Overall really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was easy and the front desk worker was helpful, though they’re only available until 11 pm. The hallways can get noisy and be audible from the rooms, so if noise bothers you, I’d recommend bringing a pair of earplugs. They provide free coffee and tea in the lobby. The stay was great and I would come back again.

It’s a 2 minute walk to the Boston common and garden. What I must say is the elevator is really loud at night if you’re close to it. The staff here is super kind. The beds are kind of small, but everything is clean and comfortable. With a private shower and a common area on the basement floor. However there’s no breakfast but you have coffee and tea between 7am-12am. The location isn’t far from most attractions. Would definitely come back some day!

Clean room and property in a great location for much less than nearby hotels, and the discounted parking across the street made it an even better deal. The front desk folks were super helpful, polite, and efficient. If you’re looking for a comfortable room at a reasonable price and would rather not pay for amenities you likely won’t use anyway, the Found is a strong contender.

Room was small but that was expected, the walls were really thin. We could hear the staff talking all night. Would recommend to bring ear plugs. Had to wipe the toilet seat when we got there because it was not clean.

15 minutes after settling in my room a mouse darted out from under the bed and the back. I was offered another room which I took, but hard to rate things well after mouse siting. Everone was pleasant. I thought a discount would have been nice due to the inconvenience

Do not recommend staying here if checking in on the later side. We were supposed to check in at 2am and called ahead and when we got there we were locked out and the night desk associate was asleep. When we got in our room there was floss and a dirty tissue next to our bed and everything was dusty. Would not recommend if you are a clean freak.

Granted the build was old, built in the mid 1800’s. The elevator was a bit small. Our room was was on the smaller side but it was great. We were only there to sleep. Now the 3 young men that worked the front desk were great. Check in went very smoothly and was quick. They also helped with parking and pointed the way to the “t” that was the closest. I cannot give these guys enough credit and praise. Will most definitely try to stay here again if we ever go back to Boston.

We were bitten by something and later found a dead bug on the wall that looked like a bed bug. As a precaution, we moved to a slightly bigger room, but I’m not sure if the bites have stopped. To avoid being bitten again, I slept fully dressed. We also had to pack all our belongings into bags to prevent the infestation from spreading to the car. This involved a lot of hot washing and expensive dry cleaning for all our clothes. It’s definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect, especially given the price. The hotel’s solution was to move us to a different room and release the deposit. I’m not sure how that was supposed to compensate for all the stress and the significant cleaning expenses we incurred.

Stayed here for the second time. The hotel is located very central, close to the park and Chinatown. The room was very small and not clean at all. I found old clothes from a previous guest lodged between the bed and the wall, dust and dirt in every area which wasn’t easily reachable and hair and dirt in the shower. The shower gel wasn’t refilled either. I brought this up with the reception where they apologised and told me someone would clean up yet no-one did anything during my 2 night stay. For the price they charge I would at least expect them to have clean rooms.

Ac made a lot of noise which made it difficult to have a restful sleep, WiFi didn’t work, front desk seemed less enthusiastic to help on that matter, a response I got was “it will come back in the morning nothing they can do” area is good and rooms are clean, rooms are towards smaller side but that’s manageable.

Location is the highlight. If you book early it's one of the best deals in the area for a location that is walkable for the entire historic district. Front desk staff was lovely, friendly, intelligent, gave great restaurant recommendations. Room was on the first level next to the door that accessed the dormitory room, so hallway noise was very high with the door opening and clicking shut all night. Also a fair degree of city noise. Bathroom was modern and clean, bed was not very comfortable. Have free coffee and a little seating area downstairs.

It was a clean room. The staff were super friendly. My only complaint about the stay is the room was really really small. I am also pretty sure the queen bed was smaller than my queen bed at home. The location was great, so if you do not plan to spend much time in your hotel room, and all you need is a clean room to stay in, this is a great option.

Our AC was broke and instead of putting us in a new room we had a milk jug and tube taped to our wall to allow for condensation to drain. On top of this maintenance just walked in unannounced while two guests were still sleeping. Aside from these instances, the young front desk workers were pleasant and took to our concerns immediately, especially about the unannounced walk in.

One gentleman at the front desk was weird and rude, not a good vibe. Another front desk staff was exuberant and very friendly and helpful. The elevator stinks, but the room Is great. Clean bathrooms and good location.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. In turn, the building itself felt a bit disappointing vs the pictures online. I had a view to black bricks in an interior patio. Breakfast is not included but they have nice coffee and tea available. Also water. The Found in shower walking distance from a wealth of nice places and coffeehouses. I would come back and hope they continue to improve the facilities. They were welcoming, helpful and friendly, and I appreciate that most.

I checked in one of their shared hostel style rooms, and then went out for most of the evening. When I returned I found someone else in the bed and found that my items were removed from my personal locker. The staff not explain why or how this happened. And I was left on the streets that night.

The Found is truly a gem in Boston- clean, cute, safe and walkable. But what truly makes the Found stand out is the staff. Everyone that works here is pleasant, kind and goes out of their way to make your day great- there is nowhere else I’ll stay on future visits for that reason alone.

This hotel was amazing. We had requested an early check in because we were going to the afternoon Red Sox game. When we arrived the concierge was SUPER nice and full of information. She provided so many details and let us know all the tips for eating, walking, shopping etc. everything was very well maintained and super cozy.

The lady who greeted us was such a darling. She did everthing so quick while still being very welcoming. She was a delight ! The hotel is SO well located ! It's amazing ! Close to everything walking distance. We REALLY appreciated the parking at a discount too. It was easy to find, easy to exit, full of empty space ! The room was fine. Right enough space to do what you need to do in a room. The bed was a bit soft, the AC made a bit of weird noise and at around 2 AM when we got back there was some people partying loudly on the side of the hotel. We could hear it very loudly in oir room. It wasn't the absolute worst but if you're a light sleeper that would have been annoying. We would absolutely go back ! Grrat price for the location!

The bed was a bit soft, the AC made a bit of weird noise and at around 2 AM when we got back there was some people partying loudly on the side of the hotel. We could hear it very loudly in oir room. It wasn't the absolute worst but if you're a light sleeper that would have been annoying. We would absolutely go back ! Grrat price for the location!

If you are choosing where to stay in the neighborhood look no further. This is a fantastic little hotel run by incredibly capable and kind staff who go out of their way to make your day. I really can’t say enough about this place and I travel monthly.

I think what I liked best, was the staff. They were helpful and very friendly. Alex at night was friendly and helpful in terms of helping us find a place to eat late at night. I can’t remember the daytime person, but I believe her name was“Kendall“ (sorry I don’t remember your Name), Was very helpful and getting started on our walk the next day. The hotel stored our luggage while we walked around Boston all day. It’s close by, walking distance, from the Boston common.

We stayed one night just to sleep before an early morning flight. The location is super convenient — right in the heart of Boston. They offer parking validation for the garage across the street, which gives you a discounted rate for 24 hours. We used the curb out front as a drop-off area, which made unloading luggage easy while my husband parked the car. The hotel and elevator are definitely on the older side. It served its purpose for a quick and easy overnight stay.

very walkable to Boston Commons CVS and theater district, places to eat and short uber to south station. Fantastic staff Bring your own snacks the vending machines are super expensive and gave me the wrong snack.But the kindness of staff even carrying your bags with no tip asked for much appreciated

LOVED the location, comfort, staff! The room was clean and warm (perfect for the winter), the staff were helpful and friendly (esp. Kendall and Edward) - quick to suggest GREAT restaurants and knowledgeable about local history. If I ever make it back to Boston I'll be sure to book here! THANKS y'all for a great stay!

Staff was very helpful and attentive. In turn, the building itself felt a bit disappointing vs the pictures online. I had a view to black bricks in an interior patio. Breakfast is not included but they have nice coffee and tea available. Also water. The Found in shower walking distance from a wealth of nice places and coffeehouses. I would come back and hope they continue to improve the facilities. They were welcoming, helpful and friendly, and I appreciate that most.

Location is the highlight. If you book early it's one of the best deals in the area for a location that is walkable for the entire historic district. Front desk staff was lovely, friendly, intelligent, gave great restaurant recommendations. Room was on the first level next to the door that accessed the dormitory room, so hallway noise was very high with the door opening and clicking shut all night. Also a fair degree of city noise. Bathroom was modern and clean, bed was not very comfortable. Have free coffee and a little seating area downstairs.

Good value for a pricey area, especially with the parking voucher for a public lot just down the street. Nice helpful staff, they held our luggage the next day before we flew out. Close to dining options and Whole Foods. Right near Tufts medical center, Boston Commons and the river. The bathroom was a little small and needed some maintenance (door difficult to close/latch, bathroom mirror light out) but was otherwise good. A little noise at night from other room air conditioners but none from the street or other rooms. Would stay here again for sure.

It’s a 2 minute walk to the Boston common and garden. What I must say is the elevator is really loud at night if you’re close to it. The staff here is super kind. The beds are kind of small, but everything is clean and comfortable. With a private shower and a common area on the basement floor. The room I had was perfect size for myself. However, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low and the water was so hot. I found it was very noisy as it is next to the street. I could hear people talking and cars running on the streeting at night. It was in a good location though. 2 blocks to train station next to Tuff medical center.

Everything was good, but the only issue is the pillows are too big! It was too late by the time I went to bed and I should've requested for smaller pillows. I still have a stiff neck from last weekend.

The guy that checked us in was amazing,every one else was terrible. I went for coffee in the morning and the lady behind the counter had her feet up and never acknowledged that I was there and may of needed something. The lobby was disgustingly not dirty but filthy. Nobody cleans or cares about customers but the thin guy who checked us in. Room needs simple attention toilet is extremely loose and will cause expensive issues if not tightened and caulked (Im a plumber) wallpaper was peeling off simple fix but ignored for a long time. I’ll pay more money next time to stay at a higher rated place 2 nights cost $721 and should of been $400 at best.Even the shrubs were dead for many months.Come on simple maintenance and Im a landlord for 45 plus years I know.
