We phoned 7 times for the airport shuttle. No one answered. The hotel next door shares the shuttle thank god as someone from that hotel had phoned so we were able to get to the hotel. Super frustrating after flying all day

Room was dirty. Stains on the floor and toilet seat was dirty upon arrival. The toilets in my room and my mother's room was clogged several times and the icing on the cake was the shower. We couldn't even take a nice shower, the water would go from hot to extremely cold. My showers were cut short. I am very disappointed in the Hilton.

The location was noisy, with airplanes landing and traffic, and I did not sleep well. The AC shut off in the middle of the night and I had to get up and turn it back on. The mattress was not cushy and the sheets were thin and cheap-feeling. The bathtub porcelain lining had worn off in places and was blackened. If I was supposed to get a HHonors welcome gift, there was none. (I don't know if this was a hotel policy, but it was listed among the review prompts.) The airport shuttle was the reason I chose this hotel, and it was excellent. Also, I appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom and the digital clock on the nightstand. I'm groggy from lack of sleep as I write this, so it may sound harsh.

I understand the commitment to being green. However if a guest requests multiple times to have the room serviced, it should be done. Having a clean room everyday was one of the main reasons I chose to stay at a hotel instead of an Airbnb. Staff was entirely unhelpful. WiFi was terrible, it didn’t work the entire time. With this experience I’ll never be returning to Hilton for any of my future stays.

The property is outdated and needs a facelift. Also, we did not receive any housekeeping. We had limited toilet paper and tissues. The front desk explanation was that you get housekeeping every four days. When did that become a thing?

This property would have received an excellent rating but the housekeeping staff did not provide any soap for the tub/shower. They removed the bottle of body wash mounted in the tub/shower and never replaced it with any type of soap. When I asked about it, I was told the hotel had run out of body wash and was waiting on a delivery. Very poor excuse even if it was true.

Very noisy and the front desk lady Marissa I was extremely rude. The hotel was drilling and shaking the walls at 8:30am. When calling the front desk Marissa was rude didn’t offer to move my room. The shuttle never showed up to pick me up and I booked this room to rest after flying all day.

Check in staff was not friendly. Very small elevators that were 1/2 the size of normal ones. Called for shuttle, hotel staff was rude and the girl answering couldn’t speak good English. I didn’t like that I had to pay $42/day for parking. I don’t recall seeing that when I booked the reservation so I was surprised. Also, beware of the breakfast. If you don’t read the signs you’ll be getting a bill that you’re not expecting. They had a continental breakfast which is free. But you have to pay for the buffet (which there wasn’t many options. I think 3-4) for $25.99. And if you want just a bagel it’s 5.50. I’m not really sure what the “free” breakfast was. I feel like you had to pay for almost everything. The bathrooms are small and the regular sink was scolding hot so I had to wash my hands in the tub. Once you figure out how to adjust the temperature on that you’ll be fine. The toilet is literally so close to the tub. I feel like the bathroom is smaller than most hiltons. But It was ok. I only stay at hiltons and this one was one of my least favorites. It is convenient to some good restaurants which are within walking distance and close to the metro. So those are a plus. Just do your research before you stay so your not surprised with all the extra charges.
