The woman wasn’t gonna rent us the room after it was paid fully through the app i had to doordash the deposit that it says nothing about then she closed the pool and didn’t reopen it in the morning told me i had an hour till check out i had no time to swim and that was why i chose this location and it advertises breakfast you get granola bars and juice or coffee very disappointing

The room is extremely out dated. The bathroom has mold in the ceiling, the tub looked like a mat had been ripped up, there was hair in the tub and it didn’t look clean. I laid down a towel in the tub to not step on the tub bottom. The sink was dirty in the bathtub was dirty. The furniture in the room is old and worn badly. The room also had an Oder to it. I do not recommend at all. Luckily for us we only needed a place to rest for the night and for the price…. You get what you pay for. It was so bad I brought my own towels in the room.

We stayed here for one night while traveling from Houston to New Orleans. The property itself was very clean, both inside and outside, which made our stay comfortable. The only downside was the front desk customer service, which could have been more welcoming. Overall, it was fine for a short stop.

The air conditioner was having trouble cooling. It was a bit on the warm side for me. The room was clean and cute. The property manager was friendly. I would stay there again. We stayed one night on our way to Florida and needed a place to sleep. The price is reasonable. No connecting room, which was something we needed. Overall, it’s good.

We’ve stayed here a few times. The property definitely needs some updating. The sink was cracked and multiple issues with walls with botched fixes. But we didn’t care we just needed a place to sleep and shower for our stay.

The lady at the counter was nice. She checked us and quickly. Upon getting into our room we found roaches and a bee. The whole room needed an upgrade fixtures were falling internet didn't work very good. Well we got what we paid for.

The staff at this Howard Johnson hotel was spectacular, so friendly and helpful they made our stay absolutely delightful. The room was clean comfortable and newly renovated, beds were great, slept well. They get five stars from us!

This property is old, yet clean. Little dingy. AC didn't function to it's capacity so it was discomforting. Even though we were only there for 6 hours (arrived at 5am and checked out by 11am), we managed to rest. Staff were nice.

The front desk was very accommodating. There is no coffee pot in the room and breakfast doesn't start until 7am so I missed out due to having to leave to go to work. I chose the hotel based off of the price plus the fact they served breakfast. The staff more than made up for my disappointment in hospitality.

It was nice to find an affordable room for one night on short notice through the app. It was also nice to have the reservation correct and available upon arrival. While checking out just before 11am it was nice to have complimentary coffee since the room price includes a continental breakfast but, apparently, not after 10am. Approximately 8 hours after check out, the realization that an item had been left behind generated a phone call. The manager seemed quite ambivalent stating that the item had likely been recycled. What?!?! That response was not only shocking, it is also unacceptable. We shall see if this manager has any idea how to manage his housekeeping staff or how to provide good customer service.

Need it a rest on a road trip and all nice hotels were booked so I had to look for other options. The hotel is located in a historical neighborhood very close to the street shopping. Safe area and the hotel room was very clean and smell clean. The furniture seemed new. Very safe location to travel with family or by yourself. The only thing is that breakfast is NOT provided eventhough it says so when you are booking. Close to the convention center and downtown area.

It was disgusting to say the least. There was trash in the bathroom garbage, hair in the shower, toenail clippings on the carpet, something shives in the door peephole, kids found beads by the bed on the floor- if it wasnt late and I had kids falling asleep I would have left. We didnt shower or walk barefoot anywhere in the room. No wifi or breakfast as stated. Broken juice machine and a pot of coffee was all that was 'offered'. The perk was that the a.c. worked atleast and we had our own pillows and blankets as i didnt trust much to be clean after what we saw. I knew it was an inexpensive hotel but expected more from any hotel by wyndam.

It is what it is for the price point. Room was clean. I reserved a king bed, but they put us in a double and was charged the same price as king room. Don't expect much for the "breakfast". It was a couple of muffins cut up into quarters.

I am not sure why Orbitz would have people give this place a 4 or 5 star. This place was dirty, nasty and smelly. There were holes in the walls, tiles were missing, microwave was dirty and so was the fridge. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. Oh, they do not have breakfast the way their website shows.
