The stay for the most part was okay. The restaurant selection is limited. Great lobby with plenty of seating. Starbucks in side the hotel What's was terrible was that I had to wait 30 minutes for the lifts on the 25th floor and the person who answered the service lines were so poorly trained and incompetent. Finally had to go up to the 35th floor and then come back down. Many others were stuck. Avoid this hotel if yorue going to check out or checkin at rush hour (close to the checkin / check out times).

The hotel is terrific. The location is wonderful. It is close to everything & easy to get everywhere. The hotel itself is so comfortable. The beds are fabulous! The rooms are perfect. The gym is incredible! All the food at the restaurants was very good. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming.

Good location, very nice lobby staff, vibe is lovely. Room was dirty on arrival, but housekeeping came and cleaned it, very apologetic. The elevators were dirty and it took over 24 for housekeeping to clear room service dishes left in the hallways on multiple occasions. Overall I would stay there again for the convenience of the location and the staff, but hope they can clean it better.

Check in and out was good. Room only serviced once in four days as they did not get to it until late afternoon. Staff was courteous though. There were no drawers available for clothing which is the first time I have found that in a hotel. Everything packed needed to go on a high shelf in the closet. There was some mold in shower. Toiletries were nice. Like being adjacent to Copley Plaza.

Staff and services are excellent. However our bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Toilet had a grime ring, sink, vanity and mirror had water and soap spots. Shower doors had soap streaks and a wet and dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head. There were no plastic liners in any of the trash cans.

Stayed in Corner King, $700+ for this room and room condition is outrageous. Lamp at the back doesn't work. Bedding doesn't feel fresh. The AC was on and off. Funky, molded smell.

Middle of Boston Back Bay, Plenty of dining options, Room was beautiful with the best views of the entire city. King Bed was the most comfortable bed the wife and I have ever slept on in a hotel and it beats the Hilton we always stay at in Ft Lauderdale. 5 stars would recommend to all travelers!!

Property was beautiful but the hotel staff was no help. I want to add that I did just call the hotel and whoever I spoke to at host services who picked up was extremely rude. From the start of the phone call before I even stated my issue she was very nasty. She then interrupted me and said if I knew the Massachusetts parking rules then I would know there would be a charge. When I responded and said that I am from out of state and therefore didn't know that she responded, "So you don't do any research before you come to Boston?" | am appalled by how this employee spoke and handled this situation. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for 15 years, I have never experienced such a harsh attitude from someone like this employee.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past year and this time was the last. Staff in the restaurant are rude and lazy. The rooms are very dark even with all lights on. The in room dining was cheap and off putting delivered in cardboard containers. Food was poor quality. What has happened for this hotel to plunge to this. It has certainly gone way down in my opinion. No tv for 2 1/2 days or ability to watch Netflix. I won’t be staying at the Westin Copley again.

Staff were wonderful, valet service was quick and room was pretty big. It is a huge hotel and the wait for the elevator is crazy long. People were cramming into already packed elevators because they had been waiting 10 minutes. Also impossible to talk to front desk before we arrived.

The visit was marred by issues with the breakfast service. The service was understaffed and slow and was topped off with the buffet providing items (yoghurts) well past their best before date. After tasting these spoilt items, we realize the issue and brought it to the attention of the staff who were quite indifferent.

The corner room we had was pretty but sadly the AC blasted mold into the room. We asked them to change the air filter but that clearly didn’t help. They were fully booked and had no option. We prepped in the room to go to a wedding, when we came back and tried to go to bed, it was simply too bad. We informed the management and left at midnight.
