the place. The room was nice and clean, the service was excellent, the shower was good, and the breakfast. I don't have anything negative about my experience. Keep up the good work, I would recommend this place.

Our room smelled like cigarettes pretty bad, our room also looked really rough. Bathroom floors were dirty, the bathroom door was peeling. We weren't expecting it to look like that or smell so bad for the price and star rating of hotel that it claimed to be.

Room had not been vacuumed, garbage in room. Staff was really nice. Decent price for the amenities. Hot tub and pool were very clean. Would stay again.

Great location with easy access to Omaha. None of the USB ports worked in the room, however there were ports built into the microwave (??) that worked. Very strange place for USB ports but at lease we had a charging place!

Noisy

Large spacious room. There was a bit of a musty smell, but seemed clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom vanity was large. Breakfast had a good variety of items. Check-in and out was quick. 10 minutes to downtown Omaha.

This was a great location for me, my husband, 6 year old, and baby. The pool was fun, the food was good, and the room was clean. My only gripe is that the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable.

We have stayed at this property many times, this time we were not given a room on the top floor as requested but on the first floor and three doors from an exit….door slamming all night..people above us walking until after midnight….not happy with this stay at all…

Room was decent for being an older hotel. They are doing some exterior work so hopefully they can update some interior things as well. Hot tub was an added bonus to our stay after traveling all day. It’s not fancy but met our needs and relatively quiet.

Booked a suite. Very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast staff worked their tails off to keep the food replenished and the area clean. Easy access to the casino next door if that’s your thing. Would definitely stay here again!

Hard bed

It was a solid Good stay. We booked a king suit with a couch that had a roll out bed. There was a mini coffee maker, small fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower. There were complimentary soaps; bar, lotion, conditioner, and shampoo. While the hygiene products did the job in a pinch; I highly recommend bringing your own. The room was clean. The master room did have a french? door to close off the master room from the couch bed. I do wish there were a blind or curtain over the french door for privacy. The blankets were heavy enough to keep us warm but the pillows felt like down feather pillows; four for the master room and we found an extra two pillows in the closet for the couch bed. The master bed was a solid firm mattress. The tv was fully accessible with tons of channels. Breakfast was a spread. Bagels, biscuits, bread for toast, mini muffins, cereal, oatmeal bars, fruits of apple, oranges and bananas, sausage links, scrambled eggs, gravy, waffles, mini waffles, coffee, tea, orange juice, cranberry juice and apple juice. We ventured to the pool before tucking in for bed. There were a few other people already swimming when we arrived. The pool was colder than I prefer, we stayed maybe an hour in the water but didn't try the hot tub due to the amount of other people using the hot tub. There were towels located in the pool area, along with tables and chairs and lounges. The pool deep end was 5' and the shallow started at 3'.

It was clean and quiet. Only bad grade was because the mattress was lumpy. The pillows were great.

Were surprised to return to the room after the first night stay to find that the room had not been cleaned or services. Went to ask about it at the front desk and was informed that their policies are to clean/freshen the room only after three days. So if you only stay one or two days there is no housekeeping in your room. Was offered more towels or other items, but no housekeeping. The desk person told me that I should have been informed of the housekeeping policy during booking or by email. Reviewing emails and the booking page I found no reference to their three day housekeeping policy. I will not go back to Country Inns and Suites again.

Check in clerk was not friendly or talk to us at all. Just check us in and didn’t tell us anything where to go or any services they offer. First time staying at this property.

This property was very average. Nothing above and beyond for service or amenities. I actually really disliked that since they only service the room every third day they do not provide enough towels or shampoo, conditioner, soap or coffee to last 3 days. Seemed like we were constantly needing something and having to go back to the front where the staff was less than friendly.

The check in lady was exceptionally professional, friendly, and fun!

No one cleaned the room, everything else was good

Ive booked the same hot tub room twice so far, and each time the front desk staff was horrible. Not personable, nor professional, to even the smallest degree. Do not like the front desk staff AT ALL. Please replace with friendlier people who actually greet you when you walk in!!!

In three days they didn’t clean our room or even emptied trash cans in the room and toilet. And they don’t replace towels daily

Normal amenities are missing. No, Housekeeping every day. Housekeeping cleans every third day. Our trash needs emptied every day. We needed our towels collected and replaced everyday. I had to go to customer service desk, to ask for towels blanket for the next day. I even took our used towels to them. No lighted Mirror at desk for make up. Some people can’t stand. We thought we would save money eating our free breakfast. Oh my… terrible. Could not eat it. We thought with the 9.8 rating your Hotel would be great! Our rating would be a 5.0. Most of the rating goes to your wonderful employees. Your employees are a 10. The beds are comfortable and that was great. Maybe some people would not mind these types of amenities but this Motel is not for us.

Good location.

This hotel was clean. Staff was efficient. Check-in was smooth. Parking lot was clean right next-door to a casino, but it was quiet when we were there and not very populated.

The staff and room were really nice. Very convenient for on and off either I-80 or I-29.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Bass Pro and Casino. There were other businesses close by that we did not check out Area was quiet and tucked away from busy streets Desk clerk Savana was very friendly and helpful

The woman at the front desk was beyond friendly and helpful so check in was great The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Convenient location to the Henry Doorly Zoo and downtown Omaha. I would recommend staying here.

Very clean and in great location. Easy access to Hwy 80

We were literally across from a casino and close to highway access. Minutes away from many omaha attractions. Breakfast was good especially the biscuits and gravy.

The potatoes on the breakfast bar were not very good this time, but everything else about the property was great!

We stayed at the council bluffs location due to its wonderfully convenient proximity to the Omaha zoo. Less than 10 min drive. We really enjoyed the bed and shower in our room. The breakfast is very adequate and has plenty to choose from with an egg option, biscuit and gravy and sausage every morning on the hot bar. There are waffles, cereal and plenty of bagels, muffins and breads to choose from. We spent some time in the pool and found that it was very heavily chlorinated so there’s little chance of it being dirty. However it will burn your eyes and the smell will stick to you the rest of the day. We also had difficulty with our door handle unlocking hut kit actually letting us open. It took a few times entering to learn the sweet spot of pull vs push to operate. All said great visit with minor mishaps but would certainly stay here again.

I picked this hotel because it was highly rated. I paid $150/night, so my expectations were set high. Right when we walked in there was an awful smell. The front desk workers looked very tired and stressed out. The chlorine was so strong that my son's back immediately started to break out in hives. The black out curtains were broken, so we had light shinning in each night. The bed was SO HARD! My back and neck hurt so bad, I barley got any sleep during this stay. The A/C never got down to the temp I put it at. My friend who also stayed here, was not impressed with her room either. When I asked for an extra blanket, I got ones with stains and multiple holes. I was shocked. This hotel wants to act updated, but it is not. There was also someone else's hair in the shower. The breakfast was okay at best. My son said the cereal was hard and stale.

We really liked the place. The staff was really excellent. The 2 that checked us in wrote down directions for us to get to places. The TV wasn't working so one of them came down. She couldn't get it so she called the maintence man and he told her how to fix it. They were awesome. Your breakfast was very good. I would recommend your motel to anyone.

Convenient and safe location near interstate highways. Easy parking. Decent hot breakfast.

Very clean well kept property. Suggest adding grab bars by shower bath for us older people to hang onto as we step over the side to get in and out for a shower. Suggest more variety at breakfast such as fruit options.

Probably better if you are travelling with your kids soccer team. overrun with kids, noisy, lined up at breakfast like crazy. Overpriced and needs serious upgrading.
