Very family friendly, great pool, multiple fire pit for roasting marshmallows, indoor heated water park, arcade games. There is a cafe, a gift shop, a bar and restaurant with a door and out in the center of the resort where there is fire piths, a ballroom inside for free dance lessons. There is free live music multiple times per day, and much more activities to keep families with young kids entertained. There is a text through out the day alerting for the activities. If you don’t have a car and want to go anywhere, the resort offers shuttle services to drop you off anywhere in town and pick you up.

The firdt day we were there, Wednesday of Feb vacation, it wss obvious there were too many patrons and not nearly enough staff or supplies for the "resort" THIS IS NO RESORT!!!!! STOP IT! The first day the water oark was WAY TOO HOT, WAY TOO PACKED, NO TOWELS, literally not 1 towel available!!! All day! And no staff cleaning and replacing anything. The park closed by 6 pm. Not 10 as scheduled due to "sanitation" issues. The other half of my party demanded a refund and left altogether which was very disappointing. The next day thankfully it seemed that the hotel brought in more staff and less patrons, the air in the water park was actually breathable. Hot tub broken the whole time we were there. The desk staff told us to "return in the spring or summer" but i do not think we will.

Did not know the water park was not included! $75 a person. They should let you use it the day you check in not the day you leave. Your check out is at 11:00 and you can use it only until 1:00. And also did not know about the resort fee.

The front desk staff were great! They were so welcoming! The Margarita upon arrival was a nice touch. We have a balcony room and are a little disappointed that the balcony overlooks storage containers. I know noticed it was hard to get a seat at the pool, for such a big property, they do not have a lot of pool chairs. However, there are horrible riptides at the beach this weekend so that may be the reason why so many people are at the pool.

Overall a great place to stay, it’s beautiful! We enjoyed very much. Music every night, Bed super comfortable! The fire pit and s'mores every night a nice touch! Staff friendly and helpful! So usually this is my favorite resort to stay.. I know they are still renovating but things that disappointed us was the hot tub wasn’t hot and every year it never really is as well as it was closed Saturday night also Friday night they closed the wave pool an hr early and seeing how you have to pay for park passes makes it disappointing

Everything was fine, but I found food from the previous tenants in the refrigerator and a bit dirty in the bathroom. The rest was fine. The door to the room does not close properly, you need a lot of force.

The hotel needs more lighting outside near the other buildings. Very hard to tell at night what is what. The room is furnished very cute but absolutely stinks. The smell is overwhelming. Cannot have the AC on due to the smell. Phone in room does not work. Sheets look dirty.

A great experience. I’ve been to a few indoor water park hotels, and this one is definitely the best. I didn’t feel like every place we went within the hotel was “wet”. Awesome service, super clean, the food was pretty good, immaculate rooms, well thought out pool area, and reasonably priced

Disappointed in general about this hotel. The room was dirty, the blankets and sheets were stained all over. It was boring. The hot tub was out of service also. In general it was too expensive for what it was. Not planning on staying again here.

Walls are so thin, you can hear the conversations in adjacent rooms. Very minimal sound proofing. My neighbors were shouting and using inappropriate language for my children to hear. Staff eventually albeit unwillingly refunded and cancelled my trip as I did not want to stay there after checking in.

The television was glitchy the entire weekend, maintance person said it was probably due to the storm and nothing could be done. I felt this was false and there was an issue with the television, Also the air conditioning unit came with a remote that was difficult to use.

We were at the hotel for a weekend getaway. It was a busy weekend with a lot of families checking in. The hotel itself is beautiful as is the lobby. The front desk staff were great, friendly, quick to check us in and direct us to our room. The room was clean, tastefully decorated in a Cape Cod beach theme with touches of Jimmy Buffet memorabilia but not in your face style. Very clean. The shower floor is very slippery so we had to put a towel on the floor as not to slip. We did not eat there but had reservations elsewhere. The bar area looked good though. Upon our return from dinner we went back to our room to chill and noted that there was a lot of noise and children running up and down the corridor but as it was only 9:30 pm we just ignored it.There is no sound proofing at all so it sounds very loud. However by 10 pm and on the noise in the room next to ours became louder with children yelling, bouncing a ball of some kind, we could hear them knocking things over, foul language- we could bar every word. Then it seems the adults came back and From10 pm on. It never stopped. We called the front desk twice and by 1 AM We called and asked to change our room, which they did. We didn’t realize that this was going to be a party hotel but with a name like Margaritaville maybe we were wrong. Not that I have anything against having a good time but. It at the expense of other guests. Even after security asked them to be quiet, the screaming and yelling and F-bombs never stopped.

We stayed here back in April and was happy to leave 4 stars. However, this past experience was terrible. My kids begged to go back, and I doubt they’ll be asking to go again. The resort fee of $50 is ridiculous, if they are going to try and call themselves a resort they need to do more, starting with training the staff in hospitality. Most seem miserable to be there and the vibe is just weird. The main reason for going was the waterpark and both days it was unusable in my opinion. The first day the outside temperature was ok, but the water was freezing. The kiddie area was unbearably cold. Kids were shivering and purple lips were everywhere. The wave pool was unbearably hot on the other hand. Going from the wave pool heat to the freezing temp of the lazy river gave me a migraine and my kids wanted to leave after only an hour. The next day, it felt like the AC was blasting. I saw life guards in long sleeve shirts. My daughters lips turned purple and she actually looked unwell from being so cold. My son tried to tough it out but was walking around shaking from the cold before asking to leave after again, only an hour. The lifeguards don’t pay attention and when they are paying attention they’re usually screaming at people and giving attitude. It’s again, a weird vibe. When we left the water park my kids were wrapped freezing in the towels and they had us give them back right there, despite us being hotel guests so the kids could freeze and drip water all the way to their room.

The staff could have been more informative during check in. They ran out of maps and didn't tell us about activities, the pool, the waterpark, the shuttle etc... We did find everything on our own and the grounds/room were awesome but some staff could not answer our questions. We did receive texts about activities at night- which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Came here just for a small overnight for my Daughter. She loves an indoor water park. Check in was quick, easy and informative. Greeted nicely. Room was very clean and well decorated. Felt like I was not on the Cape. Water park is small but fun for kids. Lifeguards were all friendly and attentive. Got a few apps at the restaurant and our server Dan was great and Aaliyah was very helpful.

Overall the property is beautiful. Although we had an enjoyable time, it appears that the staff was not prepared for school vacation week. I was misinformed of the opening time of the water park. When I called, I was told 1pm but it actually opened at 10am. Upon arrival it was quite busy (which I anticipated given it was school vacation week) but would have liked going earlier if I was advised properly. We waited over an hour for towels in the water park. While dining at the Landshark, a server never came over to us (waited about 20 mins for someone to check in) my husband eventually asked who our server was, then a manager came over to take our order. Our hotel room also had a dirty shirt under the bed. While the resort is beautiful, it is pricey especially if not receiving exceptional service.

The water park was a great size for my 9 year old who is not the greatest swimmer. The game room being open 24 hours was awesome! The only area of improvement is breakfast. I do wish the restaurant was open for "cook to order" breakfasts. When I got there I was a hour early check in they said they would do a pre check in then come back at 4. When back at 4 there was a huge line I had to stand in. When u got up they gave me a key and nothing else didn’t tell me anything till I asked where the room was. Then they said I would be charged 98.88 but I would get some back at checkout.We then got in room changed and went down to water park to find out tickets were separate not sure why no one told me this at pre check in. After buying tickets we went in and spent the whole time there. By the time we got up to room it was 8:20 there was no WiFi password in room and no info on food so I tried to call down and phone didn’t work so I called on my cell but no one answered good thing I had food packed for my kids. Next day I went down and checked out oh and went to water park with my kids. At check out they gave me nothing just took door key. I was charged the 98.88 never got anything back at check out. Then I was charged another 34.99 few days later. I have emailed twice and called a few times and have got no one. On top of it they had one extra thing for kids outside of water park cape codder had many little things. It was also December 22-23 and not one Christmas decoration was in the building or Christmas activities. They had advertise a Santa was at the waterpark when it was closed on Facebook, but why didn’t he come during I have gone the cape codder many times but I will say at this point this may be my last.

Stayed for two days with my husband and teenage son. The renovation is beautiful and the property looks very similar to the one in NYC (though the rooms in Hyannis are definitely larger). It was a fun, beachy vibe and we all enjoyed the water park too. Did not eat at the hotel since it is not vegetarian-friendly but there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The immediate area is not beautiful (lots of strip malls and big box stores) but it is a short drive to beaches, cute shops, etc. We would definitely come back!

This is going to be a great place once it’s fully open. The staff was wonderful but the spa wasn’t open yet, the water park had very limited hours and only a coffee shop not a hot breakfast in a dining room area for those who don’t eat premade breakfast sandwiches or donuts as of yet.

We had a great time. The pools were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the food court at the pool area was closed while we stayed there which made the meal time a little bit more difficult. The restaurant in the hotel was good but price for a quick bite. The cafe place had some sandwiches and pizza for lunch but we had to leave the pool area for a meal. The room was clean, and comfortable, however, I missed the convenience of having a microwave in the room. It was a great couple of days we will come back!

We had a fabulous time at Margaritaville! We treated it as a resort experience and stayed on the property for the full weekend. The waterpark was fun (despite the extra fee), food was good at LandShark, and the outdoor fire pits were great for unwinding in the evening.

Wonderful resort! The restaurant (Land, Shark Bar and Grill) was fantastic! I was very surprised at the quality of the food! It came out hot fresh and was absolutely delicious! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!
