I was only there for three nights and the cops were there twice. There were holes in the blankets. Walls and cleaning were cracking. The room door didn't even fully shut air noise and bugs could make it in the room. There were trash bags sitting in the parking lot. Weird people walking around the property at night. I felt the need to put something infront of the door to keep people from breaking in because the door wasn't sturdy and barley bolted on.

I got a king size smoking room there was a 30 inch tv that u could not hook up fire stick to and there was lines through the TV .it was nice they had a pool but it was so cloudy it was quite the grounds were v clean no unnecessary traffic was quite staff was friendly overall I hope I want have to go bk there but letting my cat come w me and the bed w my pillows was extremely comfortable

We booked from out of state. When we arrived it was late and there were people walking all around through the parking lot, shouting at each other. There was trash and old grills laying on the lawn. When we got in the room it was just worn out. For the price this motel should be in a lot better condition.

The property is clean and maintained. The motel is next to a Loves truck stop and Arby’s. Other fast food are a short ride. This is a mid range motel and was satisfactory. My only complaint was the lady who checked me in, was on a private call the entire time. It took her awhile to find my reservation. Morning staff was good.

As I entered the room and my daughter sat on the bed I began un packing only to hear her scream mommie a bug, I turn around and it’s a bed bugg crawling on the sheets. I flip the covers back only to find eggs and more bed buggs. I tell the staff and he stated I had been checked in for an hour ! No need to check The reservation he knows they do not have bed buggs I explained to him I had a daughter and we had been traveling and I did not pay to sleep with things biting me or my child ! He argued that I had been checked in for an hour which I had not! I had been checked in for about 15 mins and I know I didn’t bring bed bugs into the room from my car! This was overall horrible I wish I could post the videos

This was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. There was dried blood in the bathtub, the floors were not swept, there was someone else’s food in the fridge, and on top of that they left us 2 wash cloths and no full size towels. The pipe behind the toilet was constantly leaking so the bathroom floor was wet. It is nearly impossible to get into direct contact with an OYO front desk or anyone from OYO because of their automated system. We also could not use the Wi-Fi because a code was not provided to us and when we finally went to ask for the code it was wrong. Luckily, we barely were in the room as we were in town for an event. If it was a longer stay, I would have found a new hotel.

Very friendly staff, room was clean, shower and wifi all working. I booked the largest room and it certainly was spacious, the only downside was the poor lighting in the room. But for the cost it was a lot better than expected.

Very happy with my 1 night stay. The only drawback could be not many places to eat around and there is a lot of traffic going over the bridge during peak time. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Stayed 3 days and it was quiet. Had to ask for extra pillows being that the pillows provided were not that great for my neck. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again!

Arrived at the hotel to check-in. OYO did not have the room available I reserved on Expedia. Front desk canceled the reservation, stating I would receive a refund from Expedia. I was still charged for the room, due to the hotel “cancelation policy.” This hotel is a dump at first glance. Random people walking around the parking lot late at night. Police presence for obvious reasons. Management obviously doesn’t care about customer service, just charging unsuspecting guests for hotel rooms they cannot fulfill. Expedia should not allow this hotel on their platform.

Place was disgusting, people just hanging outside all on balcony drinking & smoking weed. Also the TV didn't work when we got there, plus there was a lot of flying insects in the room which made it uncomfortable, the air conditioning didn't work right. Also it was on when I arrived which I thought was weird. Bottom line, place sucked 😔

The area was so unsafe and did not match the pictures or reviews. Met a police officer at the gas station next to the hotel who stated my car may not be there when I wake up. Ended up leaving after multiple suspicious people were seen walking the lot and did not even sleep. No refund given.
