There is no ice machine and limited amenities. The breakfast was not really a breakfast, just instant oatmeal, coffee and packaged muffins. Not having ice was frustrating, as you had to make your own in ice trays in the freezer. Unfortunately, the ice was not ready during our stay, so a bit pointless. The barking dogs were a nuisance all night long and early in the morning. Also there were no curtains, and the streetlights were super bright shining through the slitted blinds. It was very hard to get quality sleep with the room being so lit up. Definitely would not stay there again. I will say that the staff was super accommodating and helpful!

I didn't like the raised platform bed. We stubbed our toes several times. There was not an ice machine. There wasn't a grab bar in the bathtub for our handicapped family member. Itnwas supposed to be quiet time after a certain time and we were kept awake most of the night by slamming doors. There was very poor lighting in the back patking area. Coffee never came out hot from the machine.

Our toilet broke in the middle of the night and flooded the bathroom, the air conditioner made loud noises through the night and our bathroom light was blinking. They are pet friendly, so that is a plus and front desk staff was helpful.

This is not a clean hotel. There are no dishes at all in the room, no hair dryer, very few outlets. If you’re in to the smell of dirty dish towels, and people talking and children crying in the halls and adjoining rooms, this hotel is for you. Hairy and crusty stained sheets and filthy carpet. We forfeited our already paid for 2nd night and went to a different hotel. Never again.

When we first got to our room it smelled like bleach so we assumed it was cleaned. Well it wasn’t - the floors were still covered in crumbs and other weird stuff. The bathroom floors had random crumbs and sticky things as well. You could tell someone rushed to clean it - the breakfast also consisted of coffee , muffins and granola bars

There was rust in the bathtube. There was rust on the microwave. I am glad I brought my own sheets because theirs had bleach stains and looked dirty.

There was a sign saying the rooms are cleaned and sanitized. Not true. Bathroom sink had hair wrapped around bottom of handle, there was a hole in the bedspread, there was plastic soda can holder and salad dressing packet tin refrigerator, window track was layers of dirt and debris.

Obviously not a lot of attention to detail on cleaning the rooms. There was a condom by the night stand. If they missed something this obvious, what else are they missing? The rest of the stay was ok. Just a little gross having to see that.

Disgusting. The room hadn't been cleaned at all. The shower had hair and shampoo literally on the walls and in the tub. I had to clean it myself. The counter top had food dried/crusted all over it. Also had to clean that. The sheets and towels looked like they had been used then refolded with the exception of one of the bath towels. It was actually unbelievable.

I was seriously disappointed. Not only was the phone in my room not working - the cord was actually cut. I reported the issue on my first night and nothing was done. While I can deal with outdated furnishings, the drawers in the dresser fell apart when opening them. The kitchenette was also dated and about to fall apart. Also, there is no dishwasher and dishes/pots & pans must be requested from the front desk.

Normally don't have a problem here but this time the room was filthy, my feet turned black walking on the floor, there was hair on the shower curtain, no internet in the room and when we inquired we were told we could call their wifi people, and the ac/heater was so loud we could hardly hear the TV when it kicked on and when we turned the TV up to hear it we were afraid it would disturb the neighbors, overall not a great stay and will probably choose a new place to stay next year

The room was clean. The layout picture for the room wasn't accurate. No sofa, and no separate room for the kitchenette. The cooking articles weren't available as advertised. No coffeemaker or toaster available as advertised. The TV was internet based, but our wifi was so poor that the TV paused and glitched every few seconds. Several plumbing fixtures were broken. We will not be staying with this company ever again.

The room across the hall from ours had dogs that were barking non stop. I asked the front desk to address this. I even asked to change rooms and was told that they were booked solid. As we settled in to sleep. The dogs started barking again. I called the front desk again. It took them over an hour and a half to get the dogs quiet.

Usually, I like this property. The management company is another story. I had an emergency and had to leave three days early. I worked with Expedia to get a refund and the property did not help. They did not offer a credit, etc. Buyer beware.

Inside of the building seems to be older, clean but not kept up to day. Hard to find someone to give direction as to how to access the wifi. The property is in a corporate area with limited food options, but several fast food chains that are within a walkable half mile. Not a bad price for the area hotel/motel market.

This is an old property that they tried to make look better. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The “complimentary breakfast” was instant oatmeal, dry muffins, & granola bars. Rarely was there anyone at the front desk.

This facility was all that was available where we needed to be. It is not a typical hotel. It is very very basic, i.e. no in-room coffee; no cups for water. I guess it's meant for folks to live in more long term and renters have to bring their own stuff. Not what I was looking for. And the coffee machine at the entrance was out of order the first night! Not a good experience!

Staff is great. Tub didn\'t hold water, no water pressure, only coffee was before 9am. Terrible snack "breakfast" selection. It\'s all processed foods. Very minimal everything. And the refrigerator didn\'t stop humming the entire time.

Lacked many amenities that are typically at hand in basic hotel that would have made our 3-day stay more comfortable, for instance hair dryer, hair conditioner & lotion, plates, cups & utensils for kitchenette, full length mirror. There were rust stains around bathroom fixtures. Grab & Go breakfast consisted of individually wrapped muffins & cookie-type granola bars.
