We love the location od the Sea Cliff. The only thing this year is that the hot tub is still defectuous (no bubbles). We also find there was some missing kitchen tools such a salad bowl, pasta strainer and simply pan lids. There was also limited numbers of kitchen tools.

Super soft, comfy beds! Everything was good, no issues with the shower or bathroom. The fridge in the kitchenette is a mini but nice to have. Reserved parking for each room. Right on the beach. Family owned and the staff were great.

The room was very clean. There was a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, and a 2 burner stove. There were plates, cutlery, glasses. Great for bringing in takeout. The motel is right on the beach. They had a nice pool and hot tub.

Excellent location to the beach 1/2 mile walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Needs a few improvements onsite. Ice was available however it was empty both times we tried to use it. Hot tub not working properly. Very little bubbles, jets were very mild.

Favorite place to stay off season. No one was here so we got a great room with ocean view! Staff are always great. Bummer that the pool and hot tub weren't open but I get it!

Nice, comfortable room. But it does need some basic maintenance. For example: --the shower was spraying all over, much of it out of the shower stall, and the shower nozzle needs to be replaced. --There should be more lighting in the room.

For starters the young woman at the front desk provided the most miserable welcome I've ever experienced at a motel desk. She was unfriendly, monotone, and didn't smile once. She was clearly unhappy doing her job and should not be in the hospitality industry! The unit seemed clean enough but the curtains looked like they were 20 years old and when I went to close them I could see dust and dirt in the window sills, right behind where you put your head on the bed. The jet bathtub was nice, the only enjoyable part of our stay. We left at midnight when we went to get into bed and found a dark hair on the sheets when we pulled back the blankets. Luckily we live nearby and it was only a stop to break up our trip from the airport to home. What a waste of $200!!

Lovely place. Great view and friendly staff. The room we had was beach view and the large bath. It was clean and very easy to get to the beach. I will say that the bathroom is VERY small and the mattress is of the soft kind so if youre used to firm mattresses you might find that disagreeable. The pool and hot tub were clean and the place was quiet after 9pm. Its one of the better hotels in Old Orchard Beach right now!

The hotel was older, but it has been kept up well. Really hated the entrance to the room. The sliding glass door, which is where the view of the ocean was opened right up to the walkway to the other rooms. Therefore people were walking by with a complete view into our room. So for privacy we ended up keeping our drapes pulled defeating the plus of having an ocean view

Property is right on Old Orchard Beach and has an outdoor pool and hot tub as well. The room was impeccably clean, had a small kitchenette with a two-burner electric stove. Hot water was very prompt to flow. Shower was comfortable. Furnishings were a little outdated but well maintained. Drains in the sink and tub were a little slow. Even so, we would definitely come back and would highly recommended the Sea Cliff House Motel.

Really the perfect place for beach activites. The hotel is literally facing the beach. 20 seconds walk. Room size was for a couple and a kid, bedroom is a separted. It's perfect !

Guilty until proven innocent? There was a decidedly negative vibe around the whole place. “Can’t do this, Don’t do that, We’ll fine you if you do…” Maybe they have had a bunch of unruly guests in the past; but for those of us who are adults and know how to behave, it was very heavy-handed. We would not return.

I had an enjoyable overnight stay. The front desk person was very friendly and knowledgeable. My room was clean, the water was hot and the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed it so much I'll be back next week for 3 nights.

The girl at the desk and the manager on the phone were actually very in accommodating. Had a problem with my reservation which was not my fault it was the hotels.was not willing to figure it out for me. Very disappointed

They canceled my reservation at time of check in when I told them I had a service animal due to a disability, they then blamed it on an issue with the "system" and said sorry this happens sometimes......Any other hotel we have ever stayed at would have checked us in and waited for the system, they didn't even offer for me to wait until it came back up. This hotel does not want people with disabilities staying at their hotel and are in direct violation of the ADA.

My family and I loved staying here. The staff was very friendly, check in was fast and easy, the room was amazing! It was not too far from the boardwalk but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful.

This place was amazing. The little walkable beach town, friendly people and things to do made us want to stay longer. First we went down the path to the beach. It was so beautiful! We walked through the little town to go get dinner. After we got back, we took a blanket out to the beach to watch the sunset. Several other couples were out there. We watched all the stars appear and listened to the waves rolling in. We slept great. The beds and bedding were so soft! We set an alarm early to go watch the sunrise. Not disappointed! Again, there were a few other couples, one mother and grown son. Just perfect. You couldn’t beat the price. We will go back someday!

The property is very dated, and I did not feel secure for some reason, maybe because it doesn't have interior halls? The location is fantastic, right on the beach. Sea Cliff definitely needs more staff. The walls are thin, it was very noisy with kids during my stay. There is no restaurant, bar or vending machine. The closest convenience store to buy some water for example is 3-4 blocks away.

We loved our fall beach getaway. Being steps away from the beach is so wonderful. Short little jaunt into town for a bite to eat. Wish I had brought my own pillows, but they did find me one that had a little fluff to it.
