Room was ok,,comfortable but needs upgrades. Slot machines are all pretty much the same just different scenes. Not enough variety. Loved the Guy Freire restaurant,,food was great as were prices. Parking was Not so good. To much hill climbing for elderly with walking disabilities.

Parking was great with a parking garage option for free! Staff was super friendly and when I asked for more towels, they had them at the counter and didn't have to go back somewhere to get them! Room was great, bed comfy, shower and towels were good. Would definitely stay again!

360 steak house was closed both days of my stay. Because of road construction, access was difficult. The room did not come with a microwave or room safe. Upon check out, staff member was not very pleasant when asked for luggage cart. All other staff in building were professional and very pleasant. Over all, it was a good 2 night stay.

Room and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable and good blackout curtains. Only one chair and small table in room. Water bottles on table were $3.00 each. Thought this was ridiculous considering they have a $15 a night resort fee...also no pool or hot tub and only one restaurant we could find.

This stay was just ok. Would have expected it to be in better condition for the cost of the room. The room wasn’t that clean. The shower tile was rusted and falling apart. It felt like the tub was spongy and going to fall apart. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The bathroom was dirty,when I turned on both the sink,and the shower brown water came out for about 3-4 seconds! There was hair on the floor of the bathroom! Gross!!

Definitely needs upkeep in rooms. Wallpaper falling off and tiniest pillows ever. Old old lamps and furniture. Beds are probably from when the place was built

We are not into gambling, but stayed at Harrah’s for a concert at Stir Cove. We loved the concert venue and were really impressed with our room. Our room felt very large, and was probably the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in for years.

Rooms are a bit run down and dusty. WiFi barely worked, no usb chargers in room, cold water sink faucet barely worked, tv remote barely worked, uncomfortable chairs. Staff was all great & extremely friendly. Dining options good but needs a store or gift shop to get miscellaneous items.

We were excited for our stay, check in was smooth, we spent $600 in the casino, but when we went to sleep around 1am we got 2 hours sleep because the room 509 next to us (we were in 507) had children and they screamed from 3am till we packed and left at 4:30 from the noise. We told the lady at the front desk but she wasn't much help. The room was $300, so we won't be back, and we're driving 3 hours home to get sleep since we can't get it here. Very disappointed.

I stayed at this location for the Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats concert at Stir Cove, the venue connected to the casino. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. I was at to sign an electronic agreement of the usuals… No pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs, etc. Fastest elevators took me to my room on the sixth floor, and when I opened the door, I was hit by a strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room. I immediately called down to the front desk to let them know my discovery and to inform them that I did not want to switch rooms but wanted it noted that I was not the person smoking in the room. It stayed the entire duration of my trip. I would’ve asked to change rooms, but my room overlooked the river and had a great view of the concert stage. Turns out I didn’t need that view because I sat on the lawn for the entire show, but it was disappointing how bad the smell was. When I unpacked after returning home, my clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. Gross.

Check in was at 3pm, I arrived around at 6pm and they stated they didn’t have a room ready for me, they said they would call when the room was ready, I had an event elsewhere, 9:30pm rolls around and I had still not heard from them. I proceeded to call to try and get ahold of someone 3 separate times and wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone until 10pm, they said they would try to find me a room but seemed skeptical. Super disappointed…

Very nice hotel!! Very clean and very nice staff!! Check-in on the other hand was RIDICULOUS. I had reservations for a king room. We didnt get there till 9:00 pm....the room was not cleaned yet!!!!!! They were "working" on it. They took my number and said they will call me, they ended up texting me at 10:50 saying our room was ready. In the meantime we went to the casinos and got back at 3:00 am to get our room key. No one was at the front desk so security at the casino tried to contact him on radio 3 times and no response. We stood there and waited 30-45 minutes for the front desk guy to come help. Wasn\'t told sorry or anything. Didnt offer money off the room or any kind of discount for having the room for ONLY 8 hours!! Very disappointed with check-in!!

I would have given an excellent rating except for one thing. If it were small, I would have ignored it. Check in desk, two female employees that have very un-inviting looks on their faces. They are usually the first people you meet at a hotel. How they greet the guest is the first impression of the resort. No smiles, no hello’s - ever. You walk past to head to the casino or out of the building it’d be a glance up, eye roll and a frown. Complete turn off. Guy Fieri’s was awesome! Fun employees! Beds very comfortable. Floors could use vacuuming. Nicest person was the head of security. Nice, informative and his smile reached his eyes.

It was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room next to us had screaming, fighting, stuff being thrown for over 4 hours and nothing was done about it. The gal walked out into the hallway and screamed obscenities three times out by the front desk and nothing happened. Didn’t get to sleep until 4:00am in the morning. Staff did nothing to stop the noise and fighting that was happening. Told the help at the front desk and they didn’t even care that this happened. Very disappointed on my first time staying at Harrah’s.

Requested room to be cleaned and fresh towels daily since we were staying 5 days. Housekeeping failed to service 2 out of the 5 days without me having to call them and ask for clean towels and empty overflowing trash cans. The second time I had to call the manager had to bring us clean towels and empty trash. We were on vacation, didn't feel i needed to oversee that our room got serviced. Won't stay there again.

Easy to get on and off freeway. Front desk was very polite and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was large. Liked that there were two chairs in the room. Not many hotels have that. I would stay again.

It was a good room ,clean and quiet. The wife did good at the casino, me not so good. The casino was smaller in size which was actually nice. We ate at the restaurant and the food came in large portions and the taste was good. TV could of been better not many channels to choose from.

We enjoyed our stay and room was nice and had a nice view of Omaha skyline. We were looking forward to the steakhouse but it is closed on Monday and Tuesdays( the nights we stayed) but we ate at Guy's and food was good. I made a small deposit at casino as expected. I was concerned with some of the negative reviews I had read but didn't have any of those issues. They are remodeling what i assume was the pizza place and finishing up some things before the crowd from the college world series arrives but no big deal.

The 360 Restaurant was closed. The Buffet was discontinued and replaced by more Slot Machines. The only place to eat and escape from the smoking and noise was Guy Fieri's Restaurant which was overpriced and had a very limited menu. My husband and I shared the Pork Chop, Mashed Potatoes, very tiny Corn Relish and Whiskey Glaze cups, and with 1 Beer and 1 Soda, the price was over $60.00! The only good part was the view of the River and I had to request that room after the Front Desk Clerk had already checked us into a room without the view. Sorry Harrahs, we won't be back. :(

The staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever had at any stay. Especially the older gentleman working at the bar of the casino, in the morning. All 4 days, he knew exactly what I wanted and pretty much started it when I was walking in. Loved Guy Fieri restaurant. I left the casino/hotel when my daughters made me.
