This place is in a sad state. From the moment you walk from your car to the front desk you will see that there is little regard for the presentation of the hotel. Dirty, things broken, dirty entrance. It continues in the room. Dirty, things broken and haphazardly repaired and generally not inviting. When I checked in there was a not on the desk where you sign in that the phones and tv's were not working due to a "repair and back ordered parts". I would have immediately left but there were no other rooms anywhere in the town unless you wanted to spend 3x what this place was,

Terrible stay. Very disappointed with this franchise. Staff was ambivalent so...decided not to even bring these issues to their attention. Roaches, damaged furniture and safety issues...oh my!

I staying there twice and each time the rooms had trash in it the first the room had a bloody pad in the drew and the second time heat didnt work and had stuff all over the floor

There was litter all over, went in the office and it stunk, noticed a sign that gave you 10 minutes for refund if you did not want to stay there, we made it by 4 minutes. There was a busted up air conditioner in the parking lot and when we walked in the room which stunk and a guy came over and looked in too, just weird. We asked for a refund which he did and went over the comfort suites. Cost for the room was about the same, it was the pet fee that added up. I didn't care about that anymore. Expedia should really take this one off the list. JMO

Very unsafe property and there were live and dead roaches in the room… including in the room’s refrigerator. Expedia is attempting to get a refund, but the hotel staff hang up and/or don’t answer the phone when they call. DO NOT STAY HERE

Tub grout was moldy!! Tub would not drain and had dirty soap ring!!! Spider webs all along baseboards. Breakfast advertised was nothing like pictured! There was 4 of us and there was 1 bagel, two packets of instant oatmeal and some hard as a rock stale bread for their breakfast bar!!!!! Desk lady said "it's continental". You CAN'T call that breakfast!!!

The room was a room. The bed was okay, but the 2 pillows were completely flat. One bed side light did not turn on. The shower had a big black spot right above the shower head. The ceiling was chipping in some spots. The room was okay to sleep in, but I wouldn’t stay here again in my opinion.

The room then was tiny, and not what we'd requested, but there was a bed, fridge, microwave and coffee pot in there. The floors were not clean but it had snowed the night before. The bathroom was tiny and they never did tell us what time was breakfast. We found out it ended at 9am, and were they kind to let us take a few scraps since there was no coffee except decaf available. For what it costed it was not the worst.

The bathroom was tiny and they never did tell us what time was breakfast. We found out it ended at 9am, and were they kind to let us take a few scraps since there was no coffee except decaf available. For what it costed it was not the worst.

Great discount hotel. One of the best designed rooms I've stayed in. Immaculate with many conveniences: fridge, microwave, computer desk, PLENTY of outlets. VERY clean bathroom. And a very convenient moderately priced Mexican sit down restaurant across the parking lot

Not the best even for a cheaper motel- Toliet paper dispenser falling off the wall- large burn holes in the comforters- one room smelled of smoke - other of animals (it was an animal room but didn’t smell like it had been cleaned). Breakfast was literally toast, cereal, and grits packets. Beds not bad and they had clean sheets that smelled nice (under the burnt covers).
