They recently renovated the hotel, so everything is fresh. It was nice before, but the renovation was an improvement. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the place is huge and to be prepared for a long walk from wherever you park to your room. Otherwise it is a fabulous place to stay.

Nice adult only pool and they also have a lazy river! Not many umbrellas to help stay out of the sun! Room was nice and comfortable for 3-4 adults.

Good. Phone in room was either broken or the front desk, room service didn’t always answer. Spa closed at 1 or 2 pm! I was golfing and couldn’t get a massage after playing. Ok food options, very pricey. Liked free beverage stations in casino.

I arrived a few hours early on Monday and was allowed to check in prior to the normal time .. I had a beautiful view, the lazy river pool was gorgeous ..the walk in glass shower was a dream. The ambiance of the casino resort was amazing .. Deposit was returned to my card immediately upon checkout And I won $486 at the casino .

Great place! We loved the pool area, hot tubs, and lazy river, however, my husband and I were very disappointed in the lack of attendance at poolside. We had to go around the whole pool area to find a towel. Also, as the groundskeeping and growth around the lazy river were beautiful and amazing all the leaves, debris, and dead remnants from growth blew within the river and left it a mess. We did not even get in it due to the trash in it. All it would take would be a pool boy to skim out some of the trash a couple of times a day.

Pool areas were very clean. Plenty of pool chairs were available.

Pool needed attention. Trash along banks of the lazy river and leaves and debris were heavy in the water. Need more food options during the early week.

The hotel is kind of old for the prices. The restaurants are really good but in our room, we had sweet ants everywhere.

The room was very clean. What stood out the most for me was the comfortable bed. I only stayed one night and I didn't want to get out of bed the next day. I will definitely visit again very soon.

Not many options open late with hot food at least til 2/3am my room had water bottles from the previous person still in it. Dirty toilet paper in trash can. Pool is nice as far as the front employees that check ID’s before entering they are RUDE not all but most. I checked out the same day I checked in because the whole process to even get in the casino was terrible and went to check into golden nugget next door. I want a refund I only stayed a few hours!!! Did not use the pool OR CASINO because of the worker.

This was our 15th Anniversary trip. You couldnt regulate the room temperature. It was set at 68 degrees . I switched it to 75 so it would be warmer when coming back from the pool, we came back to at 65 degree room. I had to shut the whole system down because it kept getting colder in there even set on heat. The bottles of Shampoo,conditioner, hand soap etc in the rooms were all empty. I had to call down to have some dropped off at the room. There was dust all over, a layer of it in the phone and alarm clock, the head board... There was no trash liners in the waste paper baskets. There was a dripping sound coming from.the ceiling continously that made it hard to sleep. I woke with a terrible migraine because of the room being so stuffy, but it was either that or freeze. This is the 1st and LAST time we will stay here. Ill take the extra hour drive to Coushatta from now on.

This used to be a very nice hotel to stay at, however, the room was not clean, the tv remote was missing, the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough. The pool was not clean, leaves etc. Like they don't clean it every morning, even with a net. I will not stay at this hotel again. Not for the cost of the rooms.

L’Auberge is a wonderful place to visit. There’s many amenities and the pool is worth it alone, but for the money I paid, the cleanliness was not up to par. There was hair in the bathroom on the floor and hair in the bed. The sheets had obviously not been changed and you could tell they vacuumed the main part of the bathroom, but when you shut the door there was hair in front of the toilet and where the door would be against the wall if the door was open. For a 4 star hotel at a casino, you’d atleast expect clean sheets. Also, the bed was hard as a rock.

Nice amenities within the hotel. Overpriced coffee shop and snacks. Extremely noisy room right next to elevator. Don't put anyone in a shared wall with elevator. I had to change rooms. It was the elevator itself creaking through the walls - not the noise of people. Cigarette smoke downstairs was gross, but I guess that's what you get with a casino.

The property is amazing. Very easy to find our way around. Loved the swim area and lazy river. The room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Did not get a chance to interact much with the staff. But they were very nice and personable.

Room was nice and clean. Great service. I had to get up at 4:15 for a procedure. I had to take a cold shower because the water would not get hot, not even warm!

The room was a conjoined room and the joining door was not padded. It rattled when bumped or when the door on either side shut. My neighbor was international so his phone calls were between midnight and 5:00 a.m. I heard the whole conversation. It sounded like he was in my room. Also, my room was not cleaned and when I call the front desk from the room phone, the call was routed to security. I callo the front desk from my cell phone but no one picked up, the automated message picked up after so many rings advising no one was available and to call back. I don’t know why I couldn’t get fresh towels or my room cleaned. It was weird. But when I went up to my room after check in, the door was open. That was even weirder. I left the door opened and checked the room and bathroom for guests.

The room was clean and spacious. I particularly liked the comfort of the bed.

Everything was great except there was no hot water in room for shower. Water was cool in the shower.

Room clean but place was noisy.. dogs barking and walls thin. Could hear people in the next room all night long.

Took a business client to spend the day at the casino and to relax in the hot tub and lazy river. It was her birthday and staff treated her special, gave her a birthday cake. We upgraded to a double from a king, and asked for an early checkin if available. They were quick in satisfying our changes and requests. We had a good time gambling and taking a dip in the pool, we will return.

The stay was great, check in was not so great. The app didn’t work and the lines were long.

Stayed July 22–23, 2025 We visited from Houston to celebrate my mother’s birthday with my two young kids, but our stay was ruined by marijuana smoke in our room (we were in a non-smoking room) We first noticed it late on the 22nd and again after returning from a short trip on the 23rd. A staff member confirmed the smell and told us to report it. Multiple employees, including a manager and supervisor assured us we would be moved to a new room, but no one ever followed through and the front desk kept passing the buck. We were left in a smoky room with children and no support. I should have just called the police. Completely unacceptable. An infuriating experience.

The staff was excellent. The lady who checked us in. (I think her name was brandy or brandie) she was amazing. we were upgraded to a wonderful view of the pool area and lake. Everything was clean and nice. I will definitely stay here again .

It was nice room was clean and nice but tried to get extra towels and coffee called the number given for room service never got anyone to answer had to track down the cleaning crew to get those items. Called several time never got anyone to answer. That was very disappointing since we’re staying 2 nights. No one ever came to clean the room.

As always it was a amazing stay. The rooms were spotless and the hospitality was the best.

Bfast not included but thats OK. We went to the lobby bfast station and the SBUX at GN. Our 1st time here. We really enjoyed. So so comfortable. Spent time at the pool, the beach, walking the area. A great stay.

Property grounds are attractive and well maintained. Our room,with a lake view, was stylish and clean.

Upon booking our hotel, we were informed of a property fee amounting to $75, which we accepted without issue. However, upon our arrival, this fee increased to $127. The check-in process was efficient, despite the long queue, as there were only four staff members available to assist guests. Upon entering our room, we were assigned one with a back view, which was satisfactory, although not exceptional. After settling in, we spent time at the pool, enjoying our experience, although my husband did not participate in swimming on the first day. We ordered food room service and subsequently explored the amenities offered by LaBerge. While there was a game room for children, it was disappointingly small and lacked a variety of games, leading me to rate it only marginally for its presence. In terms of family-friendliness, the facilities were adequate; however, there were noticeable shortcomings, particularly in balancing the needs of both adults and children. The resort’s primary feature was the pool, with little else available for recreation aside from a small game room. Additionally, we appreciated the small beach area located behind the property, which provided access to other hotels and resorts. However, we did encounter challenges related to the behavior of some other guests, as certain individuals exhibited rudeness, particularly towards families with children. It is my belief that such guests should be appropriately managed to enhance the overall atmosphere for families.

There is not enough clear signage in the parking area to direct you to the hotel lobby area. Therefore, I walked around for a while only to discover that I passed it on my way into the complex. The person checking me into the room mumbled, wasn’t friendly or outgoing, and mumbled the room number handed me my room cards and keys and that was it. I had to ask the room number and where the elevators were. The elevators are a HAUL from the lobby so be prepared to walk.

We loved the comfort of the hotel. Access to the casino and the lazy river was a definite plus.

We were able to check in early. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view of the golf course!

The food from Asia restaurant was so fresh and good . A hot bath and a comfortable bed . Great! It was the perfect holiday visit . So relaxing ! I even got an early checking !

The property was fine overall but going during downseason should not mean lack of staff and services and above all the food scene was terrible. Restaurants are closed or close early if they have limited patrons. Had to drive out to go get food. We are trying Golden Nuggets next weekend.

Plenty of eating options; Asia was so good and affordable! Great staff as well! Beds were comfortable and the pillows were really nice! Slight bummers: Pool bars closed at 7, yet pool stayed open until 10. Shops and arcade closed early as well.

L'auberge did not disappoint. The bed was quite comfortable and we had a good view of the lazy river around the pool area as well as Lake Prien. Dinner at Drago's Seafood was scrumptious.

Everything was great, except too many restaurants closed during the week.

Check in was easy, went to room and it was comfortable, well-furnished and spotless. It was a Monday night, so I walked down to the ESPN Cafe and had a burger which was great and watched football. Will stay again when I am in the area.

Restaurants were closed because we were there on a Tuesday? Disappointing.

I wish Dragos was open during the week. Overall great stay and the food at Sanchos and Ember was great!
