The pool and sauna were gorgeous! I loved all the plants inside and being able to see the snow outside. However, our particular room seemed to have some areas that were missed when cleaning and some concerning ceiling cracks above our shower.

All staff were friendly, helpful, kind and went above expectations. I believe this hotel is in the process of having renovations and was not noted on Expedia. The front desk, front sitting/conversation area, and restaurant were all updated. There were three or four elevators. All worked well with no mechanical issues. One elevator had broken tile that was laying on the floor of the elevator. The restrooms on the main floor were beautiful and extremely clean. The pool water was clean and clear, and was not cold, nor too warm for a heated pool. The hot tub was brown and green and disgusting. The sauna did not work. You could turn the hot tub on but control panels for the hot tub and the sauna were both broken and looked dangerous to touch. The condensation and humidity level in the hallway from the pool was so high/thick, the floor was covered in water and was extremely slick. The rooms were clean and nice. Bedding was all clean and no stains. No dust build-up was noticed. The restaurant staff went above and beyond for breakfast. During conversation it was mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. Our waitress brought out a very nice package of cookies and cake. She brought the cake out in addition to the cookies because of a nut allergy in our group. Being required to pay for parking was a little discouraging when the parking lot was empty.

The indoor pool was dirty despite being regularly used. I saw at least three other families headed to the pool when I was there. The hot tub was even worse. The staff were not friendly and we did not get offered cookies at check in or any other time. The housekeeping staff were excellent and knocked on the door in the afternoon to check on us because we didn’t want them to clean because we were only there for a short stay.

This property is in an ok location and the staff were friendly. But everything else was very poor. The pool and spa were not taken care of the spa didnt work and both were green and filthy. The room had stained sheets, the pillows were aweful, the bathroom had hair in it. The did not paperview as advertised and the tv only worked part of the time kept loosing signal. And to top off a poor stay the fire alarms went off at 530 am and only sort of worked, thankfully it was a false alarm i will not be staying here again or in any doubletree for that matter after this stay.

It is a traditional hotel in that our room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. There's a Starbucks and a restaurant/bar on site, and plenty of other food options within a couple of miles. We'd stay again.

Interior of facility was spacious and welcoming. Staff presented a happy and professional manner. The only downside would be the parking lot which I found difficult to park in between the lines due to lack of paint.

Very clean, comfy, coZy, and pet friendly, (which was a must for us traveling with 2 big dogs). Only qualm was the hotels pack and play wouldn't click into place on one side. Our toddler is 2.5 and very sturdy when climbing and such so we didn't worry about her trying to get out and falling, and it ended up being ok. Also wish that bedding material was available with it. Called down and asked for some extra blankets & a sheet. They happily obliged and promptly (to our surprise because we checked in so late from our long day) We were all exhausted after our long day of road travel, everyone slept great! I would definitely recommend!

Was slightly disappointed in the Hilton my room was ok on being clean, there was tape covering the shower drain and the peep on the door, found quite a bit of hair in bathroom, and room took days to get down to temperature.

I stayed in this hotel three nights over the last week (2 different occasions). It was not the quality I expected from a Doubletree/Hilton property. On my first stay, the fitness center(which is pretty decent) was a sauna - at least 85 degrees and the Peloton bike wasn't even plugged in. My room was not cleaned properly the first time, so they had to send someone back in. The second stay, the cold water in the bathroom faucet came out as a dribble. It's convenient and the people are very nice.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, and it was also busy. The room was clean. The shower tub was not 100% clean, but it was clean enough. The air in the room was very stuffy, and it took a long while to cool off. Also, the mattress was so stiff that it felt like we were sleeping on concrete. We both have sore spots on pressure points on our bodies. I can not give this hotel a high rating for those issues.

Expected more for a Doubletree. AC would not cool room and it was stuffy and humid. There was a wet spot on the carpet that was caused by unknown reasons and never dried. Lamp in room was not plugged in and there was no outlet nearby. Pillows had no support. Furnishings were old and lots of wear on them.

No fridge or microwave in room, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and the "convenience" area with snacks is part of Starbucks and is often closed. You can't walk to anything from the hotel so once you arrive I hope you have everything you need.

The air didn’t work, the toilet flushed every 3 minutes and both the sink and tub didn’t drain. I was told engineering was fixing the air and toilet issue but nothing was done about it. My wife and I expected that they would at the very least tell us they couldn’t fix it and move us but we didn’t hear from anyone

VERY clean and nice hotel! We asked for an extra pillow and got it quickly. They served us food in the bar pretty late. The only thing I would say is that drinks were overpriced in the bar. A little over $10 a drink. Oh, and parking spots are a little narrow. But highly recommend! It is a very big and busy hotel!
