This was a really nice clean place. The employee's was very friendly. I could get what I needed when i needed. Only two things i didn't like was the beds are very wobbly. Really didn't like that the hot tub was filled in that was very disappointing.

Very outdated. No working elevator. Super uncomfortable spring bed with tiny pillows. Super hot room with heat cranked. A/C didn't want to work. Had to turn on full fan. Barely any toiletries. Had to push hallway door open when I came up the stairs (apparently stuck). Carpets seemed filthy in the room. Flashing microwave clock and alarm clock. Could you just set these things? Super uncomfortable.

Front desk staff was very helpful. In the kitchen staff very pleasant to work with. We really enjoyed our weekend at the Hotel, but would like to have been informed that the pool was not accessible before we arrived. The pool was one of the main reasons why we booked that hotel.

Besides the one bed bug I found in my room it was a wonderful stay. Pool was nice, wish I had known they covered up the hot tub but it was fine. Friendly staff, great house cleaners, polite maintenance man. Felt like home besides the one bedbug.

Very misleading!! We chose this property specifically for the hot tub, which is completely non existent! Not one, never had one. Picture shows indoor pool with a hot tub. BIG NOPE.

First room we got into The lid was up on the toilet there was pee on the toilet in the toilet and toilet paper...it stunk. I was disgusted because if they cleaned the bathroom that well what's the rest of the room. They put me in another room It seemed to be better. The bed was comfortable The pillows were itty bitty squares but I like them more than I thought I would. There are pictures of a hot tub but there is no hot tub. Breakfast was great staff was accommodating

The pool door was locked during the entire stay despite it being on a functional. No sign on the door saying it was out of service at all. Some spots are not very clean, leading me to pass on eating the breakfast there.

When we got there my daughter was going to take a shower but there were a couple of dead spiders in it. Our tv wasn’t working when we first arrived so the lady came up and fixed it. We went out for a bit but when we came back it wasn’t working again so we had to call someone to come fix it again. The beds were really not comfortable. Very lumpy if one person moved the whole bed shook like an earthquake. The staff was very, very friendly though.

This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It smelled like cigarette smoke and urine. We had been driving for hours and just needed a place to sleep - I will never book with a Comfort Inn again.

The bathroom was filthy. There was a large clump on hair on the tub drain and dozens of other pieces of hair all over the tub and bathroom floor. The floor couldn't have been cleaned in weeks. The towels smelled really bad as well. While the bed was comfortable, my bed felt lopped sided like I was leaning and would fall off if I slept to that side. There was yellow stains on the sheets. I don't know if it was stained or just dirty.

We stayed at your junction city, Kansas, location in room 209. We were repulsed by the condition of the room. We arrived late and were exhausted from days of driving so we tolerated it Besides the only other hotel had no vacancy. Our Bathroom door wouldn close, the Shower door wouldnt stay closed (we had to hold it shut while we showered), there was Mildew in shower, dog and human Hair in the bed and on couch, stains on the couch & footstool, the Curtains were coming down, there were dried Drips from drinks on the ledge, and potato Chips and other debris on floor. It appears all they did was take out the trash and make the bed.

The room smelled smokey. The front desk provided me with an odor spray disinfectant which helped some. Shower walls weren't too clean. I hope it was just hair conditioner on the shower wall. Bathroom vent was very diry.

Desk staff were friendly and efficient. Facility was clean, close to many food options all within walking distance. Room 224 has no working AC. Essentially it works as a fan. It was a cool night so we opened the window as we simply didn’t want to have to move rooms. Reserved for theee people so they gave us a pull out bed. My son doesn’t care but there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows. A quick trip down and the way provided them. Bathroom door is warped so you simply need to body slam it to get it to close, and remember to hold the toilet handle down for a minimum of 15 seconds or it also doesn’t work. We left at 6am so there was no breakfast. No morning staff to tell them about the room issues so good luck if you get the same room we had. If they can fix the details the place could be great!! Mayne hire someone to go room by room and document issues then actually fix them!

The check in clerk was very nice and very helpful. The facility along with the room were worn. The bathtub had a large rust spot in the bottom. There was a water stain on the ceiling by the outside wall. The king sized bed sagged in the middle which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Although our room was clean, it was somewhat "musty," and had a somewhat "damp" feeling. It also had a lingering smell of smoke - not sure if it was coming from the fabrics of the room, or if it was rented out to a smoker. Otherwise, our bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the locality of restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely fantastic staff and nice older hotel. The only complaint is that pets are allowed and our room smelt like a wet dog. Other than that everything was great. I can not stress enough how friendly and accommodating the staff is. They really make this hotel.

Our room had a malfunctioning toilet that overflowed to the point it flooded the bathroom. We called the front desk and the guy at the desk just said maintenance wasn't here. We then had to ask to have towels brought. We stopped the overflow ourself. He brought towels and the left us to clean it up. I spent $200 on a room for 1 night had and issue and bithe front desks associates honestly did not care. Not likely to return. EVER!

When we arrived I was told I had already checked in. I prepaid for the room and someone else was allowed to check in using my reservation. I showed my ID, credit card, and Expedia confirmation to the front desk agent but she wouldn’t even look at them. Then called the room asking me to come back down twice in order to get more information from me. Awful service, no apology.

It took a little longer to check in because there was a trainee which i didn't have a problem with. What i did have a problem with is her supervisor standing off to the side when the lobby was full of people waiting to check in and he didn't do anything for about 15 minutes. Finally he stepped up and helped check in other visitors. It would greatly help if we could check in early on game day if nothing else than to get our key card to assist the front desk people from getting slammed with 5-10 people arriving at once.

This was a quick stay while pasding through. I lived in JC years ago so I know the town well and this is probably the best area to stay. Its close to the highway, walmart, dollar tree and several restaurants (sit down and fast food). Everything was clean, breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Great overnight stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only critique would be on the towels. They were basic issue (a little thin and rough) which surprised me because the rest of the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was really good! Great stay overall!

The staff was GREAT, they were all helpful and kind!! Free breakfast was good, with many opinions. Indoor pool was clean and warm. Halls clean, hot coffee in the lobby at all hours. Only thing that sucked was there was only two small drawers and a small already full closet in a king suite with a sofa.

There was rust in the bathtub. When I checked out the person at the front desk was not concerned . I would also suggest installing grab bars in the bath for elderly guests. The breakfast was terrible. For $189 per night I would expect needed repairs and upkeep being completed and a better quality breakfast.

The person who checked me in was very nice. The property is VERY old, dirty and outdated. Behind the property there is some tye of old water pit with lots of garbage. During the night while I was trying to sleep I had not one but TWO VERY LARGE SPIDERS CRAWL ACROSS ME ON THE BED! Which after that happens is not at all conducive to ANY sleep. The keuig machine was missing a part so I was unable to make coffee in the room after a almost sleepless night. When I went down to get coffee before leaving I decided to grab something to go for breakfast and picked up a couple hard boiled eggs. Bit into them, and they were WAY past bad. Oh yes, and to top things off, in the 15 years of lots of travel in and out of this country with a 10lb dog, I had to pay the most I have EVER had to pay here at this hotel - a non refundable $40 deposit. Needless to say. It was a terrible stay
