The hotel was clean and modern. Checkin was easy & staff was polite & had a sense of humor. Breakfast was good, pool looked clean & was in use, gym was small. Big, lit parking, clean and modern rooms. Church next door. Irving convenience across the street for snacks. Mini fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, pump shampoo, conditioner, body wash in awesome water pressured clean walk in shower. I would book again, for sure.

Loved having a 1st floor room readily accessible to take our dog out. While our room lacked a microwave, usef one in the lobby. Great property with pool, spa, workout areas. Serve a healthy breakfast versus the cardboard pastry type. Friendly staff on top of it!

The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained and added to the comfort of our stay. The only downside was the mattress—it wasn’t very comfortable, and I woke up with some back pain. Despite that, I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to families and business travelers alike.

The room, property & staff were great, but this hotel allows pets yet has nowhere to dispose of their waste. My husband & I disposed of our dog's waste in a dumpster marked "Cardboard Only" but the only other choice would have been to dispose of it inside the hotel!

The place needs to be renovated so bad! It was dirty in the foyer and in our room! I would never stay again nor do I recommend this place. Our bedding had some nasty stuff on it and the curtains were so gross!

Our room needed a deep cleaning. I’m Or a complainer and have not left a negative review for a long long time. I’ll put up with quite a bit before I say anything. Wood trim under AC/Heater unit had so much dust it left a huge trail behind my finger. It was in plain sight. pulled the curtain back looking for a 110 volt plug in. Found mold on the wall. I took pics.

Staying at the Fairfield Inn was convenient for me after a midnight arrival flight into Bangor from Charlotte, NC. Staff was polite and friendly. The hotel was clean and my bed was comfortable, however I couldn’t seem to get the heat to get warm enough for me and the only microwave was located in the lobby, so making a snack after flying all evening required me to drop my bags and go back to the lobby and cook my Di Giorno’s. Pizza.. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but the coffee was hot and delicious. I would stay here again.

The hotel was really nice inside and out. The room was big along with the bathroom that was soo nice and had a big walk-in shower that had the best water pressure and hot water. 10/10

The bed was very uncomfortable to the point that I woke up in the middle of the night with my body hurting. It was a very punishing night to try to get any sleep in such a bed. Other things were ok about the hotel, but really the main reason we are there is for a decent night of sleep, so the bed should be #1 priority.

No compliant other than the suite was not a suite. It was just a room that had a couch and another tv in it. There was no separation of rooms which made it difficult to have tvs on in essentially one space. The room was standard size and did not seem much bigger than any other room.

Clean, comfortable, but a somewhat irritating air conditioner that came on intermittently. We could not control the setting on the controls, other than temperature. The fan was intermittent. Other than that, everything was really pleasant.

The property was a bit dated, didn't have the feel of the other Fairfield's. The walls were not sound proof, the neighboring guests voices were loud, as was the volume of there TV. I was awake at 1 am until 4am. Then they took a call at 6 and was able to here every word. Not Happy.

The staff there went above and beyond to help you find a restaurant or find something in the area. We stayed here twice, once going and once coming back from PEI. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

We booked two rooms for two nights beginning of February. Before we left on Sunday my husband made a 1 star review and explained why. He ended up speaking to the manager and we were pleased of the outcome, she said she would refund us one night for each room. That was well worth it to us. Especially being a family of 2 adults and 5 children. The issues we had there was very alarming when came to safety issues. Unfortunately the manager lead to us and only given us refund for only one of the rooms. Which I felt extremely shady and insulting. As a manager, you should honor your words and no lie to your customers.

The internet rarely worked. The toilet clogged and there was no maintenance then the young lady at the front desk lied about unclogging it and we had to get a plunger at 12 midnight so we could be our own plumber. When we first got there the tv was messed up and we had to call maintenance to fix it. Ill never return there again. $200 a night and id rather stay at a cheap hotel for less! Also, no refunds so we paid almost 500 for 2 miserably nights. The bed kept sliding down also.

It's a nice property with nice rooms. However, breakfast is lacking. I also almost wasn't able to check in because I'm 20. Thankfully, my boyfriend is 21 so we were able to. However, this rule wasn't told to me beforehand. I find this rule confusing- you're legally an adult at 18.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Clean room and facilities. They made our room change in 2 minutes as our granddaughter was with us and we needed 2 beds. Good hours available for swimming. My wife said if in Bangor this is where she wants to book a room in the future!

This was a great place to stay with our pet. Staff very friendly and helpful. This place is quiet and clean and 5 minutes to Bangor airport so very convenient. I would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was super also!

Easy check in, pet friendly, modern room, comfortable beds. 24/7 coffee/tea bar, included breakfast was very good! Eggs, quiche, sausages, breads, cereals, juices, etc. Close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay there again.

We were very happy with everything at this Fairfield Inn. Bill, front desk, told me he could give me change AND free detergent & Bounce sheets when I asked where the laundry facilities were! I told him I packed our supplies because I've never had any hotel offer them for free! Room was fantastic, loved the Big Shower, all so clean! Breakfast options & staff were superb. Too bad only there one night on our way to Bar Harbour!
