The pool stayed green and murky the entire time. Someone threw an entire bottle of pool test strips by the pool. I used one ... it showed little to no chlorine to kill bacteria.

The hotel was near Wendy’s, Waffle House and gas stations. We only stayed for one night. The hallways didn’t smell the best and there’s no elevator to get to the second floor. There’s a washer and dryer and ice machine in the buildings. It’s 3 separate buildings and we stayed in B. The room had some stains on the carpet, there were some webs on the closet ceiling. The tv was small. The smoke alarm was missing from the wall and the wires were showing and we found it in the bedside dresser drawer. The bed was okay and the top cover had some stains so we didn’t use that one sleep with. The bathroom was okay but there was a shelf missing in the shower and 2 of the towels had stains on them. I don’t know if they were washed before and couldn’t get them out or what. But we just needed a place to sleep and for under $80 we didn’t expect much.

Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful by placing us downstairs due to having our puppy. Room on the otherhand was a bit outdated and had a horrible musty smell, when turning on ac discovered a basketball size mold spot on the carpet. We didn't swim but the pool was open and looked decent. Overall not horrible if you've been traveling for a week and are sick of being dinged for pet deposits.

The property was nice. The rooms were clean. The problem is there is no sign to tell you how to turn into the property. There is also a building next to it that is all boarded up that makes the hotel look like it is clean. You have to turn in at Wendy's. Once we figured that out it was all fine.

The pool was very clean. Enjoyed swimming. The parking lot is TERRIBLE. The building does smell weird but our room smelt okay. The cover that protects the mattress had stains, but the sheets and top covers were fine. Basic hotel. Nothing fancy. Just ran down.

I got a room for almost a week and only stayed one night barely. I got a nonsmoking room and it smelled like a lot lizard had a party in it. The smoke smell was so embedded into everything that I had to wrap my pillow with my jacket and still didn’t help. The towels smelled like cigarettes, between the mattress and headboard was a ton of trash and hair, stains on the walls that I don’t what it was and didn’t want to find out, bathroom was disgusting with obvious mold around tub, roaches crawling around, and so many other things. When I checked out I went to grab my stuff and get my refund. He gave me the other nights but not for that day because I was a COUPLE minutes after checkout. Location is extremely disgusting and doesn’t look safe with the old busted building next to it, potholes, and the cigarette smell is still strong before you enter the building for the rooms. A lot of work needs to be done here. Will not be going back at all

Pulling up to the establishment, i absolutely did not recognize it. The photos did not portray what I was witnessing in person. The room was disturbing, filthy, and smelled of weed. The bed sheets and pillow cases were stained with mysterious brown spots, the blanket had cigarette burns, and to top it all off.. a dead cockroach was smeared along the wall. Legs still intact. When going to complain about this, I was cut off immediately. No communication. Just given a different room. Slightly less dirty, but equally run down as the last. The bed wasn’t even a full, but instead two twin beds shoved together. Disgusting.

Room was disgusting!! Mold, dust, horrible smell, stained sheets, the carpeted floors were damp, shower wouldn’t drain. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could have found a different hotel that night that wasn’t booked up we would have left and went elsewhere. The grossest place I’ve ever slept in

I would not recommend this motel. First the entrance is not well lit and it is hard to drive into. The beds were horrible, the way the toilet sits was extremely hard to use, very little earm water and not enough towels or pillows. Also the plug in was not working near the bed.

The first thing you see is a run - down empty restaurant right next to the motel office. It was very concerning that the motel might be just as bad. The entrance to our hallway and the parking lot could use a good cleaning. Our bed was clean and comfortable, but the motel is very outdated. We would not stay there again.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. Great location, easy to access 10. Close to dog friendly park and restaurant. Went to west baton rouge dog park and ate 2x at court cafe. Staff at check in and check out very nice. Highly recommend.

"under new management"? and it looks like they are doing some renovations. Dusting the room was for cosmetics only. Walls had dirt on them by the closet. Caulking around the bath tub was a total mess, problably done in five seconds. Toilet was installed at an angle, while sitting on the seat you could lean on the sink counter. If you want a place to just sleep, it was Ok. but I wouldn't recommend staying there doing the day.

If you need a bed for a night in a pinch it was ok and just ok. The place smelled like a musty old camp house. The ac unit in our room was extremely noisy. The property itself was rundown. Would not recommend.

Our second time staying. Of course it’s an older property and could use some remodeling but it was great service for the price. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay again for the value.

This hotel is located right bed to a condemned/closed restaurant where homeless people hangout. When walking in the hallway to the rooms the smell of marijuana was overpowering. Property was fairly quiet for being right off the highway. Staff was excellent great service very personable. The room was better than what I would’ve expected from a low budget motel. Definitely would recommend and definitely planning on staying again.

The parking lot is pot hole central, the hallways smelleld like mold, no breakfast u less you made your own coffee, the room was horrible. There was plaster falling off the ceiling into the ac vent, the bathroom door was torn up from someone locking up an animal and it wanting out, there was mold on the wall, nothing smelled fresh or clean, there were stains on the bathroom tile from a trash can that no longer existed and a few of the sockets didnt work. Im glad we only booked 1 night

Debris around premises, old tires, cigarette butts, paper wrappers, pot holes in parking lot, fence falling down, fridge not working, looks like someone tried to break into window...screen was pulled away from frame, dirty carpeting, toilet lopsided.
