Ok place to stay for a night on the rd. We stayed back by the pool, the pool is not open & doesn’t look like it has been for a long time. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was bagels & muffins, walked right out the door and in to Waffle House which is right next door.

This is a basic motel at a rate to match. Good for short stays. The TV is basic, and the refrigerator was ok as the microwave. It is a two-story building without an elevator. Read the print, the free coffee and breakfast ITEM means that you get coffee, cereal, yogurt, bagels and muffins. Very bare bones

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was closed indefinitely even though the website showed a lovely pool. Also, almost the entire parking lot was closed off without any notice that the work would be done. Finally, the breakfast was pretty lame, without even cold cereal and milk.

Handicap parking but our room was on the second floor. As far as I could see no elevator? Cigarette butts were on our car roof in the morning each day. The AC unit was nice but cracked, as well as the sink. The brown blankets between the two sheets were cigarette burned and felt/looked like those old fosm mattresses. No ice buckets, no carts to move luggage. Laundry was broken out of order left with pool wet clothes. TV went out during storm. But at the end of the day the pool was nice and we had jusy been kicked out of our home of 30 years. This little room helped soften the blow.

Facility was spreadout,, multiple 2 level units with the non-working pool in the rear. The clientele appeared to be workers as there were a lot of utility vehicles in the parking lot. We were in the back unit and the wi-fi would not connect and we were separated from breakfast and the lobby.

Our room was on the backside of the building near the pool. The pool has a cover and there was stagnant water on top of the cover. Mosquito breeding ground. There were small children awake at midnight when we got to the hotel and the family was very loud.

Everything inside the room was clean, in good working order, and reasonably high quality. The bathroom was particularly nice, although the tub/shower faucet was only above average motel fare (good temperature control but no volume control). Outside the room was another story. Good news: A child play area behind the building seemed to be in good shape and as clean as one can expect from an outdoor facility. Bad news: The parking lot was festooned with signs to "Pull in only" with no apparent rationale. There was trash blowing around and construction/renovation parts and debris. A tree stump had been pulled out and left by the curb. The fitness center was out of order and looks to be so for months or years to come. The "breakfast" was...pitiful.

Experience here was not pleasant. When looking for a hotel i searched hotels.com filterint by pool for my kids to swim. When i arrived they said pool was not open and hasnt been for three years! On top of that management there told me that wasnrlt there problem. Also had bugs flying around in the room. But otherwise room was pretty clean. Highly dissapointed with booking.

Multiple people were upset about the pool not being open. Staff seemed very dishonest when they said it wasn’t in season yet when it was the first weekend of summer! Nobody seem to know the reason why the pool was closed yet it looked perfectly clean and was running for everyone to see.

We arrived 2 hours early and they wanted $35 to check in. I get thats policy so we declined. Got back to the room at 11 and clerk delayed getting our room key. Go into the room and multiple roaches were on the tv and dresser. Went to the front desk who was not surprised at all. Was told there's nothing she could do until morning. We handed our key in and left. Awful awful place. Didn't have appropriate parking for larger pick up truck.

Disgusting! Clumps of hair in the bed stool on the toilet yellow sticky stuff on the sink crumbs on the bed reported it they gave me a new room that was even filthier-bottle caps on the floor piles of pubic hair popcorn on the floor. Asked for our money back and left….pictures taken if needed

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The sheets were torn, there were cockroaches. When I made the reservation, it said there was daily housekeeping, but it was only once because I had to ask for it. The room stank. They changed my towels twice. It smelled like marijuana. I can say I don't recommend this place to anyone

This location should be shut down. The hotel is on its last leg! The rooms are dated with 10+ year old, stained carpet. The bathtub was stained. I found a dead beetle in the corner and NO WIFI. Terrible experience!!

It was not until family members asked us for the address to meet up for activities that we found out it wasn’t in a very good part of the city. Also our room was right in front of the unusable pool with debris in and around the pool. The staff - from the front desk to the housekeeping personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. No complaints there at all. The bed was one of the most comfortable in which I have ever slept. Clean room despite the age of the property.

We got to check in early...had an issue with the ac and got moved directly next door, no questions asked. Both front desk ladies were amazing patient and efficient. Cant recommend staying here enough! So clean, so comfy. Thank you!!!

Hotel itself was fine for the price, room all ok. Staff throughout were not interested at all. One individual told us he had no idea about whether we could have a later check out (he only worked there) and another clearly didn't believe us that neither coffe or juice had run out at 0605 (breakfast was supposed to start at 0600) and was apparently too busy to sort it. There were no other customers with her. All the time complaining and making it clear we were an inconvenience to her. It meant we had no drinks (or real breakfast) and made us late for the Half Marathon.

Soon as we checked in, our room was pretty disgusting. All types of stains on the bed, lamp, sofa. Called for bedding to be changed immediately and housekeeper refused to change bedding. She said her boss said it’s “normal”. Spoke to front desk again. He said he’d send housekeeper back to my room. It took an hour and 4 phone calls for them to come change the bedding after going back and forth about it. Will never stay again.

Checkin took about 40 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter struggled assisting those checking in, in a timely manner. The line continued to grow and he didn’t pick up his speed at all. Checking people in isn’t his expertise. Side note, there was no regular coffee, only decaf. Maybe it was his job for that too which is why it wasn’t there lol

I visited there a while ago and had them take my 100 deposit for. Spot of blood on a towel during my period, that upset me!! 100 dollars for a towel, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to go One more time. They quoted me one price to stay a little later, then changed that price later. When I brought it up with the girl at the desk she threatened to call the cops on me! We have been here 8 times in the last three months but these last two times customer service was TERRIBLE! We will NOT be back!!!

Location was good. Near historic Frederick area. Shops and restaurants. Bed was a little too firm. Room was clean. Hotel was clean. Being an outside entrance property it was on the noisy side but not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed that I was close to food and good shopping options. I was close to a mall, Walmart and Target. Being close to a major freeway was also a plus. The staff was friendly but you have to request to get your room serviced. I would recommend.

The hotel is conveniently situated. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little compact but was functional. Parking was easily available and very convenient. My biggest complaint was with the free breakfast. Very limited choice of breakfast items like bagels (not fresh, a plastic bag), small muffins (in a plastic bag), cereal (limited choice), and the coffee was mediocre at best. For the price, the breakfast was a let down. We were just there for the night, we arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so it met our needs, except for the disappointing breakfast. Otherwise, I slept well in the clean, comfortable bed.

Very ordinary budget place (pretty much what you should expect in this price category), but good mattresses and pilllows (much better than what you would normally expect in a place like this, actually better than what we got in a 3.5 star suburban DC hotel). The free breakfast is very limited (bad OJ, bad apple juice, bad coffee, some cheap energy bars and packaged muffins, no savoury foods at all), but there's a Waffle House literally next door (to the roght of the lobby). Generally serves the purpose if you need to sleep after a long day of driving and not much else.
