Location was fantastic! It’s centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants and taverns in Hyannis. Everyone at the front desk was friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was adequate.

The room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and caring. If one thing I can comment on is the bathroom toilet, very low and distant from the toilet paper. Other than that all fine. Good Coffee

The people at the front desk, no matter the day or time, were extremely friendly and helpful. They always welcomed us as we walked in and went out of their way to help us when we had a question. Our stay was very comfortable and the location was perfect. We will be staying here again, the next time we are in Hyannis.

True retro 1960’s Cape Cod hotel that provides the utmost in local loving care for their guests. It’s not fancy, not high end amenities, but it’s a perfect travel station with excellent Hyannis seafood and friendly fun pubs in walking distance. Cliff at the front desk will help guests with anything they need and make you feel like family. Simple, clean, rooms, a small but immaculate heated indoor pool, basic continental breakfast, and balconies.
