I would definitely stay somewhere else for the money. This was a last minute reservation, usually I do a little research on my rooms. There was a dirty towel left hanging behind the bathroom door, the tub did not drain well so we had standing water while showering and water pressure was not good! There is no breakfast and no pool that I could see. The beds were comfortable, but that’s the only really good thing about the room. It way over-priced for what you get. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time!

The kitchen set up was good it was equipped with a top burner stove, full refrigerator, cooking utensils. Ample parking space, the room was clean and friendly staff. The experience was great will stay at a Candlewood property when I travel again.

I was over charged when I did my security deposit. I was charged 60.00 but only received 50.00 back. The parking was horrible since they had construction going on. Plus not enough handicapped parking. It looks like this facilities does not cater to handicapped

the property was fine but there’s a few things i didn’t like. there’s almost no parking especially when there’s snow, the refrigerator makes ice every two hours & it’s very loud, and the water pressure in the shower is intense-to the point it hurts. staff was nice but this hotel needs some work done to it. outdated rugs and overall doesn’t have much of an appeal

The property was excellent inside and out. My room was more than I expected. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the money. I have paid more and gotten a whole lot less.

The room was a King Suite and while we were only in the room for about 10 hours,there was debris and hair on the bathroom floor, a scrunchie hair tie that was in our bed which made me wonder if the sheets were even washed. I had planned on showering but after seeing the debris and hair around the bathroom I wasn't comfortable to do that.

Has a full kitchen which was very convenient for us. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms could be a little more clean. There were crumbs on bathroom floor, stains and residue in the bathroom sink, crumbs and stains in the microwave. The room smelt like curry from previous guests, but we aired it out and turned the fan on high overnight. Wouldn't stay here again if we were in the rooms more. But we just needed a place to sleep since were gone the whole day. Overall, it was okay. Its doable if you just need a place to stay for a short time.

It was great. We don't have lots of requirements, but the few we do have are very important to us: the A/C absolutely must work great, the building needs to be upkept ( no wall cracks, torn up trim, badly repaired holes in the doors, etc), and no roaches. Candlewood Lenexa satisfied these requirements, and actually exceeded them. The A/C went down to 45°, and would have maintained that temp if we had wanted it!

The rooms were exceptionally quiet! Usually we hear some noise, like people closing doors or walking through the hallways, but we heard absolutely nothing, and we slept incredibly well, including our 2-year-old son, which is a miracle. We also loved the full kitchen! The only regrettable thing was that there was no breakfast provided, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.

Nice stay, only 3 small things werent great. 1) the recliner didnt recline at all - 2) the shower head needs updated or clr needs to be used 3) the tv remote needs a user guide for people that dont have Direct tv in their home Beds extremely comfortable & love the pillows. We’ve stayed at IHG brand before. Not a bad stay over all.

Loved the comfortable bed! Nice bathroom upgrades. Enjoyed the free coffee and convenience of the pantry store in the lobby area. My only dislike is that my room was a pet friendly room, even though I did not have a pet. I prefer hotels that do not allow pets.
