I had booked property because there is a pool and I had young kids with me. When we checked in, noted that pool was out of order which had not been stated on 3rd party site that we booked through. Also, other construction going on in an around hotel which meant a lot of trucks and equipment outside. However, the hotel was willing to cancel our reservation so I could move to a different spot with a pool. It was a shame because the staff, room and breakfast were all top notch otherwise. Would go back again when pool is done!

The pool area was extremely humid but they were working on the issue. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the staff was constantly refilling so that food was always available.

Nice large room with plenty of room for our two large dogs and their beds. Our room facing I-70 had a lot of highway noise with many loud trucks going by constantly. They claimed to have 3 carts, but I only saw one. We never could get one on the morning of our departure. It appeared one inconsiderate guest was hoarding the cart in his or her room much of the morning.

After making reservation through expedia I called the hotel for special request. On the phone Lorraine was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The staff were reasonably friendly at check-in, but Lorraine was not present. Our request for top floor was met. Our room was clean, and well appointed for the money, but the over-all condition of the hotel was in a general state of disrepair. Nothing too out of the ordinary, and clearly the Hampton isn't the 4-Seasons, but it didn't seem up to Hampton Inn par. Parking lot has really limited space. Our vehicle fit fine, but several larger vehicles - some of which with trailers, were seen circling the parking lot several time, aimlessly, before they finally had to park in a dark, church parking lot next door. Super-8 Hotel on the other side of the parking lot, had the typical riff-raff and loitering outside, making things a little more "exciting" than preferred. The area of town is generally not as good compared to the rest of Junction City. Despite the imperfections, theres a reasonable chance that I would consider staying here again, if in JC.

The hotel is in the middle of being renovated. One the elevators was not working. The ice maker on our floor was broken. The breakfast was not what I expected. Not near the quality of other Hampton Inns I have stayed at.

Hotel undergoing renovations which aren’t complete but the room we had was new and wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Did not hear any construction noise at all. One elevator out of service for renovation but was not a problem. Did not have significant wait times for a car. Overall a great experience.

Room and bathroom were clean. The beds, and even the pillows, were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Pet fee for dog is a bit higher than other hotels on the area but not a deal breaker.

We had a problem with hair on the toilet but they were super sorry about it quickly gave us a new room and a discount due to the issue.so overall it was ok and things happen so id still recommend it . The facility in general was clean and upkept..room was nice once we got the second one.

Very clean! They are finishing a renovation. Reminds us of the Tru but with carpet in the room. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very roomie!! The breakfast was perfect!! Waffles, webs, yogurt and goodies. We will stay here again.

Con: blackout shades are terrible. Pro: staff are really nice. The lady at breakfast was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast is standard other than the fun flavors for waffles. Rooms are nice and at either kept up well or recently renovated. TVs are large which is nice, not smart TV though. Beds were comfy in my opinion, maybe a little on the softer side.

We had the most amazing customer service at this location! Michelle was working when we arrived. Every room in the hotel was booked that night so she had to repeatedly turn people away. Some took it better than others. She handled everything that came at her with a smile on her face and still went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Quite an amazing asset to your company!

The hotel is being remodeled and is a mess. The room I stayed in was not remodeled yet and was old, dingy and dirty. The woman at check in was rude and charged me for my room again, after having paid for it already on Expedia. She said it would be refunded: it was not.

Stay was great. The lady at the front desk was awesome, nice and very inviting. Anything I asked about she answered without hesitation. She was also very helpful when my door card wasn’t working several times (due to my own fault of having it near my phone). All in all it was a wonderful stay.

We had problems with the reservation and a room was not available on our first night. Even though we had to go to another hotel that night, the staff did a wonderful job of making things right for us by comping us one night and reducing rates on the remainder of the stay. The staff was exceeding friendly and upon a return to Junction City I would definitely stay at this Hampton and will refer others to this hotel.

This was a one night stop on our travels west, although it was a perfect stay. Comfortable, clean, safe and easy access to highway but currently the highway in this area is under construction, so we initially missed the exit. Good breakfast too. Would stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful. Newly renovated. Very clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was very good. We were visiting our son on Base and the hotel was very close and convenient being right off the highway. We will definitely be staying here again.

It's very loud so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs!! Doors slamming closed every few minutes in the morning and evenings, dogs barking in the middle of the night, you can hear people's conversations very clearly through the walls and in the hallways. Kitchen staff was rude and the selection of breakfast items offered sucks if you don't eat pork. Other than that it's a fair place to stay.

We took a Saturday night getaway to see live music. Our room smelled. The toilet seat was broken and we listed to the loudest tv literally all night. We finally got up at 5:30 and got ready to leave. We almost left at 3:30. Then we went down for breakfast and my husband grabbed a Mexican omelet, sat down to eat it and it was cold. We’re done. The front desk never asked how our stayed was and I didn’t offer. So much for the sleep and free breakfast that we paid for.
