Stayed 9 nights

I thought I had already reviewed this, Holiday was great except for the Friday and Saturday where kids in Baseball uniforms roamed the placed with no disipline from their parents handed out, they knocked our door several times on the Friday night, when we reported it to recption they said they would send security, I seen no security and it didnt stop. The Saturday they were particularly rude at the pool and SAaturday evening they roamed the common area outside like wild Animals, wrecking the communal games and breaking several of them, no point in complaining and I did when checking out and was greeted with so sorry to hear that, we never sat out in that area again and wouldnt let our kids around it as I felt it wasnt well looked after by security. This was very dissapointing and considering we spent 9 days there I would've expected an offer some compensation beacause of these two days. As I said pool staff and a chef in food truck could not have been anymore polite or helpful. I would have to think twice about staying here again. We are from Northern Ireland and in the last 9 years we have been in Cape Cod 3 times so we do throw a lot of expense into travelling to this area from home and we do expect and want to stay in the best possible places within our budget, sadly this time these two days let us down badly. Thanks AJ Watson

Rooms were ok, Bathrooms were not clean, lots of mold on shower curtain. Air conditioning unit in room was very poor, loud and eventually broke. Was able to change rooms. The hotel hallways were extremely warm.

This is a great place for families! From the pool, to the water park, to the arcade, there is endless fun! The staff is so helpful as well! There also is a free shuttle (shout out to Mike) that can take you to the local beach or in town. We also went to Marthas Vineyard one day and did not have to worry about parking. Lifeguards were at the pool and water park making parents feel extra comfortable. The hotel was overall clean and we always saw staff trying to maintain it. Housekeeping was very attentive and always available! As any hotel, after a lot of use some areas can use a painting spruce, but it did not take away from the amazing experience. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you to everyone at Margaritaville!

Great if you go with kids, if not it’s a bit loud overall with kids running around. Rooms very clean but noise and activities start really early and by 10pm everything is quiet. Definitely recommend for families with young kids

Check in was disappointing, our reservations were not honored to what we we told was "over booking" by a third party. The room we were provided with was considered an upgrade but turned out to be a lack of privacy. We thought that we. were going to a facility that was geared more towards adults, Magaritaville, but was filled with young boisterous children. First attempt to use the pool denied due to rowdy behavior, second attempt, pool was closed due to someone who had vomited in the pool and was closed while being cleansed, third attempt was no room to sit because people had reserved early in the day and never showed so we gave up. Fire pits in the evening we found that people had actually reserved so were denying other guests access so we allowed anyone with disappointed children to use where we were sitting. Saturday evening rain forced everyone inside so again, unaccompanied pre-teens running in the bar area and in the halls until two o'clock in the morning. The absolute WORST hotel experience that we have ever had, would not recommend to anyone, and would never set foot in that facility again. Completely ruined our tenth anniversary plans. Have tried to contact the Hotel directly three times since with no results. Unprofessional and disappointing.
