Loved the pool and fire pit with large patio for family gathering.

Good overnight stay. Disappointed as indoor and outdoor pool listed, but it is one pool with an open glass access in between. It was closed while we were there and that’s why we chose the hotel. I think they should clarify the description. Gym was nice - had machines and weights. Breakfast had some hot foods and was decent. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet.

Nice hotel with a beautiful outdoor patio, swimming pools and near highway. Some restaurants located nearby.

Disappointed the pool was never open. Because of chemical issues...rented because of pool

Hotel was ok, hot tub was down and outside pool was closed.

The inside pool was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy our time in the pool. Will note that website says they have a hot tub but they have removed the hot tub.

The hotel needs to address the cleanness of the pool because I don’t think the pool is properly cleaned as sit should be.

The stay was ok. I booked because of the specific amenities of the bar and fire pit. The bar was closed ( probably because of holiday) and the fire pit was broken. We planned on using that after the rehearsal dinner for the wedding. The stay wasn't bad just a little disappointing,

Great location. Outdoor space is very nice. Pool water needs better upkeep.

The pool was down and apparently had been for a month and no idea when it will be back up…Over half the rooms the remotes to the tv’s didn’t work and had been for a couple of weeks.

The room was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The Staff is always so friendly and accommodating.

Do not stay here... Bed bugs

I was watching TV, just relaxing and saw something out of the corner of my eye, and it was a cockroach going upside the bed. I immediately stomped on and killed it. Thus for ,my stay was in a chair. Took several showers and shook my clothes and shoes returning home. That was room 227.

The property was great. But we didnt get any housekeeping the first 3 days we were there.

Horrible. Please note, this is factual and fair in our assessment of the property and our stay. We stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned. The front desk told us each day that we would be placed on the list to have our room serviced. Each night arriving later in the evening, the room was never attended. The front desk apologized and stayed it would be corrected for the next day. It never was. We were told that we would be given a partial credit and that "Michael" would call us, of which he never did and no partial credit was received. Not our goal to receive a credit, we simply needed the errors addressed. Also, please note, room door had to be slammed in order to close. The bottom of our feet became black from the dirt when not wearing socks. The toilet would not stop running unless the handle was jiggled several times. The list goes on folks. There are plenty of other hotels next door. We simply do not appreciate being lied to on multiple occasions by the front desk. We are probably the nicest folks you'll ever meet. This is simply a terrible multi-night experience that didn't have to be this way given the multiple opportunities to correct. Again, I never want you to experience what we had to endure.

Breakfast closed at 9 am, earlier than most hotels. We got up late and missed it entirely by 20 minutes. Room 216, bathroom vent had a lot of dust on the vent grate. It needs to be cleaned.

I think it was very overpriced. Door had to be pulled hard to shut. Slamming doors all night, kids running around. Room smelled musty and furniture was ripped

Mold around tub and shower. No room cleaning for over 3 nights

This hotel needs an update. Everything worked fine, but lots of wear and tear on furniture and bathroom fixtures. The toilet was not secure to the ground which lead to random running of the water. The room I was in was a horrible location. I was directly next to the side door access and when people would go in and out it shook the whole wall and was loud. I’ve been up since 4:50 am because that’s when people apparently start going in and out for the day. As is, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Older property nicely refurbished. Inner courtyard, private space where we could sit and chat for hours.

Room was clean and spacious. Only problem was a broken bedside lamp. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Unfortunately the walls were thin and you could hear everything which made sleeping nearly impossible.

Our room was great! Clean, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, easy to access (1st floor) However, it's advertised as having "sound proof rooms", but there was A LOT of running on the floor above us that was VERY loud, as well as slamming doors in the hallway near our room - both went on throughout the night. Other than that, it was excellent. We would definitely stay again!

It was an acceptable place to stay. The room was clean and the property was clean. We ate breakfast downstairs the first day and it has the usual hotel breakfast food. Coffee was not good. Also the A/C unit was off but it still made a noise all night that sounded like a washing machine so that was a little bothersome. We would probably stay there again if we needed to.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast. Very nice, helpful staff. Perfect location. Nice landscaping. Just miss a hot tub.

The noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We spent extra for a tub room and it’s right by the hotel laundry. In and out all day long and they don’t care how loud they are. They slam everything around. We got zero sleep. It’s like they run into the doors and walls with their carts and don’t even care. We also called about an early check in because we were coming from out of town. Girl on the phone was super nice and said yes that would be fine and went ahead and set it up. When we arrived hours early the next day the guy working the front desk was very rude and said there weren’t any rooms available yet and we were sol. I didn’t really care but his attitude was awful. It was clean but had a lot of things that needed fixed. Not relaxing and not e got zero rest. I left my kids to relax and didn’t get that opportunity at all. Total rip off.

Noisy hvac unit in room, door busted up

The room itself was fine, it was large and had the amenities we were looking for. However, there was a very sticky spot on the carpet, and the door would get stuck on the tile when opening but then slam shut when closing. The hotel was a weird layout so our room felt very far away from the elevator and traveling with small children we had some extra luggage, so that wasnt very convenient. When we arrived at about 7:30/8pm on a Tuesday, there were many people standing around at different truck beds drinking beers, which felt weird since this hotel has a bar, garden area and pool area where they could do this. Lastly, the freeway entrance/exit was right outside our window and even with the window closed, the semi truck traffic was very loud throughout the night.

Got two rooms and one was not ready at the time of check in. When asked how long the staff was rude and couldn’t even give a rough estimate time frame

Friendly and informative staff. Super clean. Good exercise room which was very clean as well. Breakfast had about everything a traveler would want for a good wake up. Really good coffee. Thanks for the stay.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was average. Rooms were wonderful. Facilities were great. We had our senior parents over to play cards in the lobby and was very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and a staff member lent us cards. They went out of their way to make our two day stay outstanding!

The room itself was clean, and bed was comfortable. Front desk refused to help with a parking issue involving a truck driver taking up handicap parking spots preventing wheelchair accessible closest room. Just a pain in the rear end. They seemed overwhelmed with Labor Day weekend.

The staff were very friendly. They were able to check me in and out in minutes.

Guests around me were incredibly load and obnoxious all evening, well past 1am. Multiple calls to the front desk with no resolution.

The staff was really friendly and answered any questions we had but i found it weird that there wasnt extra toilet paper in the room, we has to ask, the lightbulb was burned out on one side of the bed, and i asked multiple times for extra pillows and never got them. They need better follow through to make sure things are being accomplished.

It has been a very enjoyable stay here at the Ft Wayne Wyndham Garden. The staff is great and the location worked perfectly for me. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Got woke up at 4 am by a staff member being loud in the room next to mine I went out and said something to her and she responded with well I have to get this done in a rude tone and this went on for a couple of hours needless to say I am cery tired today and will not choose your hotel in the future

Very nice place to stay at. Very clean, very organized & professional ! Cat was a very lovely person & associate from there !

Great value, and very quiet even though it's next to highway 69. The hot breakfast was ok, and it does get crowded at 830, get there early to ensure you get all the goodies. Fruit and bakery goods were pretty decent. I'll certainly stay here again, for my monthly staff meetings.

A very nice hotel, convenient off the freeway. Rooms were super comfortable, quiet. Very good breakfast, with lots of hot food, not just muffins and cereal (that was available too, though). Will stay here next time we are driving through.

The hot breakfast was stone cold. steam warmer tray were not operating.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Service was mediocre. Breakfast was the worst I've had in years at a budget hotel. Next time I visit Ft Wayne, I'll pick a cheaper hotel option if I'm on a budget and get a similar experience, I suspect. I rarely give bad reviews, but man, that was a crappy breakfast.

Breakfast is fantastic. The menu included Seattle’s Best Coffee, a variety of jams, hot and cold dishes… are all good!

Average mid-price hotel. The only reason I choose this hotel was for the outdoor pool. They keep it closed until 4pm everyday. Ended up not even using the pool. Not real friendly staff at check in. Also note the breakfast ends at 9am.
