Staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Loved the coffee shop and The Vault! They were undergoing a lobby renovation during our stay and there’s no on site bar which was the only slight drawback to an otherwise excellent stay in a beautiful room with a fantastic view of the Gardens and city!

The Four Seasons was a very pleasant stay for our family during the New Year period. The staff was excellent and the service was impeccable. The check in process was easy with Michael, the person that checked us in, showing us the elevator and the room, making sure it was to our liking. By the way, “city view” means the room looks over a back street, whereas “garden view” rooms look over the public garden, which is what you would want to choose. The hotel offers excellent free coffee in the morning, hot chocolate in the evening and “the vault”, which is a snack room on every floor that offers free snacks throughout the day. Pool and gym facilities were good too. The only negative feedback would be about their restaurant, Coterie. Although the decor makes you feel wlcomed, the menu, the food and everything that was offered were a big disappointment. It felt so not in sync with the rest of the hotel, as if they had hired a kitchen person from a diner to be their chef. Room service, on the other hand, was delicious. Overall, I think the location cannot be beaten and the service and facilities are up to 4S name. I would stay again.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are all kinds of supporting facilities around. I especially like the park opposite. It has a beautiful environment and is very suitable for walking in the morning and evening. room service is also very good and the daily housekeeping service is very timely. Although there is no coffee machine in the room, the coffee service provided by the professional coffee shop from 6:30 in the morning allows us to taste higher quality coffee, which is great !

We had a great time at our stay at the four seasons Boston, my wife, especially fell in love with the vault, which is a secret room of late night treats. Unfortunately, we went up there to see the Yankees play the Boston Red Sox and the Yankees lost, but that couldn’t diminish a good time we had at the four seasons.

Found hair in Bathroom shower. Bathroom was not at their freshest. Room are good but looked like in the 90’. Mm the big déception is that in an four season when you arrive for breakfast Ona Saturday morning at 9:45 (not the rush hour) you are being told that there is a 49’ waiting time. I think an hotel has two main job to accomplish. Provide clean rooms and serve breakfast. So this four season need some more serious management.

Very nice but a bit pricey. Big room, smelt like previous incumbents had smoked in it so needed to open the window or you could smell it. Otherwise great. Would recommend it for sure, and great staff, but not that room!

My expectations were high for this hotel and what I got was a Holiday Inn express stay. Not sure how this hotel is rated at 5 stars, when I had no greeting card in room, no kids robe which was suppose to be set up prior to check in and it had big mildew stain on tub which I’ve never seen in any hotel room ever. Literally took 2 hours to get a robe to go to the pool which is just appalling. The room got switched but regardless it was just old at this point and worth 1/2 what I paid for per night. Apple by pool was most rancid Apple I’ve ever had, was mushy, bland and disgusting. People working there were polite and nice but it’s the Hotel high ups I’d blame for this. I have never done a hotel review but this place was something else.

The staff is amazing! Location is everything. We could walk to everything. The park was right outside the door and was so nice to walk in the morning with the kids! The hotel is clean, safe and comfortable! we will be back for sure! Thank you four seasons

Our stay was lovely. Staff were all so very accommodating. Beds and comforters were plush and comfortable. The only thing I wish for would be a shuttle to and from airport(complimentary). We will stay there again next time in Boston.

Literally took 2 hours to get a robe to go to the pool which is just appalling. The room got switched but regardless it was just old at this point and worth 1/2 what I paid for per night. Apple by pool was most rancid Apple I’ve ever had, was mushy, bland and disgusting. People working there were polite and nice but it’s the Hotel high ups I’d blame for this. I have never done a hotel review but this place was something else.

It is very disappointing to stay in Four Seasons Hotel and not to have the most basic items in the room. Since when Four Seasons started saving money on sleepers, q-tips and shower caps? It is a shame not to provide such basic items to a guest after charging north of $1,000 per night. Service in the lobby lounge and breakfast were very slow

The Four Seasons was a very pleasant stay for our family during the New Year period. The staff was excellent and the service was impeccable. The check in process was easy with Michael, the person that checked us in, showing us the elevator and the room, making sure it was to our liking. By the way, “city view” means the room looks over a back street, whereas “garden view” rooms look over the public garden, which is what you would want to choose. The hotel offers excellent free coffee in the morning, hot chocolate in the evening and “the vault”, which is a snack room on every floor that offers free snacks throughout the day. Pool and gym facilities were good too. The only negative feedback would be about their restaurant, Coterie. Although the decor makes you feel wlcomed, the menu, the food and everything that was offered were a big disappointment. It felt so not in sync with the rest of the hotel, as if they had hired a kitchen person from a diner to be their chef. Room service, on the other hand, was delicious. Overall, I think the location cannot be beaten and the service and facilities are up to 4S name. I would stay again.

It has a beautiful environment and is very suitable for walking in the morning and evening. room service is also very good and the daily housekeeping service is very timely. Although there is no coffee machine in the room, the coffee service provided by the professional coffee shop from 6:30 in the morning allows us to taste higher quality coffee, which is great !

Mm the big déception is that in an four season when you arrive for breakfast Ona Saturday morning at 9:45 (not the rush hour) you are being told that there is a 49’ waiting time. I think an hotel has two main job to accomplish. Provide clean rooms and serve breakfast. So this four season need some more serious management.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Loved the coffee shop and The Vault! They were undergoing a lobby renovation during our stay and there’s no on site bar which was the only slight drawback to an otherwise excellent stay in a beautiful room with a fantastic view of the Gardens and city!

We had a great time at our stay at the four seasons Boston, my wife, especially fell in love with the vault, which is a secret room of late night treats. Unfortunately, we went up there to see the Yankees play the Boston Red Sox and the Yankees lost, but that couldn’t diminish a good time we had at the four seasons.
