The rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel was just a bit dated which was fine. If you’re looking for a quick trip to stay this is a nice place. Although the parking situation is a little strange since you share parking with a strip mall that has a couple bars.

We had a great view of a power supply station. The pool was way way smaller than the online pictures. It looked like there was a sauna but it was boarded off. Overall the place looked really nice, but the bed was like sleeping on boards. Really stiff and uncomfortable

This was the hotel that we went to on our wedding night. Check in took around 30 minutes, then we got to our room and the room was DIRTY. It had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We went back down to the front desk and he was not very surprised so it made me feel like this was not the first time it happened. We did eventually get a different room but it did take awhile. Not impressed

Terrible experience. There was bed bugs in the room! I have pictures. I will be calling Expedia for my money back. The hotel wouldn’t refund my money nor will best western corporate. I had to then do my laundry @ 1 am before my flight home, the hotel staff showed no concern. I paid 130$ to get bed bugs. My father also then paid 171$ for the same room!!!! Very inconvenient. 400$ for bed bugs!!! That morning there was also a bug in my ear to where I had to go to the hospital. I will be seeking compensation for my time, money and overall health in this situation.

Clean. Good breakfast. Front desk staff attentive. Housekeeping staff not so much. Used Hotels.com to book 2 rooms for 2 nights. They only had us down for 1 room. I needed one of the rooms to be a handicapped room for my 90yo mom and my handicapped sister. The handicapped room they gave us was on the 2nd floor down 2 long hallways. I said that wouldn’t work. They changed it to a handicapped room on the 1st floor, down the same long hallways, but accessible via the side door. Mom wanted new towels the next day, and no housekeeping came. I had to ask twice for a missing hairdryer. On a good note the desk staff worked to get the second room added. And the late night attendant worked to get me a hairdryer.

At first glance, it was nice! We got a suite with a separate living area with a pull-out sofa for the teenager. When we unfolded it, we found dirty linens covered in crumbs and pink sprinkles. I went to the desk and asked for a set of sheets and changed them myself. The room was stocked with 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. We re-used the towels, but asked for more wash cloths and were graciously given 1 more. The next time we asked, we were told they had none available… We had trouble with our toilet flushing. My son went to the front desk, and was given a plunger. Really??? The entire stay, not ONE person came to service our room. I dont care if our bed is made up, but refreshing wash cloths and pulling the trash seems pretty important to me! By day 3, we had fruit flies…so I pulled the trash myself and sat it outside of the door when we left that morning. When we returned about 15 hours later, the trash was still there. I went to the front desk to get new liners for the waste baskets and pointed to the bags outside of our door (that was about 30 feet from the front desk and clearly visible to front desk staff and anyone else that approached the front desk. The employee did apologize and collect the trash from the door. He said we were scheduled for housekeeping the next day. Spoiler alert: they never came. Six days with zero housekeeping, a plunger, 2 wash cloths, and fruit flies. Never again. I understand hotels no longer provide daily service-but this was TOO MUCH.

When I arrived the manager was on the phone with a difficult caller from what I could overhear but she was at the front desk and handled it unprofessionally talking in a rude tone and yelling. The other person at the desk eventually checked me. Ok check in experience. Room was ok. Kept finding black fuzz on the bed sheets and long gray hairs that didn’t belong to any of us. Good luck ever getting a hold of the front desk if you need anything cause they won’t answer and you’ll have to go to the lobby and hope someone is there. Would stay here again though cause the price was right and location good, but don’t expect much hospitality.

We would have given 5 stars, but the mattress leaves A LOT of room for improvement. Most hotels are really upgrading the quality of mattress. This Best Western needs to do better. Otherwise it was great.

Nice room overall. Very clean and accommodating. Mattress was soft and sagged. Breakfast was good but no sweet rolls of any kind. We were on the 3rd floor which was very quiet .

I didn't like the manager Shannon, as she is a mean, distasteful woman who shouldn't be in the hospitality business. She was rude, no eye contact, put us in the worst room possible. I was there for my mom's funeral and requested a nice room, like room 107. Shannon purposely put us in the worst possible location there. Didn't speak to me and my wife and over charged us by 235.50 at check out. I had to dispute this with my credit card company, as she purposedly added an extra night to our bill, even though we left on day 5, instead of 6. We even told Shannon this upfront at check in and she told us Expedia had to take care of the bill discrepancy. Expedia told us it is up to Best Western on I-69 North to refund us our money. DO NOT stay there and if you have Shannon as the manager, leave immediately. She also treated us with racism, simply because we were a mixed husband/wife staying at a hotel we previously stayed at prior to her being the manager. All was good back then, but not just 2 days ago from my checking out. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! You have been warned!!!!

The staff wanted me to give them a cash security deposit but insisted that they could not give me a receipt for it. They were both attiment that they didnt work that way...in what country ? Very sloppy looking and inadequate staff, i wont stay here again.

Was relocated to this property from another hotel. We checked in around 4am and got to our room at 430am. We had 2 adults 2 children and 2 service dogs. The next morning around 7-730am the General Manager Kristy approached my husband and stated we would be charged a 250 pet fee because our dogs were not service animals. I went to the front desk myself and she made a scene in front of all the other guests that were eating breakfast. She accused me of lying and asked for documentation. Even though I have documentation, I kindly informed here that by federal law she is not allowed to ask for proof. I pulled up the ADA website to show her and she was not interested in seeing it. She asked me what my disability was. I told her I was not comfortable telling her nor did I have to by law tell her. She told me that she would be enforcing the pet fee then or I could leave. My family had nowhere else to go so I pulled up the information she requested and showed her. That wasn't good enough. She needed to know why I had 2 dogs and what the disability was. AGAIN, all this in front of other guests. It wasn't until I asked for corporates number and stated I would file a lawsuit that she backed off. No apology just stated well I ask for documentation because in the past others have lied to get out of the pet fee. She then proceeded to ask me, do they bark, do they have puppy pads, they can't be left in the room alone etc. We checked out a day early and I am not even getting a refund.

Upon arrival everything seemed great.We unpacked, hung our clothes, and stocked the fridge.After leaving for a few hours and returning there was an Awful odor in the room like sewer gas. Brought our complaint to the front desk. They didn't have a replacement room with the king bed so they moved us to a room with 2 queens. Packed everything again which was a huge inconvenience and moved to the next room. This room was not cleaned, unmade beds, half eaten meals on the tables and pretty much trashed. At this point it was getting late and my patience was running thin. Again to the front office where they moved us once again. This room was acceptable even though it was not the king room we initially booked. I am very disappointed and annoyed with all the packing, unpacking moving here and there. Will never stay at a best western again, and wouldve appreciated some kind of compensation for the hassle and inconvenience.

We didn't eat the breakfast, but the room was very clean and parking was easy. It is right in an area with strip malls but that was a plus because there were several restaurants that you can walk to. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again

The Property is in a safe area. Dupont Rd., is a nice area. You're close to the mall and a lot of restaurants. It's a new property, so everything is super clean. It's a nice hotel.

It was just one night on our way to other places. We checked in at 9 p.m. and left at 8 a.m., so no chance to swim, but it looked like a really nice pool. Well-stocked breakfast and nice seating. Great start for our trip!

Clean, comfortable, & quiet. Friendly staff. Excellent so far! Breakfast not so much. Egg pucks were almost crunchy. Coffees and juices were so watered down they were nearly clear. Still a good value hotel, but make your own coffee in your room.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to restaurants. Our room was extremely clean, very comfortable and quiet. No issues whatsoever. The hot breakfast was really good too, it's nice to have options like eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Everything was clean and well stocked, but we did go to breakfast early so that may have helped. Would definitely stay here again!
