The room was very clean. The provided toiletries were top notch ands smelled excellent. The bar and restaurant had excellent service and food/drinks. My only complaint was the elevators, they were confusing and having to use two to get from the lobby to the parking area was kinda a pain.

If I could give a hotel 10 stars, this would be the one to get them. The hotel was so clean and so inviting. I absolutely loved our room and quite miss it. It is so clean. The beds are so comfortable. The staff is so kind. We didn’t visit the pool, but we did check it out and it was great. They have this outdoor patio with beautiful fireplaces that you can light up and sit around in the evening. Parking was such a breeze they have $10 a day parking on the back of the hotel or free parking along side of the street. We chose to do the $10 parking and it was great. We did not visit the bar or restaurant, but whenever we came in and out, there was always plenty of people there. The only bad thing that I would say that this hotel has is the elevator that brings you up to the lobby from the parking lot. The $10 parking lot is that it’s very outdated. It’s very slow and it’s super hot in that hallway and I believe that’s the only entrance into the lobby from that parking lot that’s the only thing that I would change, but I love the hotel. I would absolutely stay again , I will be staying here anytime I visit Kansas City.

Not up to usual standards. Stayed here 6 months ago, and it was great then, not so much this time. Pool dirty and in need of filter system upkeep. Cloudy, with visible dirt at bottom of pool. One pillow clearly had not been washed, snot on pillowcase. Food subpar. Parking exit restricted to only one way out, used to be two. Room linenes still in hallway well into the night. Maids appear to be understaffed.Looks like management has checked out.Can no longer recommend this Hotel.

This is a nice and upscale hotel only a 2 minute walk to the Convention Center. The only thing that surprised me is that parking is $10 per night and breakfast is $19 tax and tip at a sit-down restaurant. The pool is nice, but they do not enforce the rules of anyone under 16 needing an adult with them and no horseplay or rowdiness. The room was nice and spacious with plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Overall great experience as usual. However since my last stay' you now have use cards on the elevator to gwt to tour floor...at times carrying bagge while dealing with a toddler made this annoying if i forgot to pull the room key out. And now parking is more inconvenient unless you pay

Nice hotel, good location, clean room, comfy bed. I despise being charged for parking, especially on an open parking lot in an area that really should not be charging for parking. Also, the coffee shop is unfortunately a Starbucks, which is not someplace I like to patron

20 floors in this hotel and they only had 2 luggage carts. There was a concert in town and a dance competition so the hotel was packed. They also had 2 out of the 4 elevators out of order. When you are handicapped it is difficult to stand for long periods of time and you can’t climb several flights of stairs.

Great staff, all the pillows are old and coming apart, same with the blankets. The blanket was covered in hair, sheets were covered in hair and stains, and one of the stains on the sheets looked like blood. Pillow cases were stained and covered with hair also. Showers are not meant for a big guy, I’m 6’3 285lbs and couldn’t even stand and shower facing the shower head. Had to stand side ways the whole time.

Have stayed there several times and they keep the property spotless. from the moment you walk into the lobby and check in one notices the pristine condition on this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and perfectly clean. The Starbucks on the property has a huge selection to choose from and are prepared to the same standards as the stand alone stores. most importantly upon arrival you are treated as though you are family !!! truly amazed how friendly the staff was....

There was trash in the room and the shower curtain liner was dirty. Literally nobody that worked there smiled. You were made to feel very unwelcome. It’s an adequate basic hotel but definitely wouldn’t be first choice. They put a $50 hold on my credit card and won’t remove it for 10 days. Said that is standard practice. It’s not how the other 3 hotels that I stayed with this month did things. Also fell in lobby over furniture sitting out in the walkway. Hotel staff showed no concern and said a lot of people trip over that.

Air conditioning was very old or just not working well. It was very uncomfortable sleeping in a stuffy room. I didn’t realize there was no microwave in the room. When I tried to reach out to the front desk no one answered. I hate to point out but for some reason we had to opened toilet paper rolls. I’m sorry but that is just disgusting

Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and nice. We had a corner room which was very quiet. The lounge downstairs was also a grill with some tasty food. The hotel was close to shopping and entertainment. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was great. The hotel is clean, beds are comfy, staff is nice and efficient. It’s a great location to jump on the highway and get to Arrowhead easily or jump on the highway and get downtown easily. There are good fast food places not far. The only problem we had was it’s not too quiet. I could hear the adjoining rooms conversation at night and all the doors opening & closing and talking in the hallway. I would recommend, especially if you’re a heavy sleeper.

Had a lovely stay at Sheraton. The room was big and spacious and the bathroom was clean. It’s very quiet mostly because everything is so spread out and there’s really not much within walking distance but I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Definitely will keep on my list for when I go back to Kansas.

Booked room on Expedia. Get to the hotel and they don’t have any rooms ready. Only way to get in a room was to pay for an upgrade to a suite which I did because we were on a tight timeframe for the event we had to get to.

Was staying here for a concert, but when we got there to check in our room wasn’t ready. Was told I would get a call, never got one. Luckily we had friends staying there as well so we could get ready, but one reason of getting a hotel was so we could get ready before concert, so then we had to check in when we got back which was fine, but ended up paying over $200 just to be in our room for a total of 6 hours.

- I returned in the early hours on my second night to find room had not been cleaned, nor refreshed. No clean towels. Staff lied, by documenting (per day supervisor) that the room had been refreshed, - I requested coffee for two. One and half cup of lukewarm coffee was served. I requested hot coffee. - Restaurant staffer told me the lady manager was in the building, however, when I asked for her at the front desk, a gentleman who said he was the day supervisor said he was the administrator on duty! - After paying so much money per night, I look forward to hearing a good reason why my room was not cleaned or refreshed. - Disappointed customer.

The lobby was beautiful which provided me with high hopes of the rest of the spaces. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not to my expectations. The room and bathroom was not cleaned to my standards. The smell of the bathroom water was that of rotten eggs. The a/c could never quite catch up with the heat coming in through the large windows. The parking is pay per night at $10/night. The elevator for the parking area smelled of stale air. The continental breakfast buffet was not worth the $19, some of the hot food items were undercooked and the wait staff only refilled drinks when waved down to do so. The room was not attended to on the second day of the stay so I had to ask the desk for more towel. The second night of my stay, I ordered room service. The order was incorrect and the chicken wings were cold. The check out process was easy.
