Thare was a dog in the room above us barking the beding was every shad of whit to gray holes in the wall looked like they were fixed by a 7 year old the water pressure was extreamly weak and for two people occupancy they had one wash cloth the pool area was vary unkept we stayed that night and left the next morning did not stay the second night vary disappointed

The stay was okay. Rooms are clean. Mo maid service for four days. No elevator for two story walk up. Breakfast was served not gond of boiled eggs four days in a roll. Pool area was in door snd towels available. We were always asked if we needed more food or anything else. Just not fond of the eggs and stairs with all our luggage.

Cleaniness was terrible all thru the entire building, chipping bathtub with paint in it to cover it up, pool was disgusting was cloudy and a lot of nasty stuff floating in it hasnt been maintained in awhile chemicals or properly cleaned. no smoke alarm at all in The room wasnt happy with anything there was mad bc i took my 1 year old to go swimming and how poorly it was, they didnt have towels or washing stuff avaliable they ended up giving us pool towels.

It was college baseball World Series week and we needed a place to stay that was not highway robbery expensive (like the Embassy Suites and Hilton and others were in Omaha, proper). You get what you pay for.here, or even less. We had to go out for breakfast after our 2nd morning. Items were very limited. Hard boiled eggs and off brand sausage both were a little disappointing day after day. No hashbrowns. No omelettes. There were options of bananas and some prepackaged yougurt and waffles you could make up at the griddle they have. There are sugary powdered mini donuts, but if you want a real quality hot breakfast, you will not find it here. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer, it’s just a 2 star at best, type of facility. They were always courteous. A beat up parking lot, some litter and beer cans, takeout containers sitting around in the parking lot, and some characters hanging around that looked a little unsavory, but they never bothered us. There is an odor in the hallways of some kind of substance being smoked or an air freshener trying to cover such type of activity. You could hear the heavy metal exit doors slamming every morning to parking area around 5:30 AM or 6:00 as laborers were probably leaving for work, but not mindful of catching the doors when they swung back. Pilllows and mattresses are very soft (not firm) so if you want head support, you will have to ask front desk for extra pillows.

We checked in, got food and then went into the room. Outlet plates were cracked making a hazard for our kids. The room was dirty and the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. We took a look at the mattress and it was disgusting. We finished our meal and checked out and went elsewhere. Was not comfortable having myself or my family stay.

This hotel is horrible in every possible way. It’s in a sketchy part of town, and from the moment you arrive, it goes downhill fast. There were stains on everything including the towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. The AC unit leaked water, the shower head barely worked, and the entire place was filthy. Some of the exterior doors were broken, so you couldn’t even use your key card and had to walk all the way around the building just to get in. When I got there, I’m not even kidding. Two "ladies of the night" were fighting over used cigarettes in the public ashtray out front. As I stepped into the lobby, the front desk clerk was actively spraying roaches with Raid. That tells you everything you need to know. This place is disgusting, poorly maintained, and borderline unsafe. Save yourself the trauma. Sleep in your car before booking a room here.

Told it was a queen bed but it was a full size and very lumpy. The air conditioner was so loud it was like a motorcycle was driving through our room all night. Also no blow dryer? Rooms at less expensive places at least have a blow dryer. Also breakfast was terrible. Hard boiled eggs and not fully cooked sausage. The customer service was terrible. The guy said well you only paid $75 a night, what do you expect? Well I can tell you that I expect better than that. I will not be staying at Quality Inn again anywhere.

Sketchy guests. We stayed in Room 315. Light switch just inside door did not work. Put my own batteries in tv remote. Cleaning help left tv on because the remote wasn’t working. Outlet on nightstand lamp base not working. Toilet seat was loose. Toilet flush handle required you to hold it down the entire time while it flushed. Switch for bathroom fan did nothing so no bathroom fan. No water pressure at sink Husband broke drain which they fixed right away. Shower temp controller broken, it went from scalding to cold. No room darkening blinds or curtains. Curtains were see thru so people outside our room on the first floor could see in. I know we were room 315 but it is on the first floor. Dirty office chair. Bath mat was covered with stains and should be thrown out. One wash rag provided. No extra TP. Toilet paper holder came out of the wall. Very disappointing.

I booked a double room intentionally through Expedia and when I arrived I was given a single room. This was fine as it was only myself. I wanted the double for larger space, my stay was 19 days. On arrival check-in was fast and easy. Staff was cheerful and knowledgeable about the area which was helpful. The room had a slight smell and is outdated but they are currently remodeling, I might have been in an old room and I’d love to see the room after remodel! I was not thrilled of the breakfast option as I do not care for waffles and the hot food option was hard boiled eggs and sausage links. No scrambled eggs or anything else was available to pair with the sausage links. Wendy’s is directly across the street and a Casey’s gas station is next door which were both great breakfast alternatives. I enjoyed the pool which has a shallow end of 3’ and a deep end of 9’. The pool was slightly heated as well which was a perk! Housekeeping personal were great and would exchange my towels and remove trash promptly when asked! They also offered to throughly clean the room as well which was great! Some other hotels I’ve stayed at do not clean the rooms throughly during your stay. The Vending Machines had some great options and were stocked well. Due to remodeling the laundry room was not available. Overall, yes I would recommend this hotel for those who would like to be budget friendly. When I come back to town I would book this hotel again!

Stayed to visit my kids. Check in took longer because no one was at the front desk and waited for 25 minutes for someone to show up. The room they had me in had a bad Odor and had make up and hair in the bathroom and walls. Also had a broken window with a hole leading to the outside.

I wasn't even able to check in because the front desk man was completely unresponsive on the couch in the lobby, I assume due to drug use, due to the immediate surroundings, and the type of people in the parking lot. No amount of yelling "hello" or ringing the bell in his face would wake him up. I almost called 911, but I just wanted to get out of there. I ended up having to book a completely different hotel.

Dirty and stinky, this place was terrible! Lots of random people hanging around the exterior of the building drinking and smoking. We were traveling across country with our two young daughters and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a super nice hotel. We’ve stayed at Qualiry Inn & Suites before and had a good experience, this was beyond disappointing! The hotel room we booked was supposed to be smoke free, yet the room smelled like an ashtray with stale cigarette smoke permeating everything in the room. The air conditioning unit circulated the stale smoke air and I was concerned for the crap air my kids were getting exposed to. I went to open the window to let in some fresh air and the entire window pain (covered in bird feces) fell off the windowsill, the actual window was closed and unable to open. This makes me realize how much of a fire hazard this is, grrrrr! The hotel had not been cleaned from the previous tenant, the used soap & towels were still left on the counter and we wouldn’t attempt to get clean in the nasty, dirty shower in the bathroom. I checked the bed for bed bugs before attempting to sleep with one eye open knowing I didn’t feel at all safe or comfortable. Terrible experience! Do not book at this hotel, it should be condemned!!!

This appears to be an older property that needed much repair. Cleanliness appeared okay for an older property but there was broken trim and some signs of mold and water damage in the bathroom. The staff was very courteous and helpful but the hotel is in a seemingly rough area that some would most likely classify as somewhat of an unsafe area based on people observed in the area. I am a retired Marine Corps Officer with an extensive security background and would not recommend to my family.

I have to say the bed was very comfy. I slept so well. It's your typical bargain cheap hotel.. that's a tad run down n needs some refreshing..i did enjoy the pool i was the only 1 in it. Very refreshing. Very quiet area right off the freeway.. maybe a 5- 8 min drive to downtown omaha.. even though technically you're sleeping in iowa lol..if you just need a cheap place to rest it's an ok place with food n gas right next door.o the gas station does sell hard liquor if you're a drinker

Front desk individuals spoke very little English. I had booked in advance and had put my stay on a credit card. Was told that no further deposit was required. But they were wanting to require a deposit and i informed them that it wasn't happening. Had asked for a room near an elevator. There was no elevator but luckily I was able to be on the first floor. Breakfast was minimal. Their idea of a hot breakfast was boiled eggs that were still hot and lukewarm sausage links! First day the coffee machine was broken and they had a lukewarm pot of coffee sitting on the counter. There was no coffee maker in the room or an ice bucket. There was some sort of leak from the bathroom coming through the wall that made the carpet by the bathroom door wet. So i put down a towel to soak up the water. I would certainly not stay there again and will recommend to my friends that they don't stay there either!!

Hard boiled eggs and off brand sausage both were a little disappointing day after day. No hashbrowns. No omelettes. There were options of bananas and some prepackaged yougurt and waffles you could make up at the griddle they have. There are sugary powdered mini donuts, but if you want a real quality hot breakfast, you will not find it here. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer, it’s just a 2 star at best, type of facility. They were always courteous. A beat up parking lot, some litter and beer cans, takeout containers sitting around in the parking lot, and some characters hanging around that looked a little unsavory, but they never bothered us. There is an odor in the hallways of some kind of substance being smoked or an air freshener trying to cover such type of activity. You could hear the heavy metal exit doors slamming every morning to parking area around 5:30 AM or 6:00 as laborers were probably leaving for work, but not mindful of catching the doors when they swung back. Pilllows and mattresses are very soft (not firm) so if you want head support, you will have to ask front desk for extra pillows.
