Great hotel, they are undergoing a renovation, so, the ground level was a bit dusty and the restaurant was not working. Room was excellent, area around not so nice. Would go again.

It’s always a little disappointing when you have to pay for extras that really should just be normal amenities. Parking is $20 per night, which I could understand if they shared a parking garage in downtown, but they have their own surface parking area. Check in was easy and the key cards worked well. The rooms were clean and the property itself seemed well cared for.

The second floor elevator was not working to go down for 2 days if our stay and we stayed on the second floor. We had to go to up to floor three and then press the down button to get to floor one. The folks at the front desk were aware of the situation but acted like the elevator issue has just occurred and it had been happening for two days. The were really not concerned with the issue.

Wonderful staff and clean hotel, however the Bistro had limited hours and wasn’t conducive to travelers coming in at odd hours. Too long to stay closed between 10am and 5pm! Boohoo!

Hotel undergoing remodel. Room was’finished’ but there was no piece of furniture with drawers to put away stuff or unpack. Also, no luggage rack so we had to leave suitcase on floor. Don’t felt like room wasn’t fully remodeled. Also, strong new carpet glue smell in halls, less so in room. Staff was nice, place was clean, but lobby area still actively being remodeled

When we arrived they didn’t have any rooms available that we had rented. We had to use a 1 bed with a pull out bed and make our own bed and the pull out bed was horrific. A 2” mattress. Felt every single bar and wire holding it up.

Our room had apparently been recently refurbished. Comfortable and clean and everything worked (though the lights took a little figuring out). The elevator was a little slow i think because it was the only one, and swiping the room card was a pain. But overall very good.

It's very convenient to a lot of places I needed to go like the mall and dining options. The digital key card didn't work that well but I'm not sure if it was my phone. I miss the lemon lotion they used to have but it's more eco-friendly not to have all those tiny bottles. I like that I could use my phone as a remote.

Not really walkable. A short distance to the subway and not sure if the way home in the dark was that safe. From our room we could hear the elevator door bell. I asked for parking forgiveness since the lobby was under major construction, which they did honor. Thank you again for that. Lots of water pressure from the shower! Over all as expected.

Front desk staff was professional and courteous, room was very worn. Sun blocking curtains were so old there were holes in the folds-doesn’t block much sun anymore…tv was about 30”, and the streaming service pixelated or buffered often. Breakfast took forever since only one person on staff.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was usually just a 10 minute ride from the tourist places (except of course, rush hour). Close to a little shopping mall that had a CVS, Target, Panera, Best Buy so we could walk over and get the couple of things we forgot to pack.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The staff at the bistro downstairs made mistakes with my order each time I ordered food there, they seemed to not be paying attention to the details of the orders. Both times there were ingredients listed on the item I ordered on the menu that were not included when I received it and I had to ask for them to be added. That was disappointing. Overall, the hotel experience was positive though. I did find it challenging to find the hotel when I was driving into the city, I didn't see a clear sign with the name on the front of the building anywhere.

Very clean, nice hotel with wonderful staff. Reasonably convenient to the train (about a 10-15 minute walk) to access downtown Boston, at a pretty reasonable price. Additional cost for parking, no pool, and no free breakfast were the downsides of the stay. The neighborhood seemed good enough, and the hotel is adjacent to a shopping center with target, grocery store, and a few chain restaurants. We got morning coffee at Starbucks, bagels at Panera, otherwise didn’t stick around Dorchester much.

Close to Logan and there’s airport shuttle service. Room is clean and has everything. Breakfast is not efficient, you have to wait in line to order and wait for things to be made. It’s fine if you’re not in a hurry.

The location was great. The parking was $20 a day versus $60 in the city. It’s got a lot of options for food nearby. Dorchester Brewing is a short walk away and has amazing bbq food and brews. The kitchen has good food (not included with your stay. However you have to get there early as they run out of food and close on the dot.

We arrived very early around 6am, we were resting in the lobby, the front desk guy was so helpful and let us check in as soon as a room was available, we ended up checking in round 9:30am with no extra charge, everyone in that hotel was so nice, professional and kind. It made our city experience even better.
