Great stay

I picked this hotel because they offered a rollaway bed for free. When we arrived they informed us we couldn’t have one in our room. I said the booking said rollaway bed was offered free. They said it’s only allowed in the king size room. This was frustrating because my teen had just had a medical procedure at the children’s hospital next door. They said since you booked third party we can’t help with it- so using hotels was a negative thing in their book. I also had filtered it to free breakfast with stay. Breakfast was not free it was $14.00 a person. I don’t know if the site needs to update or the hotel itself needs to update its listing but it was for sure frustrating. Beds were hard and pillows thing. Only had three pillows on the bed. They did give us two more. Our floor was slanted and our bag actually rolled across it, felt like I was dizzy walking around. I also saw a box hypodermic needs on the check in counter which was strange. I just don’t think the price correlates with what was offered or maybe they reserve their uneven rooms for hotel.com bookings.

We had to request towels because our room didn’t get serviced the first night

Food was very good and service excellent. Did not take advantage of the bar. Desk staff was helpful, courteous and eager to help.
