Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Owings Mills

This hotel is clean and quiet. Lots of parking. shopping and food very close by. Service was great and accommodating. Frontdesk and management are very professional. Thank you!! I will stay again and again.

Clean, beautiful and well equipped rooms. Parking right in front. We’re very happy with our stay.

Love the Residence Inn it gives you that feel of home away from home your on Studio with options eating in or out mingling & there patio area with seats & grill is also a nice amenity.

Excellent service front desk and all staff. Everything was lovey. The facility was modern and clean.

Fit the bill perfectly. Being pet freindly will makd it a top choice when retur ing to the area. Only nit is the rooms feel dark. More light!

Under Staff, No Towels, Wash Cloths or Pool Towels had to wait hrs. Room was dirty had to change my sheets myself makeup on pillow. Breakfast ran out each morning. Tv didn’t work. Customer service was trash! I booked this hotel for grill and fire pit both was not working but I wasn’t aware before booking.

I always love staying here when i visit Baltimore. I will be honest and say Rooms 211 and 311 wouldn’t be my first choice to stay in again. They are the first rooms you see coming off of the elevator. It’s super convenient so probably people request them the most. I found them both to be a little more worn than other rooms I’ve stayed in. When I stayed in room 311, there was no telephone in the room so in order to call the front desk, I had to Google the phone hotel number and use my cell to call. In room 211, there was no desk lamp and the sofa cushions truly need to be replaced or re-upholstered. Very flat, unshapely and worn. Both rooms were fine overall, but noticeably a little more used or worn than other rooms. Also, as I mentioned in my last review, the left cable on the gym’s cable machine was not working properly. Again, it is a decent gym for a hotel but it’s still fairly small so it would be great if all of the equipment worked. As a major plus!!!!!…I was so so so very happy that breakfast during this stay offered turkey sausage. I don’t eat pork and when I’ve stayed previously, they only had pork breakfast meats, so this was a real treat this stay to be able to enjoy a full breakfast. Thank you!!! Overall, I will always keep coming back here. It’s truly like home away from home, especially being able to do laundry in the hotel. And the staff is always excellent, kind and accommodating!!!

This visit was not the best. I stay here often when traveling for work. I am a Marriot Elite member. They stuck me in a room with absolutely no venue. My room was facing the back of the roof structure. Typically, when I’m on a highly floor, it’s pretty quiet but my next door neighbors in this room were pretty loud at all times of day and night. The worst though, there were ants in the kitchen area. I have never encountered this before. Lastly

Property was good and safe. Could be little cleaner in hallways. Trash bags left out by the elevator all night.

We wanted to upgrade to a larger unit and pay the difference. The process with Expedia to make the change was difficult. The lady at the reception (when arriving in the evening) was asked 2 things by my mother 1. There was someone without a handicap permit parking in a handicap space and the receptionist said she could not take any action and did not even offer to call their unit to ask them to move their car. It was frustrating that my mother having a permit being able to use it and walk further distances. 2. The receptionist gave us contradictory information from the one when leaving. The one when leaving said we could pay the difference, while the one when arriving said we could not and would have to cancel or book a new room. The food selection was better than most hotels I have been to. Unfortunately the water in the room smelled like sewage and the towels had hairs, some of them pubic which is disgusting. This experience was scary overall and don’t know if we will go back.

Great service and large room. They fixed broken AC immediately, which was awesome and appreciated! Rooms are a little run down, and bed was not comfortable.

The first room they gave us had a pull out sofa that was broken. The shower curtain did not have an inside curtain so water ran everywhere. The light above the table did not work. So then they gave us another room that was better but it was by a stairwell and kids were up and down it all night.

We’ve stayed there twice, and both times the heating unit in our room didn’t work. The staff tried to be helpful. The place is nice and convenient, but we won’t stay there again.

I did a lot of research before booking this hotel and I must say it was even better than I expected! Absolutely loved everything about the room! Comfortable beds, kitchen, sitting area, and shower! Highly recommend staying here 🙂

The size of the rooms-suites are amazing. These are like small apartments with a full kitchen. Super clean and functional. Will stay here again

The room was great. The front desk was great. Had a problem with the lady came around at 1040 banging on the door hard and continuously. She ask when or what time you leaving when I had added an additional day and I had twenty minutes. Everything else was Excellent and they took care of all our needs. The Lady need to be addressed. Very nice staff, room was clean, and amenities were more than adequate. The one problem is the dishwasher, there are no clear instructions on how to use it. It is not a traditional dishwasher

Excellent customer service from the check in clerk to the amazing bartender. We had a great stay !

The hotel try to charge me even though I had already pay for the room and tax . She stated I don’t not pay tax . After showing her The receipt. She stated I did not pay for incidental. I then show that I pay an additional 150 even though I did not use or get anything out the hotel. After the back and forth the lady at the desk said sorry it was a mistake making late for my meeting. This was very frustrating and unnecessary

Enjoyed my stay at this Marriott. I forgot the gentleman\'s name that checked me in (first name began with a "J"), he was welcoming, professional and very accommodating. Room was huge, clean, bright and updated. Comfortable bed/pillows therefore a good sleep/rest. Overall good hotel and would stay here again.

I had an awesome experience at this property. The staff was very friendly and professional worked to make sure my two rooms were close to each other. The property is close to a lot of food options, markets and movie theater. The rooms was spacious and provides everything needed for a home away from home

It was a very convenient location. It is a good spot. The hotel is spotless with warm breakfast. The rooms are updated and well equipped. Our stay was nice.

Everyone that worked at the hotel was polite and kind. Only drawback was the maintenance man smoking right next to one of the side entrances. Very clean, easy to restaurants and shops.

Very nice area. Close to the stores. Love it First room smells of smoke. The second room was fine. Did not like the barking dog.

The location was excellent - minutes from the venue where I attended an engagement. Just one minor detail for the staff - please ensure that all lights in each unit are operational, i.e. replace bulbs

The only issue with this Hotel is breakfast ends to early.

The property os not bad and mostly well maintain... Breakfast could be better... Some of the rooms need some help... The last stay The TV was crooked, seems lije the bas had been broken but not properly repaired...

It’s always clean and cozy when I stay at the Residence Inn Owings Mills. Love the daily breakfast options too!
