Lovely king suite bed was amazing and pillows and cleanliness of linens as well as plenty of bath towels. Pool was Very nice but feel it should be open til 11pm on the weekends. Room furniture very accommodating & nice 42” TV nice lighting options n decor & very peaceful

Room looks to have been recently remodeled with a modern look. Same for bath room. Lobby and elevator were under construction.

Room was clean, comfortable, but really dated. Hot water in shower would come and go. Furniture was showing its age. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good, but sausage was ice cold. We booked the property for use of pool. That's a big thing for us when traveling during winter months. After booking, received email from property that the pool was closed, so we didn't pack our swimwear. When we arrived, found out the pool was open and we were highly disappointed.

Parking was an open lot with plenty of spaces. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and polite.

The property was quiet and convenient. Staff was professional and provided excellent customer service. One complaint is the side door was broken and I heard it slamming a lot

Place was clean and unique. However elevator was out of service which was very inconvenient. Parking lot is filled with huge potholes, going in and out was a task all in itself

We choose this hotel after finding that the Best Western next door outdoor pool was not operational. Friday evening we swam for about an hour. On Saturday when we went to go swimming we were told that we could not because it was storming and the entire ceiling leaked from the rain. The woman stated that the pool would be closed for the remainder of the night due to it storming on and off. Around 7pm we went down to leave to get dinner and there was an entire birthday party in the pool room. This is upsetting because we booked that hotel just for the pool but were told we weren't allowed to swim just to see a TON of people swimming during the storm later that evening.

We are traveling with kids and this was a good location for a quick overnight stop. The breakfast was solid and the facilities clean. Just watch out for the huge pothole in the entrance drive.

Elevator was really gross and smelled terrible. Room was average (fine) but the walls were so thin we could hear the tv next door!

There was a hat left in the room from previous people who stayed. A hand print on the wall and body hairs on the floor and shower. Staff was very nice. Parking was just fine.

this place was DIRTY. walls were dirty, hand printed. wall paper bubbled and dirty. edging missing or coming off. bathroom was gross, light panel hanging off, outlets pushed into the wall. faucet for shower leaks. drains didnt drain. chair was shredded.

Property was under construction but was tidy. Room had long hairs on the bathroom floor near the baseboard, the water pressure was horrible, and there was a tiny hair on my washcloth that grossed me out. Breakfast was fried potatoes and sausage patties. No other pre-made hot food. The guest that shared a wall with me was SO LOUD, talking/yelling on his speaker phone after 11:30 p.m. Fun night. I realize the hotel had very little control over the last inconvenience. It was a place to lay my head and the bed seemed clean.

The hotel and the room "looked" clean. But the room ABSOLUTELY smelled like a dog had lived in the room. Could not get comfortable after that. But because I came late and had a medical procedure the next day I stayed. I booked another hotel for the next day for recovery.

We only spent 1night here but everything was nice clean and the staff were friendly. The property condition I gave a 4 only because they are renovating. But considering the work they were doing the hotel was very clean. No dust anywhere.

I have travel extensively in North America and in Europe, staying in a wide variety of hotels. By far this one is the absolute worst! I have pictures of a broken sink, tears and rips, as well as wearing down of the vinyl furniture in the room, and in the eating area, and significant amount of mold in the shower. I can provide pictures upon request

My room was at the end of the hallway by the door, so I heard the door slam all evening. Walls are super thin, I could hear a woman coughing allllll night long

I was there just overnight but I wish it was longer because the room was excellent and had a keurig coffee machine!

The upgrades to the room are improved. I like the style and all the places to put things, shelves, benches etc.

First room the AC didn’t work. They moved us into two connecting rooms instead. Service was great to help fix the situation. Super friendly.

The hotel is under renovation. Our prior stay was fabulous in one of the updated rooms. This trip the rooms were not next to each other, exceptionally outdated, uncomfortable beds, dirty shower- and the same price as the updated rooms. We would stay again, after the room renovation is completed though.

This hotel was great! Our room was newly remodeled. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was the best of any shower I’ve ever had. The bathroom was big and the room was spacious. The breakfast was good also. Great price!

Still going through a remodel, so the lint is obviously a wreck. The room was completely remodeled and gorgeous. It seems though they forgot to install the “slow closing door” mechanisms on any of the rooms. Loud slamming doors whenever any patron came or left their room.

Front desk was very friendly. Hotel was updated and well decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Would go back.

I like that the customer service remembers me as a frequent customer and is very friendly and inviting after a long day of work. My room is always clean and ready for me when I check in.

Didn't like the fact after you book a non refundable room that you are notified of extra fees. Not a fan of front desk employees telling me I can go stay somewhere else after the room is already paid for. I book on average 20 rooms per week for my drivers. This one is absolutely going on the "never again" list!

I’ve stayed at this property in the past and the staff was exceptional. This time the evening desk clerk Mikayla became very rude and told me I had an attitude when I asked what the 100 incidental charge was for. Her answer was it is our policy and if you don’t like it you can stay somewhere else… so I did. I hope comfort inn enjoys the 200 dollars I had already paid for the room. Obviously the need the money more than I do

Worst hotel experience EVER! First I was put in a a room on the first floor (construction on 2nd floor) I work nights and all I heard all day was banging and hammering and drilling. Requested to be moved I was told since I had accepted the room already there was nothing evening shift to do. Was told I should’ve informed them at check in I work nights. Was told to talk to day shift. Day shift moved me to the third floor which was much better and remodeled. Could still hear some noise but wasn’t near as bad. I will say the walls are very thin though… I could hear everything the housekeepers or neighbors were doing and saying. Went to renew for three more nights only because I sleep during the day and didn’t want that check out to check in gap somewhere… went to the front desk at 3am and determined it was cheaper to renew online so I did that. Received a call at 11:30am that I was past my check out time… I told her I extended. She then said I extended a queen room and half asleep I looked at my phone and told her no it was a king room (which was what I was in)… she then says I renewed a king handicap accessible room and I needed to move rooms. I asked for a manager.., she said she was one. I asked if we could deal with this when I woke up and she was insisting I change rooms. I told her I wanted to stay in the same room because I’m sleeping and have alot of stuff. She then said I had an “attitude” and she wasn’t accepting my extension and told me to get out within 15 min!

- Sheets, Blankets and Pillows for the sofa bed wasn't available, when we asked them, they provided a thin blanket and two sheets only, no pillows. When we asked the front desk, he (Christian) said they don't give out extra pillows and the eight provided should be enough for a family of 5, we've been to other suites before and the math is two pillows per person. So should be 10 pillows. - Room service didn't clean the room properly nor provided enough towels or toilet papers, when asking the front desk (Christian again) he refused to give us clean towels stating that towels go missing all the time and the room service should have replaced the dirty ones and refused to give us new ones, we had to share the bath towel between us. Same with the soap, we came back to one used up bar of soap and no new ones as replacements. Thankfully, there was a very accommodating lady at the front desk this time who immediately have my son's a couple of bars of soup and toilet paper. - garbage wasn't emptied from the room when the room service was done. - The walls were too thin to the degree that we can hear everything going in the next room. And I mean EVERYTHING. None if suites I've been to keep couples and families beside each other, when asking the same gentleman about this, his response (it's a hotel). Without consideration for families with young children. - Most of the staff didn't even have name tags to identify them which wasn't professional.

I like how friendly the staff is! As a traveling nurse who has been to this location many times, they remember me and have conversations with me which is really appreciated when you’re away from your family! I also like the updates and changes being made to the facility. One negative is I’d like if they could possibly try to freshen the coffee more often.

Maybe it was just the times that I showed up but the breads, bagels, and muffins were never fully stocked. One morning I had some curdled milk for my cereal, that was disappointing but only happened once. Overall a very convenient location and would stay here again.

Quick easy booking and check in. Facility seemed to be surface clean. In room, toilet, sink, bed linens we're clean and without evidence of bugs. The finishes were not. The wallpaper in the bathroom (and in the sleeping area next to the bed) was dirty, the grout in the shower was discolored, the trim work was poorly done and thus appeared dirty. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was typical for a hotel but adequate and hot. The heat and air conditioning worked well in my room. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Overall I would return to this location.

Stayed here for a quick overnight stay while on a road trip because it was convenient, close to many dining options and it had a reasonable price. The property is under a renovation project so the lobby and first floor is in rough condition. But our room was wonderful! It seemed brand new, very clean and comfortable. The beds were great and the amount of space was impressive. Breakfast was good. Once this property’s renovation is completed it should be even better.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in town for an out patient surgery, so we had booked an accessible room. We were very pleased with our clean comfortable room. Breakfast was impressive. Scrambled eggs, sausage with potatoes and seasoning or you could get just sausage and just potatoes, there were scrambled eggs, pancake machine, waffles along with varius pastries, yogurt etc. Despite some remodeling going on the hotel was very neat and clean inside and out. There are plenty of near by restaurants and stores within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

In our reservation, I made a request for a quiet room (traveling with child who had wonky tournament game hours). Understanding it is a request, we were placed in the very first room from the lobby/breakfast area of which was under construction and jigsaw puzzles together. I was awoken at 4:45am with the sounds of music and what I’m assuming was setting up for breakfast. I had to get up and turn on the bathroom vent just to create white noise to block it out since we did not return from a game until 12:30 am, only four hours prior. Reduced amount of “breakfast included” also due to the facility space/construction.

They are undergoing renovations so the hotel was in a bit of an upheaval. The breakfast was not great and out of many things.

Stay was good… room was a little outdated with no shower curtain. But the good things were the pool was open, breakfast was great! And the service was AWESOME!! All the staff was super nice, helpful and respectful. I asked for a late checkout and they couldn’t accommodate the 12p checkout but helped with an 11:30 check out. Pool should have earlier times though- open at 8? Also need a bigger tv in the room:)
