Nice room, great location, maids were excellent! Lobby staff and concierge mediocre. No amenities, no pool, nothing in the room really not even a way to make a cup of coffee in the room, I thought that was basic these days.

Simple and chic! Not so much for children, although we did see quite a few. The large gym (not hotel exclusive) is fantastic! Food was delicious and Valet/Bell-staff were beyond friendly and helpful.

Great location across from Boston Common. Very walkable to all historic sites or small Uber/taxi fare. Great coffee shops nearby too. Only downside is not really family oriented— athletic club/pool for adults only..

The bellhops were so helpful and nice. Easy walking to everything nearby. Large, very clean rooms- loved the bathtub too! The restaurant on site was delicious too. We had a wonderful stay!

It feels like 3 star hotel here, found hairs in the bathroom, water in the shower is weak, sink clogged easily. Hotel layout feels very crowded and noisy. I’m very disappointed with the quality of this hotel, I’ve stayed at many other Ritz with really good experience, yet this one is the most disappointing one.

I like the fact the staff aimed to please. The lobby was comfortable. Felt safe. What i didnot like the view to my room felt like PRISON it was overlooking the roof .housekeeping not paying attention to details such as vacuuming. Hotel itself should pay attention to renovations due to price we paid.

Amazing stay, everything was perfect in this location. Immaculate well appointed rooms, amazing breakfast, & staff on point. Location can't be beat right next to Boston Commons with total walkability !!! Treat yourself to this amazing property if you are planning to visit Boston, you will NOT be disappointed !!!

This property is really run down and shabby it needs a total renovation. it is extremely expensive for what it is. it looks like the last renovation or redo of the rooms was circa 1980. the mattress was lumpy and old. the pillows were foam filled or as hard as rocks. the bedding seemed really old and very cheap quality. the toiletries in bath were cheap and tiny. the soaps the size of a quarter. wow, this place was a big disappointment more Holiday Inn than the RITZ brand. the lobby looks like a town office in Idaho, not a luxury hotel.

Great staff. Very accommodating. The property was nice but a bit dated. It was still a great place to stay and would stay again. There are many walkable areas and tons of things to do. This was our first time visiting Boston and had a great time.

Great location, right across from Boston Common park. Walkable to everything. Our check in was botched due to a large group getting priority with late check out and another with check in. When we got into our room it was the wrong room (paid for park view). Eventually everything worked out (thanks Adam!) but it made for a less than luxury experience with the mishandling of our check in and room shuffling. Expected more to be honest.

This property is Ritz at its best. From the beautiful lobby and well-appointed room, to the impeccable service from staff at every level - all of whom appear to be empowered to make your stay a great one, Ritz Boston does it right. The onsite restaurant was also top notch. As I looked over the menu, I felt a strong sense that if I went for the New England Clam Chowder, I would not be disappointed. THE best bowl of clam chowder I’ve had in my life!!

From first phone call and email to last moment leaving, every single staff member of this hotel clearly treated us like royalty and family. I have never seen such remarkable customer care and genuine, heartfelt hospitality. I wish I had everyone's names-- because, truly, EVERYONE treated us so well. Ryan R. McDonnell, Ouijdan Ben Mehdi, all the Valet attendants, front desk staff, restaurant staff, Emily Reed the hostess at the restaurant, Brahim Baissi, room service staff, housekeeping staff, bartender, everyone! This is a decent hotel. They have hospitable housekeeping who look out for your needs & do a great job. The area is ok. Not the best part/cleanest part of town but it is centralized if you're walking to different tourist attractions. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a few restaurants in the area.
