It was just ok, the elevator was broken so we had to walk to the 3rd floor, also the stair way was really smelly. Staff was really friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. Room was good enough to spend the night.

The air in the room and the entire hotel was dry and stell. The rooms chairs where smelly smelled like cigarettes and had stains need to be thrown out or replaced. The snack machine on our floor didn’t work. customer service wasn’t good the from desk man was rude and said he called me many times and never received a single call. The sign in the front is asking for help but it’s not even spelled correctly it says hel wants. Overall it was a horrible experience

Area behind building, where i parked my car was in terrible condition. Broken windows and a/c covers hanging loose from building. Shady characters around and front desk guy acknowledged. I left a day early, loosing my $$.

Rooms were not worth the amount of money asked fir. They looked more like a neighborhood motel. Amenities were less c than .upgrade the eatinnh food list add space saving food carriers. There was a foul smell in the hallway for many days. Humidity in the room. Staff did not change toiletteries nor clean the room even once for a 5-day and 3-night reservation, even upon request. We like the proximity to stores and restaurants. It is quiet.

The hotel room was falling apart in several ways, which made me uncomfortable. Firstly, the room had at least one cockroach, which I found crawling inside one of the drawers where I stored my clothes for the night. I hated this. The restroom had a broken tile in the wall and a hole in the shower wall. The chair was torn in one place. The table lamp was faulty and did not remain on consistently when I turned it on. The bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable and the TV set and microwave worked properly, at least.

This hotel needs pest control. I saw a few roaches crawling in the bathroom. I didn’t feel good about leaving my luggage open. No one wants to take roaches back home with them. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was clean but smelled musty. They had just cleaned the carpets and not aired out the room or turned on the AC. The shower curtain was torn, as was the cushion on the chair. There was an unidentifiable stain on the side of the box spring. All in all a solid Meh on the recommendation scale.

Overnight stay. Room had a few stain marks but was clean and quiet. A/C worked great. Water pressure was strong, with quick hot water in flow. Bed was comfortable w/ plenty of pillows. Breakfast was adequate w/ staff replenishing when running low. Had a good night rest.

Bed in Room 300 was way too hard and springs were almost sticking into you. No cushion. Will never stay here again. Finally, I usually stay in Hilton hotels. Not any morre. Unhappy with the two beds in room 300. No quality control at this Hilton hotel.

I usually stay at Comfort Inn’s when I travel but this one was definitely the worst one I have ever stayed at. The property is very outdated and is in desperate need of updates. The carpet had missing pieces in my room. Neither the shower or sink handle worked properly and my bathroom didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. I had to put my roll of toilet paper next to the sink. My bed felt like I was sleeping on a brick. The headboards of the bed were crooked. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the man at the front desk was very nice. As a Choice Hotel member I will not be staying at this place again.

Person in the back parking lot running and revving his car engine at 3:30 in the morning. Lots of action going on around the outside of the hotel at night. Desk attendant the next morning seemed unconcerned with this info.

Bathroom door could not be shut - tv didn’t work - bedding below the bottom of of the mattresses. Was soiled - basement hallways and the room itself was shabby - was not able to be transferred to another room or have the bathroom door fixed to close for privacy - only good thing about the experience was the courteous and friendly young women working at checking desk - we had to leave to find other accomodations for two nights and requested a full refund to our Visa Card - am waiting for a reply and full refund now!

The Comfort Inn doesn't pretend to be a luxury hotel, but no one seems to have told that to the staff. Unfortunately, I left some items in the hotel room when checking out. The staff bent over backwards the following day to enable me to recover my items. I truly appreciated their willingness to go beyond the usual perfunctory service so common in other locations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No store on site so you have to either use cash for a vending machine (which I did not have) or leave the hotel and go to a nearby store to get water, etc. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once during my week, and I had to specially request them to come. Location is noisy late at night due to Route 40 but if you have earplugs and noise-canceling headphones you'll be okay. But the bed and pillows were among the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel!

room was okay was clean but kinda small...sketchy neighborhood around the area and some people hanging outside were definitely not to be trusted but area lighted well and across the road is all types of retail establishments so that's convenient...great restaurant right next door, red Horse restaurant been there 40+ years and great ambience and food there, mostly a high end steak place, bartender very friendly

It was a definite "Okay." The hotel is old and out of date. They advertise breakfast from 6-9 each morning...there was no breakfast, only coffee. They advertise a restaurant associated with the hotel, it's been closed for quite some time...makes me wonder if the room service menu in each room was just as out-of-date. Bare lightbulbs...old, worn carpets. I can say the front desk staff were very friendly!

Hotel was clean and great location. Info on website states there is a restaurant and lounge on-site - NO restaurant or lounge on site was a disappointment and front desk almost argued about them being present. Otherwise it was a good overnight stay.

It was a decent hotel, the halls smelled like cannabis, which is funny because they talk about a smoking charge if they think you smoke in your room. The continental breakfast was actually pretty solid. No real complaints except the price of an OK hotel nowadays, but nothing we can do about that.
