Friendly staff, quiet, great options for breakfast. Later check out option (noon) pool open until 11 pm didn’t have time to use but liked the option.. close to the casino about 4 miles. Would definitely recommend.. happy safe travels

Hotels .com needs to update your website. We specifically went to the Hampton because Hotels.com said they had a hot tub. So we paid extra to stay there. Get there no hot tub.

The staff were very friendly. But the only reason I picked this property was for the hot tub… which they DO NOT have. Their website needs updated! The furniture, floors and bathroom are lacking severely for the price point. The tub had been painted and was peeling. You could see all the “repairs” from leakage in the ceiling. Sloppy and moldy grout. I would be on the maintenance person’s A** if that were my staff. The amenities are connected to the walls. The breakfast area was decently clean. Comfort of the old bed and pillows were fair. However, I had to take off the duvet and comforter because they smelled like nasty, dirty feet. No, I would not stay here again.

The air quality was musty. The bathroom faucet was very short i couldnt hardly wash my hands without getting water all over the counter. The entrance into the room so was narrow and blocked i could barley get my bags through. The breakfast was cold. The walls are very thin as i heard other guest loudly outside the room from the window and the door. The beds are extremely firm. The side door didnt even have a working key entrance to it. If you wanted to use the door better block it with the wet floor sign they have next to it. The pillows were nice and so was the staff.

When checking us in Walter never made eye contact. Not once. Stared at the desk and acted irritated that we were there. The room looks fine on the outside but the inside was nasty. Nasty. NASTY. In our room the grate was off the AC, the shower barely worked, it was a dribble. The carpet was dirty and the whole room needed an update. No wonder the Holiday Inn was sold out.

The only complaint was the lay out of breakfast and possibly the bed. I stayed last month at hi in Lafayette and noticed the bed wasn't the quality I'm used to at a HI..this stay the bed was better but still not the same as a decade ago. I really remember a better quality and an advertisement about their beds.
