We booked this hotel for the proximity to the Garden for a show. Everything we needed was within a few block radius! Room was perfectly sized for two people, we were able to get rooms next to others in our party, so that made getting ready more fun for all! Black out shades & quiet side of the hotel made for a surprisingly restful night! And we were able to get a late check out and had the desk hold our bags so we could run to the North End for treats. No on site parking, but valet option was great and stress free. Overall, a perfect option for our needs!

Bed was the most comfortable. Nice size rooms, very cozy, friendly staff, loved the vallet parking, restaurant was reasonably priced with great food and portions. Liked how you could put the restaurant tab onto your room tab. Wish the hotel had a pool.

Really nice staff, and what was awesome was we got there way before 3 PM check in, but I guess since it was off-season, they let us get into our room at 11 AM. Also, it was super convenient to restaurants and the train station and other areas! Nice bar downstairs as well.

My partner and i stayed at this hotel mainly because we were going to a concert at TD Garden which is right up the street, less than 5 minutes walking distance. Also we liked that it has a restaurant off the lobby, Blake’s Kitchen + Bar, that is open til 1 am so if were hungry post concert (which we were) we had an easy option—in fact they are open all day. There are other restaurants around too and a food court infront of TD that closes at 6pm, 8 on event nights, so in short you have a lot of options. We only needed the hotel for 1 night but decided to make it a mini trip so we stayed for 2 nights/3 days. It is one of the nicest places we ever stayed in. It’s a bit more in price but most places are in that area so we decided to splurge a bit. It was worth it. All the staff are super nice. The room is pretty spacious, bed is super comfy, there’s a cute coffee & tea station in the room above the mini fridge next to a writing desk, plenty of storage, huge gorgeous bathroom. *Just be careful when taking a shower because the shower floor can get slippery.* We even took advantage of the valet parking, which is totally optional because there are parking garages nearby. My only less positive note is because it’s in a narrow building there is no seating/lounging area in the lobby separate from the restaurant, so if you want to hang out somewhere and read or people watch your options are to find a coffee shop/cafe, a bench, or park nearby. Overall i would stay here again.

Valet parking and directly across the street from Big Night Live and the arena...convenient! Friendly staff. Small hotel but the room was clean and fresh. The hallways are old...and somewhat uneven...and slow elevator.

The employees were so helpful and kind, supportive with whatever complications arose (I had a strange issue with my laptop - shoutout to Patrick!), and everything was handled efficiently and kindly (from being greeted at the door to getting the room ready to storing luggage while we wandered around town). A little gem that offers little perks, if a little short on amenities (workout room is *tiny* but at least it has one).

The property is in a good location. Good transport links, being next to North Station, and walkable to the centre of Boston. Being next to TD Garden, the area gets very busy on game days and there is a lot of street noise from fans and general traffic. The various siren noise throughout the day, from emergency vehicles, was to be expected for a city centre location. The room was clean and well serviced. When we had an issue, it was dealt with quickly. On the day of departure we found a live cockroach in the room, which had crawled under one of our bags. Although the hotel was conveniently located, if I were staying in Boston again, I would not return to the Hotel Indego.

The room was not super clean there were items left on the floor in both the bedroom (a travel tag, Nicole etc). And in the bathroom to include hair and a folded up bandaid. This was our first time staying there and at a cost of over $600 a night yikes you would expect more. Front desk staff was fine certainly not overly friendly but not rude either. The vallet are by far the shinning stars here at this resort. Kind polite and helpful. Had breakfast at the attached restaurant. Bar tender was the only staff and very not interested in serving. Had to ask for everything from salt and pepper to latch up, and didn’t check on us once. Rooms are very small for a “suite”. Beds are old and not very comfortable. Spend a little extra and stay at the Marriott two streets down. Normally I would say you get what you pay for! And had the room been cheap then ok. But it was not cheap and besides the awesome location hard pass on this place.

I enjoyed every moment of my stay at Hotel Indigo! The employees are absolutely wonderful. From the reception staff to the doormen to the housekeeping staff, everyone was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean. I have very high standards of cleanliness, and Hotel Indigo definitely lived up to those standards. The hotel is centrally located, within walking or Uber distance to everything. I spent four enjoyable nights there and would highly recommend Hotel Indigo.

Our room was incredibly noisy at all hours of the day & night. The curtains also weren’t fully black out and let in a lot of light which coupled with the noise made it impossible to sleep well. If you’re going to TD Garden the location is very convenient, but not convenient for much else.

I would not recommend staying in Room 204.Being that is on top of the restaurant slash diner , which music played latenight also by a alley way , I'm guessing with a garbage cans are,the garbage men arrived at 3am With massive noise

This was our first trip to Boston. Location was excellent in regards to being able to catch the subway to all the locations we needed to go. Food and shopping was everywhere as well as several pharmacies. Traffic/noise was crazy due to concerts and games but quiet on other days. The hotel itself was cute though small. Breakfast was included with our stay and was great. The standard king room was small and so was the bathroom. The bed was ok. For bigger guest the bed and bathroom might be uncomfortable. Our room ac was not working the greatest but we were offered another room but just elected for a box fan which kept the room cool. The staff was awesome and very friendly.

We had a king bed suite with a view out onto Causeway. It was a large room and a decent view for our 2nd floor room. The noise from the busy road was pretty loud but that was to be expected. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff was all friendly and helpful and the restaurant was fairly priced and had the best chicken strips I’ve ever had!

Hotel was great. Check in was a little rough. Check in starts at 3 and we arrived around 430. Had to wait about 20-30min for our room to be ready. The lady at the front desk was very nice and took off $100 on our room for the inconvenience. You can't find a better spot in you are going to the TD Bank arena for an event, the hotel is directly across the road and it's a 1 min walk to enter to arena. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were by far the rudest group of people I have ever seen. Autumn in particular was so rude, condescending, and just inappropriate. She needs fired! In all the years of staying at many hotels, this customer service was the worst. I would never recommend anyone staying here.

Less than 5 minutes to North Station & the TD Gahden. Less than 10 minute walk to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market & Union Oyster House. Just over 10 minute walk to Little Italy/Hanover Street, Old North Church & Paul Revere’s House. Great restaurant/bar (Blake’s) in hotel and wonderful staff including Alexandra (Lexie). $10-$15 Uber’s to Cheers, Copley Square, Prudential Bldg. Highly recommend Indigo!!

Our room key was given out to family members without so much as checking id or confirming with us. They approached the front desk and asked if they needed a key to use the elevator to go up to our room. Without any hesitation, they gave them 2 room keys…not even what they were asking for. Also, the smell of weed was so bad in our room during the day. We called the front desk and asked for room spray. Looked as those maybe it was coming from some staff….

The hotel, hotel staff and its location were great. The staff were great from check-in to check out. The hotel is located a block away from TD Garden, 3 separate T stations are within 3 blocks and the North End is a short walk away. Being located so close to TD it can be a little loud at night. The male Hotel restaurant staff that serves breakfast was worthless. He ignored my wife and I for 15 minutes, however he serviced 3 other tables that were around us. If not for the bartender, we would not have been served at all. I recommend the Hotel, but not the restaurant!

If you're visiting Boston, Hotel Indigo is a solid option. Great staff, convenient location - especially if you're using the "T" and want to get to Boston's attractions. The hotel's food is good and you're located within walking distance of several outstanding north end restaurants. Overall the hotel is great value for your money. Absolutely love this hotel. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Whenever we go to something at td garden we always stay here it’s about our fourth time here and we will be staying again this summer for another event. There’s no where else I would go. This is my go to hotel. Food at Blake’s in the hotel is great and convenient.

So close to TD Garden. Easy to go to games. Walkable to everything downtown.. Market, Aquarium. Only one small complaint.. the corner room layout was a little weird, but we appreciated the extra space. Concierge was super friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant has a great breakfast.

Great property located close to TD Garden, perfect if you’re going to an event. Would advise against eating the food at their restaurant. The breakfast I ordered to go was awful and we ended up throwing it away.
