This is an older property - in arguably the best location in Hyannis. Excellent staff, very clean. The only reason we probably will not come back are the beds and pillows: they are so very uncomfortable, we all came back with back and neck pain after just 3 nights. Please replace those beds.

It’s was great from check in to check out, it was walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was OK, but it's showing its age. Our shower rod was coming out of the wall on one end and the faucet in the tub had some mold underneath. For the cost, we'll look elsewhere until they renovate.
