We liked that the concierge had water when we needed it, as we were leaving in the am there was free coffee to go in the restaurant, apples in the work out room and the pool was warm and fun for the kids. Lots of positives we would stay again!

After trying many hotels in Boston, the IH is a gem at a very good location. Everything was well kept, comfortable with a great team. Breakfast is a buffet with a few options and delicious food. Will come back for sure.
