The breakfast was very nice. The kids enjoyed having cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Bed was comfortable. The pool was down for the first day we were there, which was a bummer but they opened it the next night.

Very clean and modern look and feel. Everything look and felt new and fresh. Upscale feel to building and grounds, which carried over to the open breakfast area and into the rooms. Save and ample parking with a nice overflow area. Key point that the evening check-in and morning check-out staff were extremely friendly, even offering a complimentary water during my wait as training new staff. My room had a view overlooking a large nearby clean pond that had a pier.

The property next to this hotel is an extended stay and was not the most favourable crowd. Both dryer heating elements were not working. Took 3 hrs to dry our clothes and still had to hang damp clothes around the room to fully dry by morning. Air conditioning did not work in our room. There was only one ice machine for the entire building and it was in the farthest corner on the first floor. In the morning the breakfast looked great but I saw a cockroach crawling along the counter top. I showed the young lady that was cleaning the tables. She killed it with the same clothe and disappeared. Never did come back to clean or sanitize the counter.

This is the first time I stayed here while visiting family. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I went up to the room I was first given keys for and the people next to me had their TV up super loud. I went down and asked to be moved and the person at the counter didn't bat an eyelash and thanked me for letting her know before it became an issue for me. I wish I remembered her name so I could shout her out here. She was an absolute delight to chat with. The gym was very clean and I enjoyed having a good spot to get a workout in. I forgot my swimsuit but from a quick peek the pool looked equally cared for. This will be my go to spot when visiting family for sure!

Super nice hotel. So many options for breakfast and really fresh omlets and pancakes. Even the kiddo had no complaints. Had a problem with the booking, but Brandon at the front desk was able to sort it out for us and get us a room that had what we needed. Only negative was the pool. The tiles around it are very slipery when wet and it was heavily chlorinated, but we arrived late and were happy that it was open until 10pm to get a quick dip in.

The room was clean. The bathtub had all kinds of grime in it. There was hardly any water pressure from the shower. It was dribbling out of the shower head. The beds were so soft that my back was hurting in the morning. I will not stay at this hotel again.

We will definitely stay here again if in the area. My only complaint was Monday night I called the front desk 8 times and never got through. I wanted to let them know we would be checking in late. The breakfast was really good. The bed in the room was very tall for a shorter person..The bed could have been firmer. Overall it was a really good stay.

Don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper. A train rolled through at 3am blowing its whistle, and again at 3:30am. Also, it was really humid in the room, to the point that the sheets felt wet. To be fair it was 89% humidity outside, but still. Also, everytime the AC kicked on a strong smell of cigarette smoke came in. It was gross smelling the mix of overly bleached hotel room along w the smoke. Bed was comfortable & staff was friendly, that’s the only good things I can say.

Hotel was fine Reservation not honored as made for a room with 2 Queens. Given a King and a fold out sofa..."sorry"...we only have 50 queens, and 150 kings...you arrived too late.....IMO, whether Hotel or Expedia issue, Reservation as Taken, should be honored....Like Seinfeld..."thats the purpose of the reservation".....Frustrating for both myself and Adult son as we traveled through JC

The front desk was the best part of the stay. They were so nice especially with it being the night shift. We were coming in at about midnight. Just what we needed for a quick stop to sleep and get back on the road.

Stayed 4 nights and could not get them to service the room even after requesting. When paying over $100 a night for a room, should not have to live with piles of dirty linen and over running trash cans. Would be a nice place if they would service the rooms. Changed hotels to get a clean room.

Awesome location! There’s a Walmart and other stores right by the hotel. Several eating options also. My favorite part was breakfast! Really good with lots of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
