Horrible because had no access to pool. I only stay at hotels with pools so my son can get to swim while I’m gone for business. The pool was so filthy he didn’t get to swim at all. Disgusting and disappointing. Never staying there again.

The room itself was clean but the towels and sheets seemed very old and mismatched and had some stains on them. The bath mat had what looked to be blood stains. There were lots of people hanging out in the hallways making noise all night and i smelled weed in the elevator, hallways and room at various points throughout the stay. Common areas also seemed to be a bit run down. I previously stayed at the Hampton Inn next door and had a much better experience and i would expect a lot better from a Hilton Hotel.

Our room was very dusty not very clean. I called for pillows, towels & sheets the response i received was "if you want to come & get them?" I gave no issue with going downstairs but that response was rude. The dust on the lamps were heavy. The property was not clean. There was a dirty band aid on the yellow squared couch as you walk in.

When we checked into our room it was dirty. It was clearly “cleaned” but it wasn’t clean . There were crumbs on the floor and the toilet was used. I’ll spare the details of that. But that was gross. The furniture was old and ripped - including the bedspreads. I could hear everything going on outside our room from conversations to tv shows to toilet flushes. And someone was smoking near by either in their room or in the hallway and it smelled so strong I may as well have been in a smoking room. When I mentioned to the staff they had no remorse. I didn’t like that they didn’t include breakfast - I moved reservations from the Hyatt to be with other members of our group and I instantly regretted my move when I stepped into my room. Never again.

I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn on most of my visits to Maryland. This was my only uncomfortable experience. Dirty gunk was coming up through the drain in the tub, ants were in the sink for some reason so I ran water to flush them. The bed was not comfortable and there was no sofa chair to sit in. My husband has Pancreatic Cancer and Parkinsonism and needed a decent chair, not a desk chair. It’s sad that you have to sit on a bed for your entire visit for as much as it cost to stay in the rooms. It’s just not a comfortable feeling. The rooms could also use a full size refrigerator like Home 2 Suites. That’s where I will be staying from now on. I try to stay at places located to my son and his family but not to be uncomfortable. Other than that the staff was friendly as always.

Some people are very kind and nice. But someone wouldn't allow us to check in an hour earlier sayin rooms are still being cleaned but when we got there the room wasn't that clean, there was hair in the bathroom and it stank! But worst of the bad amenities and really really bad PLUMBING - when I was in the shower the drain is so slow and I was almost up to my knees I need to stop showering to wait fo the water to drain before I can Continue showering! I understand it's an old hotel but they gotta work on the plumbing and improve it before getting more customers!!!!!

Overall it was an average stay but not up to the typical Hilton standards we are used too. The bedding was so thin it felt like covers were just a sheet and the bed was not very comfortable asnit felt lumpy and hard. The upside was the staff, they were very sweet, funny and personable. The dinning area was under constriction, but the hotel did seem very clean in lobby and the rooms.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and the AC worked beautifully. The eco friendly water and toiletries were a nice touch. The booking stated this room had a bathtub which is specifically why we chose this room and it did not. The shower head was installed on the side wall facing the curtain and there is no way to actually be in the direct spray of the water. The beds are somewhat hard....and there are no safes in the rooms.

The gap under the doors between adjoining rooms was so large that it felt like the couple next door was sitting on my bed. Zerp privacy. I actually knocked on their door to let them know i could practically hear them breathing lol

Clean hotel, nice quiet spacious room. Although the room did not have a couch, it had plenty of space with two extra chairs and ottoman for seating. Grateful for the microwave and mini refrigerator. Staff were very responsive and friendly. We loved the pretty green field view from our room.

I felt misinformed! I had chosen the room which sleeps five and when got there the room I was give only had the two smallest ever double beds! Hotel reeked with weed smell everywhere! Blankets were so harsh and felt like I had sand on me! Ridiculous. Staff was ok but I would not recommend it to anyone especially for $485 for 3 nights! Pathetic!

I was charged twice 200.00 and the person who helped me didn’t apologize or even give me a credit for maybe a snack or breakfast just to kind of smooth things over. She just dismissed it like it was nothing.Wow such great customer service.So disappointed:( other than that my husband was happy.

Barking dog was annoying. No regular coffee in the room, no decaf in the lobby. Continental breakfast should be free for what you get. The "toaster" doesn't even come close to toasting. It is set at high for both top and bottom, put through 4 times and it was a little warm, not toasted. Utensils/napkins not easily accessible. No water available, just juice! Also need to advertise more clearly that breakfast isn't free at all!

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel and I really enjoyed it! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had a little issue with my room and the manager didn’t hesitate to give us another one. The breakfast is awesome, rooms are clean and comfy. I’m looking forward to making reservations at this hotel again when I’m in the area.
