When we first arrived we immediately found out that the pool was closed due to them adding chemicals but not fully sure so that immediately made me upset. Then when we entered the side door to go to the room the carpet smell was horrible. After COVID you'd think hotels would remove carpet but I digress. Upon entering the rm, the toilets were small and low like toddler potties. The AC barely worked and had our allergies on 20 the whole time. The breakfast was ok, to say the least, I wasn't expecting anything grandiose! Will I be back, NO!

The staff was excellent but the property needs some TLC. The first room we were in the ac unit had been leaking and the carpet was soaked. The elevator was scary.

When we got there our air didn't work. So it was hot and muggy. But they replaced the whole unit and it was nice after. They were friendly and attentive. Parking was hard because not a lot of spaces. But not bad for the price.

The service were very helpful. We had to change rooms because the room smelled of ammonia. It’s a little outdated, but it was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The pool was not so clean when we got there needed getting trash out. I noticed on the day we were leaving. They were cleaning it out.

Roaches in the bathroom. Room leaning so drawers in the dresser draw would not stay o”closed. Mildew on the tile in the shower. Restroom door stuck and had to be pushed and lifted up to close it. Restroom door hinges rusty and stained.

The staff was very hospitable, however the room was not up to my standards, particularly the bathroom. There was rust in the base of the bathtub as well as on the tissue holder. The shower head had build up that varied in color.

When we were going to bed I pulled back the sheets and they were dirty with someone else’s hair on them and some purple damp spots. The cleaning staff had left so they offered to change our room. We declined and they gave us clean sheets to change ourselves. Then we found a dead bug in the other bed. The staff was very nice but I don’t know how they missed the dirty beds. We also found someone else’s black shirt between the mattress and the headboard that was filthy. Won’t be back there for sure.

We were there for the night to see a comedy. The room was clean. definitely needs updating in. The air condition was obviously set for them so you could not set. It was slightly warm in there.

The room did not have ports to charge cell phones. Most hotels do. I had to go out to my car to search for a charging block. The bed was okay but not really comfortable. Fortunately I was exhausted so I slept okay, but not great

We only stayed one night passing through town. The property is nice. The lobby was pretty with a large tree decorated for July 4th. The staff were all very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our only complaint would be there was an odor in the room. It was tolerable so we did not request a room change. Most likely the rooms need to be updated with new carpet and ac unit as it was set at 64 but was not that cold. The AC ran loudly all night.

Checking in was great, once i got to the room immediately knew it was going to be a hot nights sleep. Ac doesnt work very good.. definitely need new pillows. The bathroom door didnt shut at all. When i locked the door the latch screw was lose. But over all nice place nice people.. just needs some updating . Oh and breakfast was good

Room was clean and everything in working order. While the room felt a bit muggy at first we were able to get that handled. I will warn and not sure if it is every room, clearly some resurfacing of the bathtub has been done which made it awkward to shower. Almost co.ing to a V. I would suggest if you have any type of mobility concerns to request a room with a walk in shower if that is an available option. I would still stay here again though!!

My favorite part of this hotel was the person at the front desk. He went above and beyond. Upon arrival we had to wait a few minutes for the room. Elijah made sure we had water. He kept checking to make sure we were ok. When we finally went into the room, the ac was really blowing. I had mention earlier how hot it was. Later that day, we had problems or so we thought. He came in the room and handle it. I also mention I needed utensils and he made sure to get them. He was very amazing and attentive. Thanks ELIJAH

The staff at this hotel is outstanding. I dealt with two at the front desk and one in the breakfast area. They were all very friendly and helpful. I will go back again because of the staff.

Called to notify we would be checking in late after a four hour drive. Was first told I didn’t have a reservation when I showed up, then was given a key for someone else’s room! Fortunately they had the flip lock on and we probably only gave them a scare, but then we had to come back up and wait another 10 minutes to be sorted into another room. The worker was friendly at least, but management should really do better training to prevent things like this.

Musty, toilet leaking water on floor, TV Volume broken, only can get 2 towels at a time. When called desk, they stated there was nothing they could do about my issues. No credit, no refund, just deal with the issues. Also not in best part of town. Pass this place by. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everyone of the staff was polite, professional and welcoming. We never walked through the lobby without a friendly greeting. The hair dryer didnt work in our room, I stopped at the desk on our way out for the day. By the time we returned we had a new one installed. The breakfast was great. The nice lady handled the very busy room like a pro. We also utilized the pool and the entire family from 2 rooms had a great time. Thank you to all your staff. Im sure we will be back someday

Our stay at this location was for a baseball tournament. It is conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from the ballpark. Walmart is also less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. It is next door to a graveyard, which makes for quiet neighbors.

I recently stayed here during a trip moving my daughter home from college. While there is really nothing around the hotel as far as fuel or food, the hotel itself was clean and the staff was nice. Our room was a little dated, but the bathroom was clean and the AC worked well. There was a good selection of food at breakfast, and the dining area was also very clean. All-in-all, I would stay here again. We felt safe, the staff were all kind, and having a clean, comfortable room to rest in was delightful.

Wonderful place. Excellent welcoming staff. Very clean. Breakfast area had lots of choices: biscuits, bacon, veggie omelet, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, fruit, and drinks. Comfortable beds. Nice shower.

Great property, friendly staff. Room needs some TLC. Bathroom door had terrible patched paint. The handle on the door would automatically put the deadbolt out when you opened it. Had to go to the front desk to see how to pull it back in because the actual lock was broken so you could not use it to actually lock the door. Breakfast was tasty. The pancake machine was not working on Sunday. Worked on Saturday. Was told it was burning pancakes... not sure I believe that. Muffins were never refilled. Overall I'd rate our stay a 7/10.
