The stay was great the only complaint I would have is that the hot tub was extremely cold and the pool was even colder and that being the main part of our reason for booking I was disappointed but as for the hotel and staff they were all very awesome and respectful

The room was quite roomy and comfortable. My only main complaints were that the elevator, and the hot tub were both out of order. All I wanted to do after being on the road for 12 hours was sit in the hot tub and relax. Instead, I was informed that both the elevator and hot tub aren’t in working order.

My girlfriend is handicap and its hard for her to use stairs. They had no 1st floor rooms and the elevator was out of order. Then we picked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub then we go to use the hot tub and it was out of order. The vending machine was not working properly.

This hotel was great ! Overall atmosphere just included a lot of nice details. Very cute lobby area and breakfast area with fireplace. Our room was clean, and we took advantage of the exercise room and hot tub while we were there. You get a lot of amenities for your money, will look to stay here next time I am in Twin Falls

The hotel was great. The beds were comfortable and they actually had a thick enough comforter that i wasnt cold. The breakfast was great and lots to choose from. My only complaint is the pool, hottub, and fitness room are very small. Other than that it was wonderful. Oh and they had free coffee 24/7 with all the extras. Thats always a plus. I would stay again.

Very convenient area to be in. Central location to dining, shopping and destinations. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked for items. Very dog friendly. It was our first time take our 2 year old Aussie Husky to a hotel. Staff was helpful about the experience. Unfortunately the hotel is aging and shows it. The ceiling is show wear in the pool area and also in our room. Our room also didn't have working USB ports which caused us to have to go to Target and buy new charging plug for our cables. The air conditioner froze up and yes, it was hot but my husband who travels a lot, saw the filters were dirty. He was able to wash them off and get the AC to work. It wasn't new to freezing up. We saw small maintenance issues around, such garbage cans full. We had to pick up our food orders because of our dog and the heat and bring back to hotel. There never seemed to be enough room to dump garbage in cans. We didn't want to leave it in room with our dog. The breakfast area was kept full and clean. The staff was very considerate.

They charge a $75 non-refundable pet fee to “sanitize” the rooms, however I saw no evidence they were doing anything to clean these rooms anymore than the bare minimum. Rooms were out dated: old furniture, toilets screeched when flushed, carpet looked like it may have had a burn in it. Front desk told us to talk to a manager about our complaints but they wouldn’t have one on staff for two days and we only stayed one night.

Hampton Inns have always been my go to when I travel and I’ve always been happy with them.. until this trip. Our room smelled musty when we first walked in and there were hairs left on the pillows. The bed was horribly uncomfortable! The breakfast room was very small and the choices were limited. Very disappointed for the amount I paid for the room!

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good and constantly cleaned and food restocked. The desk staff was exceptionally helpful too. The location made it convenient for sight seeing and dining. Our only complaint would be a very loud air conditioning unit in our room.

Nice room with 1 bed, couch, desk, 1 chair, luggage cabinet, refrigerator, microwave & lots of towels. However, the shower was horrible. There was a very large, deep tub in the bathroom that we had to climb over to get into the tub made even worse by the 4" of tile in front of the tub. When you wanted shampoo, bath gel or conditioner (which was empty) you had to walk to the other end of the tub. The shower curtain wasn't wide enough to cover the length of the tub so it was cold at the end with the shampoo, etc. Why would a hotel put a tub like that in a room making it not only very difficult to get in and out of but dangerous.

Hotel was ok.. we stayed for 3 nights on the morning of the second night I stopped by the front desk to see about housekeeping. I spoke with the manager on duty and she looked at the housekeeping schedule and told me that yes our room was on the schedule. I told her thank you because we are out of towels etc . And she assured me that it would be cleaned! We returned to the hotel about 10 pm that evening to find that our room had NOT been cleaned nor did we have any clean towels. So I went to the lobby and spoke the lady on duty and she did not have an answer as to why. She gave me towels and said that she would leave a note for the morning manager and have her call me, to discuss a discount. As of this evening I have heard nothing.

My key would not open the side door and my room door numerous times. The last time I went to the office to tell them, no one was around and no bell to ring for service. Luckily one key worked, but the next day it would not open my room door after going to get coffee. The beds and the pillows were uncomfortable as well!

The hotel is dated. The front desk was always hiding in the back and we had to call on the phone for her to come up front. We called and asked for a roll out bed— they don’t have any— and blankets and she said she’d have to call us back and never did. The hotel has a smoking smell and the vents didn’t work in the bathrooms. No towels at the pool and breakfast was ok nothing great. Too high of a price to stay here. This hotel chain has always been great for us till this trip.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. The free breakfast until 10 AM is nice and all the employees were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The only downside is the busy road close by, but I would stay again.
