No human contact. Checked in via video kiosk with a very poor connection. Property is clearly rundown and needs attention. Torn screens on windows, out of service ice machines. Masking tape/ marker signs to give directions inside hotel.

It was an excellent room. However, we were traveling to Florida for recuperation at our daughter’s home. My husband was using a walker, and my back was “out”. The elevator was at the opposite end of the building from our room, and the luggage carts didn’t steer easily. It was a long and difficult walk. This has more to do with building design than anything controllable by staff.

Our Room was spotless. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The kiosk friends were amazing too. I enjoyed my time here. No pool as advertised.

Elevator location not marked had trouble finding. Was Marked (LEVATOR). Took elevator to 2nd floor then had to walk entire length to room! Key had trouble working. Room Satisfactory!

The room floors were dirty. Full of hair and just disgusting. The bottom of the rein/shower was dang near black. Breakfast was cold. Never in my life had to check in via someone on a screen? So why on earth would there be somewhere there at 1am to clean the room

Carpet was filthy. Clearly had not been vacuumed in a while. Shower curtain had mold all across the bottom. It’s old and fair priced for what you get. I suggest new shower curtains, better vacuums, mattress covers. Staff was nice.

I checked in late in the evening. I thought the room smelled a little funky but it wasn't until the next morning that I opened the shower curtain and saw the black mold on the ceiling and shower rod. Not acceptable!

I normally only leave reviews, if things are exceptional or terrible. In this case…it was terrible. We were just stopping for a quick test before heading home. It was late and we were exhausted! The check in was easy and the staff was friendly enough at check in. The issue was that when we got to our room and settled, we found the room had bed bugs. We immediately packed out things, left the room and checked out. The front desk person was apologetic but didn’t inquire any further on it, almost like she knew or didn’t care. We then had to go spend money on trash bags, disinfectant wipes, and bed bug killer stuff. $50…later! Also, it is a very run down hotel, in need of a makeover. There were missing tiles from the floor and just needs some upkeep. I would not recommend!

Walked in, found dead bugs on the bed. Roaches in the room floor corners. Place was terrible. Immediately reported to from desk, said there manager was on vacation and would not cancel the booking. Called hotels.com, unfortunately hotels.com customer was not helpful at all. Left me on hold while they contacted the hotel. Them came back to say they cancelled the booking but still being charged one night. Really??

It was fine. Staff were great. The room was non smoking but it smelled like old smoke. The carpet was filthy. I’d walk around barefoot, but then when I’d get in the shower and get my feet wet, I’d leave dark footprints in the tub. YUCK. Good work space, stable internet. Decent bed and pillows. Perfect value for the price. Excellent location, right off the interstate and lots of dining/shopping/gas options right there.

Had a double bed room. Always pull down comforters in hotels to look if clean. One bed with sheets that had hair and debris. Other bed clean. Bathroom and floors dirty with hair as if never vacuumed or mopped. This should have been a $30 room not $100.

It was a fine stay, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was ok, the employees were great. Just thought I’d leave a note here, if you’re on the first floor, make sure you check the lock on the window, we had 2 rooms side by side and both windows were unlocked, would have been super easy access to someone walking by.

We arrived late at night just for a place to rest our heads and freshen up on a road trip. When we woke up and headed to use the shower, we were very upset to find that the shower head didn’t work and only the bathtub tap was expelling water. We went to the front desk to ask for help or another place to shower quickly and the man said there is no option at all and was very rude. We had to lay IN the bathtub and try and wash ourselves under the tub tap. This was incredibly uncomfortable and time consuming. Once out of the “shower”, I was again extremely upset to find the hair dryer didn’t work either! I asked for help again and was told “I’m sorry ma’am there’s nothing I can do.” I had to leave with wet hair & walk outside to -15° Celsius weather which was horrible. I asked for some kind of reimbursement or discount and was told I was not getting one. Very unhappy with this experience and would never return to this hotel.

Our stay was pleasant. Everyone was courteous. The only problem was the king bed we slept in. It felt like we were sleeping on the springs. It was very uncomfortable and we did not get a good night’s rest before our long drive the next day.

The cost was $20 more than what I paid in Dec. and the room was worse than the one in Dec. The room did not smell very fresh, stale like. No covers on the light or exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling. No locals channels on the TV. Could hear the gentleman next door when he coughed, had his TV on and when his alarm went off early in the morning. Easy location to get to this hotel and provided a decent hot breakfast in the morning. Guests had to clean off their table before sitting down to enjoy the breakfast. The beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Thank goodness there was someone to check us in upon arrival. I do not care to zoom with someone on a kiosk to help me with check in. Probably won’t stay here again in the future.

Went to check in through a kious system…. Insufficient and garbage. So I stood there for 15 minutes, final a staff member shows up looking like they had been asleep?? People want service as in a clean room and a smooth process to check in….. did not happen

Although you talk to live people through a kiosk, you never see a person actually in person. I hated the kiosk. Although the agents are nice, it's very loud and everybody knows what your room number is and what your name is etc. It's really an uncomfortable experience. I sat in the lobby yesterday morning and watched many other guests interact with the kiosk too and all of us hated it!!! PLEASE, CHOICE HOTELS, give us people in person!!! The hotel otherwise, is fair. There's no pool and the breakfast is limited and only so-so, but the beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet and comfortable. There is a lot of parking in the back for semi trucks, but there was only one that we saw in our three nights day.

We needed an early check in and prefer a ground floor room. I also had to changevthe daye of our stay. All were provided for us with much hospitality. The beakfast area was clean and very good. Overall,i would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything.

Walked in to check in and you have to check in with this kiosk. Not a fan!! They were kicking out someone who had a ton of trash bags full of things and the person was asking my husband to do things for her. The lady on kiosk was so loud and telling the front desk lady what all to do. The front desk lady was trying to be discreet. When we went to drive around to our room the front desk lady was tracking down the car that was just leaving. I did not feel safe at all!!! No clue what was going on but not a good time.

Best location... McDonald's, cracker barrel, Freddie's, Applebee's, circle k, Arby's all within walking. McDonald's is right across the street. Room was fine, would stay here again. Good breakfast also

The room was clean and comfortable but it was outdated. Checking in through a kiosk is very impersonal. Breakfast was not good. The time was advertised as 6 am to 9 am. We went to breakfast around 7:45 am. We got the last two pieces of sausage. There were hardly any eggs. Apple juice was out (only clear water). No milk. No yogurt. Only half a bagel. And no one around to ask about refilling. About 20 minutes, an attendant came with more sausage. She didn’t check anything else. And was more interested in her personal phone call than the breakfast room or us. When we were walking back to our room, we saw her again in the laundry room, still talking on her phone, with several plates of food in front of her. I would have understood being out of items if it had been closer to 9 am, but not that early. And your attendant being unconcerned with her job and more concerned with her phone call is inexcusable.
