Good for the money. Doesn't have coffee maker as it states. I'm a coffee drinker so that was disappointing. Has to go all the way down to breakfast area to get it. And it's only available 6 am to 9 am. Coffee outside of that is a no go. Only one roll of toilet paper that last about 4 uses so u have to go to the desk several times to get more. If u stay more than one night there is no daily cleaning and fresh linen and toiletries (towels, rages etc) and trash removal. Pool steps are extremely slippery so watch it step. Elevator out so hope u get a 1st floor room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could use some variety in cream cheese, oatmeal packets and yogurt. Good experience for price, had pool, accepts dogs, did not experience either of those options for comment

Hotel is incredibly dirty and worn. I’d be embarrassed to admit I owned or operated this hotel. Room smells like mold, shower is mold stained all around, door frame is completely rusted all around where it shuts. My daughter walked out of the bathroom with wet feet from showering and her feet were brown from the moisture pulling the dirt out of the carpet in just a few steps. Tile in pool area is incredibly slippery when wet, either from poor tile choice or not properly cleaned floors and I watched a kid fall flat on their back just casually walking. There is very few chairs in the area, so more then a couple families can’t sit and watch their kids. Carpet in the main hall is separated and bunched up all the way down.

This place is absolutely filthy!!! The pool its self is clean but the area around it is gross!!! The rooms are vacuumed and dusted but the light switches, walls, and bathtub are full of grime. The whole room just didn’t feel clean. You don’t have to be the nicest place to clean. I think the minimum for a hotel is a clean room. I don’t care about the rest. The people who stay here deserve better. I was staying with others and all 3 rooms were like this! The walls were covered in visible dirt. I wiped some it off and it came off easily so they just don’t care!!!!

This hotel could use a good cleaning. The pool area was dirty. I didnt smell chlorine and there was hair on the floor. All the towels were dingy, some were dirty. The sheets were dirty, the carpet was dirty, the tub floor was dirty. I get its the days inn but cleanliness shouldnt be dependent upon 1 star vs 5 star. The best things about the stay were we got to spend time as a family and they allowed us to bring our Morkie. Also I must've missed it somewhere but if you book through hotels.com and "pay now" hotels.com will charge you for the room and when you check in Days Inn will charge a $100 fee until after you check out. So whatever you budget make sure to add an extra $100

If i could give a lower score i would. The place is filthy. After walking on the carpet then getting in the shower, there was several dirty foot prints from the dirt on the bottom of my feet. There was no cover on the bath fan, which didn't work. Rather than fix it, they removed the switch and covered it up. The breakfast, if you like cold coffee and stale bagels, you're set.

Room was adequate, carpet and tile in the hallway looked very worn. Hairdryer attached to the wall near the sink wouldn’t work, and when I called the front desk four different times, letting it ring for well over three minutes each time, no one picked up. The smoke alarm on the ceiling had been completely removed leaving a large hole and wires hanging out. When I checked out the next day, I asked why there wasn’t a smoke alarm, and they apologized, but gave no reason. I asked “so are all the smoke alarms in all the rooms gone?” And they said no. I’ve been inquired why I wasn’t put into a hotel room that was fully equipped with a smoke alarm, since there were only about 10 cars in the driveway and not a fully packed situation where every room was taken. They just shrugged. In my book, there are basic things that every room should be properly equipped with and in working order for safety issues, and the basic needs of anyone staying in a hotel room. That the water is working, hot and cold, water pressure in the shower, shampoo and soap at the very least, a working television with a working remote, I do not disturb sign available to hang on the front door, an iron and ironing board, proper solid Wi-Fi, and an actual smoke alarm. Not too much to ask.

The place could use a good cleaning. The guy in the lobby who checked me in said it was his first day. Had to FaceTime someone the entire check in to get me checked in which took a long time. He had no idea where my room was. But I have stayed in worse places.

Well got accused of smoking in my room when we don't smoke. Took 100 deposit when I needed it and was making sure I would get back. My room wasn't trashed when I left. It smelled awful when we checked in and since it was July 4th weekend figure everything else was booked. I was with a group and they had their own rooms and couldn't believe I was getting accused when we don't smoke. But since it smelled awful, I went and got air freshener to help it. He accused me of something but didn't have evidence of cigarette butt's if I was smoking. But when my son in-law checked out they got their deposit but acted weird when it came to giving mine and acted like he needed to go get change but comes back and says not getting it and made up a lie to not give it to me. I was in a wreck and lost my jeep and my father had hit me and kicked me out and homeless and didn't deserve to get ripped off and that's why the rules were followed so I wouldn't. But seems like this place wants to rip me off and take money and accuse me things like smoking when I don't or my bf because I am on oxygen and inhalers.

We booked a standard king. They were all taken so we had to take a double. Melissa didn’t let us know that we weren’t going to have a king so when we went into the room and saw there was no king bed, I went down to ask her if there was a mistake. She was very rude and extremely short with me for asking about the situation. Shower head was broken also. We won’t be staying at a Days in again. Melissa needs to work on her customer service skills.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the lack of service I have received from your property. I had a reservation to check in today, but when I arrived, there was no one working at the front desk to assist me with the check-in process. I waited for over 20 minutes and called the contact number multiple times, but no one picked up. This lack of communication and unprofessionalism has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I had planned my travel arrangements around this reservation and now I am left without a place to stay. I understand that unexpected events may occur, but the least you could do is inform your guests of any changes or updates to their reservation. It is unacceptable to leave your guests stranded without any support or assistance. I demand an immediate explanation and resolution to this matter. I expect a full refund for my reservation and any additional expenses incurred due to this issue. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

It was clean. Elevator wasn't working, clerk said he had a room for me, if I could climb 2 flights of stairs. I'm 72, the stairs was no problem for me, but not sure other elderly folk could. Had to park in back. Back door was locked, after pounding on door clerk did finally unlock door. Not well lit in this area, my husband was not with me he was hospitalized in local hospital.

It is very dark around the property with not a lot of lighting in the parking lot for when I took my dog out to walk a little. I went next door where it was more lit. Otherwise good.

Friendly check-in and people at desk. Food mostly good but a terrible cup of coffee my last day. Area clean. Shower curtain installed wrong and it allowed the curtain to slide away from wall during a shower. I don't understand all the people loitering outside.

The cost was $10 more than much lower standard hotels (Motel 6, Super 8) with a significant step up in the quality of the facility. Newly mostly remodeled. Pool not used but very small. Breakfast good for hotel price. Bed firm/comfortable. WiFi not assessed.

Elevator was out of service. We were on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was only dry sugar cereal and muffins…worse one on our trip. Ended up eating breakfast at McDonald’s. Carpet in the downstairs hall was warped and a trip hazard. Trash was all over the exterior grounds. Only bright spot was the friendly staff.

First room did not have a working air conditioner. We were given another room. We were told at check in that breakfast was 6-9. When we went down for breakfast at 6:15 only coffee was available. The cereal that was there the day before had even been removed. There was no explanation given other than they only provide coffee.
