Lady at front desk has no idea where any places to eat at were located. I mean not one. Zero water pressure in shower, and only doors that were able to be used was the main entrance which made an awful squeal when it opened. ( end hallway doors not operational.

Ac in room didn’t work. Said something to the person at the front desk and all we got was “oh really?” Then did nothing. It was 80 degrees in the lobby and dining area, bathroom spelled like stale pee, ice machine broke, breakfast wasn’t very good.

This property did not feel like the safest place to stay. It had no smoking signs everywhere but people were smoking the whole 2nd floor smelled of it. Although the pool was very clean and our room was decent.

Stayed here for early morning appointment the next day at DuPont Hospital. Great proximity to the hospital and Speedway and various restaurants. Easy access. Parking lot well maintained. Interior in common areas clean and no odors. Well maintained. Did not use inside pool but appears clean. Room very clean. Everything works as expected. Staff friendly and accommodating. Only issue is hallway was very hot. Yes hot outside but expected cooler interior. Room hot upon entry but air conditioning worked well once adjusted.

We had to travel and stay due to my husband having surgery. I can say it way quite and the gentleman when checking in and out was very nice. You could tell the hotel was old but it smelled good and seemed very clean. Had a very nice pool and sauna. We did get a good deal on the room for the several nights we stayed. However if they put a little money into upgrading and the physical look inside would help a lot. I'd stay again as it was very affordable and with us having to go back n fourth a couple of hours for my husband's health concerns helps to be able to stay the night. But if they put a little money into this place they could charge a lot more. It's a good location n has nice bones, but the pool n sanna is very nice.

First, automatic entrance doors didn’t work, bathtub/shower handle was broken, tub drain area looked old and needed help. Room was cold so we turned on the heater which squeezed and rattled very loudly for 3-5 min before the noise stopped while I was on the phone to let front desk know this would not work. Breakfast, waffle batter was empty, coffee was empty, no cups. When asked they did come and replenish the breakfast things but the breakfast area was 10 feet from the front desk.

Outside of hotel was poorly maintained. Common areas need updating. Carpet in room was dirty and torn. Bathroom should have been remodeled years ago. Bath tub was disgusting. Provided hair drier was broken and bare electrical conductors were exposed.

The outside of the building was ok. The check in area ok. The room was gross. The sheets were dirty and stained. The walls were dirty and bathroom was worse. The shower had hair, stains, dirty shower floor. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned ...... ever. Same w sink. 0 out of a 5. Hope i didn't bring home bugs.

Booked a two night stay woke up the following morning and found roaches in the room went to the front desk address the issue they gave me another room. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me the manager would not be enter Sunday at 11 AM which I had to check out at Sunday at 8:30 AM so I was not able to speak with him, then the gentleman at the counter said that the owner was there and so he came to the counter and it was the guy that I originally addressed the issue with and he was not the owner and they told me that the owner won’t be in until Tuesday. That place is a joke , I have pictures of proof very disgusting. Worst experiment ever

The room wasn't clean, ketchup on door, toilet seat not clean, tub drain loose, vinyl chair/ottoman food residue, hand towel had makeup foundation present, microwave not clean inside. Disappointed, housekeeping needs new people that care about cleanliness of facility. Alerted front desktop employee, he used cleaning towel on bathroom floor, then used same towel to wipe toilet seat! I strongly suggest that this hotel should be avoided.

The staff was nice, I had a roach in my room, mold in my refrigerator and the syrup they had was either old or they put a cheap syrup in the Pearl Milling bottle because it definitely wasn’t that…. After my stay they charged my card again for the room….

BED BUGS! My stay was very unpleasant. Will never stay with Baymont again. I got to the hotel late Sunday night only to get to my room, unpack everything, and almost get into bed when I noticed a BED BUG and crumbs in the corner sheets. I grabbed my things and went to the lobby, only for the worker to hardly apologize and get me a new room. He asked if I had used the bathroom to see if the room was now “dirty”, but I think it already was because of the bugs. Then in my new room there were no bugs but stains on the sheets and towels and food crumbs left on the floor. AWFUL PLACE!!

I reserved a wheelchait accessible unit and yet again, very aggravated that the bed was not low enough for a wheelchair user to transfer safely. Bed height should be 22 or so inches from the floor. Couldn't see in the bathroom mirror either. These are two easy inexpensive fixes that the hotel industry should make sure it is standard in each handicap room. Our room needed a paint job and the landscaping and yard outside was certainly neglected and looked bad. The people next door were loud until 1:30 in the morning. The room served the purpose as a place to stay the night but next time we will spend more and get a nicer hopefully quieter place.

I'm sorry but the person(s) at the front desk during checking, requesting help and check out did not show well. The Individual looked like he was wasted and couldn't even be bothered to put his shirt on correctly. When my badge stopped working it took forever for him to come to the front desk when I had run the bell many times escalating an already frustrating experienced, then he had the audacity to blame me for the card not working because I possibly had it close to my cell phone... The lady at check out seemed it was bothersome for me to talk to her. The room had someone's hair all over the towels and bathroom. the bed seemed to be work on and the sheets were wrinkled like they had not been changed.

Room next to us was having a party post 10PM until we fell a sleep, too much noise and hotel staff didnt even cared about it. The shower didnt had hot water at all, shower head was NOT functioning, when conveyed to the front desk, the person instead of accepting it, tried to teach us on how to use shower as if we never used shower in our life. Guests ended up taking ice bucket to pour cold water to get soap off. Front desk person was extreme arrogant and was more focused on his cell phone rather accepting the complaint. Make sure you test the toilet and shower functioning properly, prior to getting in the room.

The hotelnwas clean. The room was cozy. The customer service was TERRIBLE. We arrived once, and there was no one at front desk. We arrived back 1 hour later and still no one to help. Some lady gave us a keycard to a room, and said they would check us in later... 30 min later, i went back down to loby, someone was finally behind counter. The gentleman behind counter wasnt worth talking to.

Gutters have fallen off of the hotel. Could also use a good paint job. The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We had problems with the remote for the tv, the attendant was extremely helpful and even came to our room to help us.

They came into my room at 12-1 and harassed me when I said I’m still in here sleeping I paid $50 for late check out they harassed me asking who said that was ok… then they thought it was ok to go into my room WHEN I WASNT THERE I had ran down the street to the gas station and had the bell hop in my room because I wasn’t done unloading my luggage

No one was at the front desk, I was there about twenty minutes before some arrived to check me in. The room and hotel could have been cleaner, especially the carpet. It was hard to sleep with slamming doors and talking all night. The smell of Marijuana was strong and constant. The breakfast was very limited and never replenishment. I've stayed at other baymount properties, but this was less than a satisfying experience. We definitely paid too much for this experience

The staff were polite and friendly but the conditions of the hotel were not up to par. We had baby cockroaches in our room, stained sheets, our tub had standing water when we used it, and when we checked in our sink and counters were dirty with hair and debris. Liked the location though.

Bed was VERY comfortable. Good price for a good location on north side of Fort Wayne. Little bit of noise, but not unbearable. Hair dryer not working, but got a new one immediately. Facility showing wear and tear, but stayed here before and they keep trying to update. Breakfast OK, but only hot item is a waffle machine, and coffee of course.

1/10 rating Lobby had a strong smell of cleaner, like the type used to cover up dog mess. Floors were sticky, and carpet in rooms and public areas was filthy. The place was dated for sure but even an older hotel can be cleaned, this was not. Breakfast was not good and the cream cheese was spoiled. No attendant so tables were dirty. I'm not super picky with hotels but from the moment we checked in I knew this place was not going to be good.
